Abstract

The development of information technology and the digital world is currently very rapid in all fields that can help humans complete various activities. With computer technology, all human data processing and storage activities become very easy, fast, and automatic. The Aikmel Sub-District Office, in managing inventory of goods, still uses manual methods, making it troublesome for employees to recap data on goods as assets. In this study, the development of the Goods Inventory Information System application by the functional requirements that facilitate employees of the Aikmel Sub-District Office in managing the data of goods. Applications were developed using the Extreme Programming (XP) method and MySQL database with Xampp service. This application can facilitate inventory data management and record incoming and outgoing goods. In addition, employees can easily recap data on incoming and outgoing goods quickly and automatically.

Abstract

Pada umumnya abon ikan biasanya diproduksi secara manual dengan proses dibuat dari suwiran dan penirisan minyaknya kurang efisien. Pentingnya teknologi tepat guna tersebut diharapkan bisa meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas produksi makanan olahan ikan bandeng. Program penerapan teknologi tepat guna diharapkan menghasilkan produksi ikan bandeng meningkat dan pendapatan. Metode yang dilakukan adalah pengembangan teknologi produksi olahan ikan bandeng yang dimulai dari mengindentifikasi kebutuhan mitra terkait operasional produksinya, merancang dan membuat mesin, melakukan pengujian terhadap mesin yang dibuat, melakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada kelompok PKK Desa Mbawi. Hasil kegiatan ini yaitu dapat membantu kreativitas dan inovaasi olahan ikan bandeng menjadi olahan abon secara efektif dan efisien, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan pendapatan kelompok PKK Desa Mbawi.

Abstract

This study aims to design a hand sanitizer and automated portal based on the NodeMCU microcontroller using an infrared sensor. This study uses the development model developed by Borg and Gall. The development procedure includes the exploration and product testing stages. The results of the development obtained a tool in the form of a hand sanitizer and an automated portal based on the NodeMCU microcontroller using an infrared sensor to prevent the spread of virus in West Sumbawa Regency. The trial of using the product was carried out in class XI of SMA Negeri 1 Brang Rea. The trial was carried out twice, namely the initial field trial with 10 test subjects by the teacher and the final field trial with 20 student test subjects. Initial trials obtained assessment data on media/products, namely 62 of the maximum number of assessments of 69 with a percentage of 89.2% which stated that the hand sanitizer product and the NodeMCU microcontroller-based automated portal using infrared sensors were feasible to be used as a tool to prevent the spread of virus in West Sumbawa Regency. The final trial obtained data on student assessment of the product, namely 154 of the maximum number of assessments of 171 with a percentage of 90.1% which was categorized as suitable for use. These results indicate that the design of the Hand Sanitaizer and automatic portal based on the nodemCU microcontroller is feasible to be used as a product/media to prevent the spread of virus in West Sumbawa Regency.

Abstract

In general, the process of peeling coconut coir still uses a manual process with amachete or crowbar so that it requires a lot of manpower with special skills, long time,and sharp tools to peel coconuts, This research aims to produce the design of a coconutcoir peeling machine, which can help in the process of peeling coconut coir and separatecoconut coir from coconut shells. The method used in this study is the Pahl Beitzmethod which consists of four stages. First, compile product technical specifications tomeet the needs of the community. Second, look for several product concepts in the formof sketches or simple schemes. Third, give shape to the product concept so that theelements can compose the shape of the product. Fourth, determine product details suchas the arrangement of elements, shape, dimensions, surface smoothness, and material.From the results of this study, it was obtained that the drive motor was selected with apower of about 3 HP with a speed of 2200 rpm. For the chain system and sprocket, a chain number of 40 with a single frame was chosen. With the shaft diameter selectedØ20 mm for the drive motor and Ø25 mm for the peeling roller. The calculation resultsshow that the production capacity of coconut fiber peeling is 360 kg/hour, taking intoaccount the number of coconuts per session (10 coconuts), with the average weight ofcoconuts (1.5 kg), and the peeling time per session for (2 minutes).

Abstract

Perhitungan Levelized Cost of Electricity (LCOE) ini merupakan tindak lanjut dari Perancangan Mesin Gasifikasi Skala Micro-Grid yang bertujuan mengatasi minimnya distribusi energi listrik oleh jaringan PLN di daerah pedesaan dan bencana alam. Perancangan Mesin ini terkonsep modular menggunakan dua unit sistem utama, yaitu truck of feeding system (TFS) dan truck of power source (TPS). TFS berfungsi sebagai sistem pendistribusian feed stock biomassa menuju TPS. Sedangkan TPS berfungsi sebagai sistem penghasil distribusi energi listrik untuk user. Kedua unit sistem ini masing – masing diinstal terpisah pada sebuah container dan masing – masing unit sistem menggunakan sebuah kendaraan truck sebagai mobilty equipment. Secara umum beberapa variabel yang harus dipenuhi dalam perhitungan LCOE yaitu, antara lain: Capital Cost, Recurring Cost, dan Non-Recurring Cost. Perhitungan LCOE penulis jabarkan melalui metode Techno-Economic Analysis (TEA) menggunakan wolfram mathematica software. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan LCOE yaitu berapa nilai penjualan distribusi energi listrik per kWh kepada user. LCOE dari Mesin Gasifikasi Biomassa Skala Micro-Grid  ini diharapkan mampu mencapai harga standar pemerintah Indonesia dengan asumsi harga jual listrik pada tahun 2019 untuk PLTBM (Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Biomassa) yaitu sebesar USD $Cent 8,41/kWh.

