Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menngetahui nilai-nilai didaktis pada novel Hijabers In Love Karya Oka Aurora dan juga untuk mengetahi makna hijab dan apakah adanya memberikan insprirasi bagi pembaca novel Hijabers In Love Karya Oka Aurora. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Pengambilan data berupa teknik simak,catat dan dokumentasi. Poin-poin yang penting akan menjadi pokok penelitian ini ditandai dan dicatat untuk dikelompokkan sesuai dengan nilai nilai didaktis makna hijab sesuai rumusan masalah yang ada dalam novel Hijabers In Love Karya Oka Aurora yang akan di teliti. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan adanya 8 nilai didaktis yaitu; nilai saling tolong menolong, nilai menghargai diri sendiri,nilai religious, nilai budaya,nilai kejujuran,nilai kesabaran,nilai toleransi,nilai kegigihan dan keuletan. Pembahasan pada penelitian ini sesuai dengan rumusan masalah yaitu sesuai 8 nilai yang diatas dan makna hijab didalam novel, seberapa pengaruh nya nilai didaktis pada pembaca novel ini semua datanya terdiri dari 5 data, dan 4data bagi makna hijab dan 3 data disetiap nilai-nilai didaktis.Dalam penelitian ini terdapat kata pesan bahwasanya banyak manfaat membaca novel yang bisa kita teliti dan banyak sekali pesan pesan didaktis yang dapat kita ambil dan kita terapkan dalam pembelajaran atau kehidupn sehari hari, terkadang banyak kalangan remaja hanya menjadikan novel hanya sekedar membaca tetapi kita juga dapat mengambil hikmah nya seperti novel ini Hijabers in Love yang dimana novel ini mengajarkan kita untuk menutup aurat kewajiban seorang perempuan muslim.

Abstract

This research aims to reveal the effect of implementing the discovery learning model on the ability to write poetry in class VIII students at SMPS Al Washliyah 8 Medan. This research uses a quantitative experimental design using 2 groups (Two class Pretest-Posttest Design). The research mechanism includes three terms: an initial poetry writing test, the application of discovery learning, and a final poetry writing test. The population was 93 students, the sampling technique used random sampling technique. The research sample was taken randomly from classes VIII (three) and VIII (two) totaling 62 students. The application of discovery learning in learning is carried out in stages: introduction, stimulus prize for poetry text, conflict identification, data collection, data processing, creation of poetry text, presentation of the results of the work, and drawing conclusions. What will happen is that the research provides a significant disparity between the ability to write poetry of students who are taught with and without using discovery learning examples. The pre-test score for the control class was 64.64 and the experimental class was 70.71. The homogeneous post-test score for the control class was 74.70 and the experimental class was 82.58. The t-test gives a tcount value of = 11.75 which is greater than the ttable value (11.75 0.3550). This shows that the value hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. Using this, it can be concluded that the use of discovery learning examples has a positive effect on the ability to write poetry in class VIII students at SMPS Al Washliyah 8 Medan for the 2023-2024 academic year.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the personality of the main character in the film Ngeri-Ngeri Sedap by Bene Dion, analyze personality types based on literary psychology studies, and identify the role of the father in the film. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through film observation, listening techniques, and taking notes. The analysis was carried out in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the main character in the film has various personalities, such as being easily angered, stubborn, patient, and careful in expressing opinions. Based on the analysis of literary psychology, the personality types found include gepasioner, phlegmatic, choleric, nerveuzen, and sentimental. In addition, this film depicts a father figure who plays a role as a decision maker, monitor, and protector for his family. These findings indicate that Ngeri-Ngeri Sedap not only presents family conflicts but also provides reflections on the psychological and social dynamics in parent-child relationships.

Abstract

This research is based on the relationship between humans and the environment, the impact of pollution, and human awareness of the environment. The purpose of this research is to describe the representation of the marine environment in the novel Laut Pasang 1994 by Lillpudu, and to describe the concept of ecocriticism according to Grag Garrard. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The data sources in this research are sentences or stories that discuss the representation of the marine environment and the concept of literary ecocriticism in the novel Laut Pasang 1994 Karya Lillpudu. The way ecocritical studies work is to understand the science of the environment, therefore the results of this study show that there are representations of the marine environment and the concept of literary ecocriticism. Based on the concepts according to Grag Garrard regarding pollution, there is 1 data explaining the scattered garbage, there are 7 data where the data are houses, fields, and hospitals, 8 data disasters where the data explain the disasters of earthquakes, strong winds, and tsunamis, 0 data wilderness, 1 data animal explaining the existence of chickens, and the earth there are 3 data describing the earth there are stars, the sky, and the sun. The practical implications of this research on ecocritical concepts in the novel Laut Pasang 1994 by Lillpudu, have an important role in building character to care about the environment and awareness of the environment and instill good traits for the environment and family