Abstract

Energi terbarukan telah menjadi fokus utama dalam upaya global untuk mengatasi perubahan iklim dan mengurangi ketergantungan pada sumber energi fosil yang terbatas. Di antara solusi energi terbarukan, Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) telah muncul sebagai alternatif yang menjanjikan, memanfaatkan sinar matahari untuk menghasilkan listrik yang bersih dan berkelanjutan. Dengan kemajuan teknologi panel surya dan sistem konversi energi, PLTS telah terbukti menjadi sumber energi yang efisien dan ramah lingkungan, yang semakin banyak diadopsi di berbagai belahan dunia, baik untuk pembangkit listrik skala besar komersial maupun kebutuhan rumah tangga skala kecil. Namun, keberhasilan implementasi PLTS sangat bergantung pada desain, operasi, dan pemeliharaannya. Evaluasi performa memainkan peran penting dalam memastikan sistem ini berfungsi secara optimal, memenuhi target energi, dan meminimalkan masalah seperti penurunan efisiensi atau kerusakan sistem. Makalah ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji berbagai metode evaluasi performa PLTS, termasuk pendekatan analitis, teknik berbasis perangkat lunak, dan sistem pemantauan langsung. Makalah ini menyoroti kelebihan dan kekurangan masing-masing metode, memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi peneliti, praktisi, dan pembuat kebijakan. Terakhir, makalah ini mengusulkan arahan penelitian di masa depan, menekankan perlunya pendekatan multidisipliner, data lapangan yang lebih luas, dan integrasi teknologi baru seperti IoT untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan keberlanjutan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya di Indonesia

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) adalah salah satu kegiatan tri dharma perguruan tinggi yang sudah sepatutnya menjadi kewajiban bagi dosen guna memberdayakan penerapan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi kepada khalayak umum, terutama golongan yang masih berkutat dalam teknologi tradisional menuju era teknologi modern. SMK Al-Kahfi yang berada di Dusun Batu Alang, Desa Leseng, Kecamatan Moyo Hulu, Kabupaten Sumbawa, menjadi objek oleh tim dosen Fakultas Rekayasa Sistem (FRS) dalam pelaksanaan PKM yang terfokus pada pengajaran graphics design dasar bagi siswa kelas X dan XI Jurusan Informatika. Graphics design adalah suatu bentuk komunikasi visual yang menggunakan teks dan gambar untuk menyampaikan informasi yang efisien. Sedangkan subtansi materi dasar dari graphics design adalah desain brief yaitu dokumen risalah perancangan antara desainer dengan klien yang berisikan ruang lingkup proyek, jangka waktu pengerjaan, tujuan pembuatan dan rincian biaya. Dokumen risalah perancangan ini sangat penting dan wajib dibuat bersama-sama oleh desainer dengan klien pada tahap konsultasi awal sebelum proyek graphics design dimulai. Tujuan akhir dari PKM ini diharapkan mampu memberikan motivasi kepada siswa untuk melakukan perancangan dan perencanaan proyek graphics design secara professional di kompetisi lokal maupun regional, salah satunya mampu tampil di kompetisi tahunan Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) yaitu lomba kompetensi siswa (LKS).

Abstract

West Sumbawa Regency is one of the regencies on Sumbawa Island, West Nusa Tenggara Province. Tourism is a popular activity; most people use it to fill their free time amid their busy lives. Tourism is vital in driving national economic growth because it is one of the development sectors that can spur economic growth in a region. The impact of current technological advances has resulted in all types of information being presented online. The West Sumbawa Regency Government has problems and difficulties conveying information about existing tourism because there are no information media that the public can easily access. Currently, West Sumbawa Regency does not have a tourist route search application that tourists use as an alternative to finding travel routes by tourists. Based on these conditions, media is needed to find tourist routes and a medium for promoting tourism and its products to tourists. It can make it easier for tourists to find the shortest route to a more efficient tourist spot. In addition, local government and tourism industry entrepreneurs are used as media to promote tourist attractions and their products and tourist needs. A tourist route database was developed using the waterfall method, PHP programming, and the MySQL database as a database management system (DBMS). The results are a tourist destination route database and a website-based tourism information service expected to make it easier for the public to obtain information about tourist routes in West Sumbawa Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to design and build a tourism system in Sumbawa Regency. In this research is using a qualitative approach that used model of rapid application development (RAD) for system development life circle (SDLC) method. Overall the first stage is system planning, next stage is analyzing tourism data and information that would be presented on web and android technology based. In addition, for users interface display is the attractive database design. The final stage is coding the system and produce a prototype for the implementation which is presenting on the web pages and google play store for android smartphones. The system presented could be used for evaluation, monitoring and facilitating of tourism transaction and promotion processes in Sumbawa Regency.

Abstract

Diabetic Retinopathy (DR) is a disease whose main cause is complications of diabetes mellitus. High levels of sugar in the blood (glucose) are caused by the pancreas' inability to produce insulin. Prevention of diabetic retinopathy and blindness by carrying out examinations at an early stage and doing them regularly. Currently, doctors still carry out examinations manually so they are prone to errors in examinations. This research aims to build an application to diagnose Diabetic Retinopathy in order to facilitate the work of the medical team and doctors at the eye clinic. In the application creation process, MATLAB is used, while feature extraction uses GLCM and for classification, SVM is used. The results of the research are that doctors and medical teams are helped in carrying out manual patient diagnoses and reduce the occurrence of human error.