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui deskripsi struktur dan nilai-nilai sosial dalam novel Negeri Di Ujung Tanduk Karya Tere Liye, serta relevansi novel sebagai materi pembelajaran apresiasi sastra di SMA. Novel Negeri Di Ujung Tanduk karya Tere Liye adalah sebuah novel tentang perjuangan seorang lelaki yang sedang berusaha untuk melepaskan dirinya dari buronan karena dia terbukti tidak bersalah. Tidak diceritakan secara detail maksud dari Negeri Di Ujung Tanduk ini, tetapi kita bisa melihatnya dari beberapa alur tempat yang diceritakan seperti Bali, Jakarta, dan beberapa tempat lainnya. Masalah-masalah yang sedang dihadapi di negeri ini juga sedikit disinggung dalam novel. Salah satu pendekatan yang menjadi kajian dalam skripsi ini adalah pendekatan sosiologi sastra, yaitu pendekatan dengan menganalisis karya sastra dengan mendeskripsikan data objektif, latar belakang penciptaan, dan nilai sosial yang terdapat dalam novel Negeri Di Ujung Tanduk karya Tere Liye. Pendekatan sosiologi sastra menekankan kajiannya tentang hubungan pengaruh timbal balik antara sosiologi dan sastra. Pendeskripsian dilakukan dengan mencatat dan meneliti novel Negeri Di Ujung Tanduk karya Tere Liye mengenai kajian sosiologi sastra dan nilai sosial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif-kualitatif dengan analisis isi. Peserta didik digunakan untuk mengetahui kesesuaian novel Negeri Di Ujung Tanduk karya Tere Liye sebagai materi ajar apresiasi sastra pada jenjang SMA. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah analisis struktural, dengan tema utama dalam novel Pulang adalah politik yang ada di Indonesia dan tema tambahannya adalah percintaan dan persahabatan. Tokoh yang dianalisis adalah tokoh utama dan tambahan. Alur yang terdapat di dalam novel Pulang adalah campuran, dengan latar yang terjadi di Hongkong, Makau, dan Jakarta. Implementasi hasil penelitian novel Negeri Di Ujung Tanduk Karya Tere Liye sebagai bahan ajar sastra di SMA relevan dengan standar kompetensi karena sesuai dengan potensi peserta didik dan memiliki kebermanfaatan.

Abstract

Biographical Text of students of class XI Madrasyah Aliyah Swasta Alwashliyah 12 Perbaungan in the academic year 2021 – 2022. This research is a quasi-experimental research with a Pretest – Posttest Nonquivalent Control Group Design. The population in this study were all class XI MA Private Alwashliyah 12 Perbaungan Academic Year 2021 – 2022 with the sample being the experimental class XI Religion 1 MA and the control class being class XI Religion 2 MA. Data collection Optimization of writing biographical text using the test method. The results showed that the ability to write biographical texts in the experimental class was higher than the control class. The average experimental class is 78.89 and the control class average is 64.94. Based on the t-test calculation, a significant value of 0.391 > 0.05 means that the data variance between class XI Religion and class XI Religion 2 is homogeneous or the same with T count 8.290 > t table 1,99085 then HO is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means there is a difference in average.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to provide a reflection of the state of cooperation between subject teachers and guidance and counseling teachers at school. In addition, it can provide subject teachers with an understanding that they have an important role in achieving the success of guidance and counseling services at school. The improvement of students' learning is not only related to what happens in the classroom; it also requires learning activities that can be applied by students in their social lives and in their future. Subject teachers need to pay attention and develop the potential of students through cooperation in the implementation of guidance and counseling service activities. The method used in this research is descriptive-qualitative, using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The research subjects were 20 guidance and counseling teachers from 15 schools in Medan City, divided into 3 SMP, 1 Mts, 4 SMA, 5 SMK dan 2 MAS. Research results: 1.There are still many subject teachers who have not optimally carried out their duties and roles in guidance and counseling service activities; 2.There is still a lot of cooperation between guidance and counseling teachers and subject teachers around dealing with problem children. Problems that are often reported to the guidance and counseling teacher through the homeroom teacher, namely tardiness, excessive absences, skipping/dropping subjects or school hours, politeness, discipline, and quarrels. Cooperation between subject teachers and guidance and counseling teachers in student self-development, evaluation/assessment and follow-up of cases, referral of cases to the subject teacher again, case conferences and home visits still do not occur optimally.

Abstract

The focus of this research is to find out the relevance of the Merdeka Belajar Program in Literacy-Based Indonesian Language Learning at SMK Karya Setia Pegajahan. This type of research is descriptive and qualitative. The subjects of this research were all students at SMK Karya Setia Pegajahan. Data analysis was used in this qualitative descriptive research by means of observation and interviews. The results of this study show that literacy skills are very important in the world of education. This is very much in accordance with the independent learning program that applies in Indonesia, which is learner-centered. Therefore, the author concludes that the independent learning program is very relevant to literacy-based Indonesian language learning at SMK Karya Setia Pegajahan.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berupa pelatihan pengembangan bahan ajar digital bermuatan kearifan lokal Sumatera Utara dalam mitigasi bullying di sekolah. Metode pengabdian dilakukan dengan tahapan-tahapan yaitu tahap persiapan dan perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan kegiatan, tahap pemantauan, dan tahap evaluasi. Peserta kegiatan adalah guru-guru SMP Negeri 1 Delitua. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kesadaran guru mengenai pentingnya kearifan lokal dalam mencegah dan menangani bullying serta memahami pentingnya mengembangkan bahan ajar digital yang inovatif dan relevan dengan konteks lokal dalam mitigasi bullying di sekolah.
