Abstract

Companies can help their employees better manage their finances through employee benefits programs such as financial counseling and retirement planning assistance. These programs provide employees with the necessary knowledge and tools to make wise financial decisions, thereby improving their financial management capabilities and positively impacting their long-term financial well-being. A good and stable working relationship provides many financial benefits, such as income stability, additional benefits, and company support in professional development and financial management. This research uses a qualitative method with data collection based on a thorough literature search and literature sources. In addition, the psychological and emotional impact of layoffs also needs to be considered as it can threaten employees' quality of life and mental health. Therefore, it is important for companies and governments to provide support and assistance programs for employees affected by layoffs to help them recover and achieve financial stability and well-being in the future. Layoffs can have serious consequences including loss of income, cash flow disruption, debt, loss of social security and health insurance, and psychological distress. The negative impact of layoffs is not only limited to finances, but also includes stress, anxiety, depression and disruption of personal relationships. Therefore, it is important for companies and governments to work together to provide support and assistance programs to employees affected by layoffs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate how Universitas Negeri Medan students' shopping decisions  Toko Mixue Pancing are influenced by product quality and store atmosphere.  Product quality is an important factor in making customers satisfied, while the store atmosphere contributes to a comfortable and enjoyable shopping experience.  This quantitative study uses associative and descriptive approaches, and 80 respondents are students from Universitas Negeri Medan.  Multiple linear regression analysis was used after the data was collected through a Likert scale questionnaire.  The research results show that product quality has a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions, with a t-value of 4.469 greater than the t-table value of 1.990 and a significance value of 0.001 0.05.  The warehouse atmosphere also has a positive influence, with a t-value of 4.211 greater than the t-table value of 1.990 and a significance value of 0.001 0.05.  Furthermore, the F-test results indicate that both independent variables simultaneously influence purchasing decisions, with a calculated F value of 60.443 greater than the table F value of 3.12 and a significance level of 0.001 lower than 0.05.  The quality of the product and the store environment account for 61.1% of the differences in students' purchasing decisions, according to a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.611.  Therefore, improving product quality and optimizing the store environment can be an effective strategy to enhance customer attraction and loyalty.  This research provides the managers of Mixue Pancing Store with information that they can use to enhance their competitiveness in the beverage and ice cream market.

Abstract

Dengan berkembangnya teknologi digital, telah terjadi pergeseran besar dalam pendekatan pemasaran. Salah satu strategi utama untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan konsumen adalah penggunaan media sosial. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari bagaimana interaksi digital dan konten media sosial berdampak pada tingkat keterlibatan pelanggan merek Miricare di kalangan mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Medan. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan kuantitatif yang menggunakan jenis penelitian asosiatif dan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik purposive sampling, kuesioner berbasis skala Likert disebarkan kepada 70 responden yang dipilih. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konten media sosial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat engagement consumen, dengan nilai thitung 4.274 lebih besar dari ttabel 1.995 dan nilai signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05,interaksi digital juga memiliki pengaruh positif, dengan nilai thitung 6.802 lebih besar dari ttabel 1.995 dan nilai signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05. Selain itu, hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel independen mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian secara bersamaan, dengan nilai F hitung 95.851 lebih besar dari F tabel 3,13 dan signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05.Dan Secara simultan, kedua variabel ini juga memberikan kontribusi yang besar terhadap peningkatan keterlibatan konsumen, dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 74,1%. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa konten media sosial yang baik dan interaksi digital yang intens dapat memperkuat hubungan emosional antara pelanggan dan merek. Oleh karena itu, Miricare harus mengoptimalkan kedua elemen ini untuk mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan dan memperluas jangkauan pasarnya di era internet.

Abstract

Bahasa Indonesia, yang berasal dari bahasa Melayu dan telah menjadi lingua franca di Nusantara sejak abad ke-7, diresmikan sebagai bahasa nasional pada tahun 1945. Pembakuan bahasa dilakukan pada tahun 1972 untuk menyatukan berbagai dialek. Namun, mahasiswa sering mengalami kesalahan berbahasa dalam penulisan skripsi, yang berdampak pada kualitas akademik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif untuk menganalisis kesalahan berbahasa dalam skripsi mahasiswa Manajemen. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi studi literatur dan triangulasi untuk meningkatkan validitas hasil. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kesalahan penggunaan kata baku dan tidak baku mendominasi, mencapai 47,83%, diikuti oleh penggunaan kata serapan (21,74%) dan kesalahan tanda baca (13,04%). Kesalahan ini dapat merusak kredibilitas akademik dan memengaruhi pemahaman pembaca. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya pelatihan intensif dalam penggunaan bahasa yang baik serta kolaborasi antara lembaga pendidikan dan dosen untuk meningkatkan kualitas penulisan skripsi mahasiswa. Dengan perbaikan yang tepat, diharapkan kualitas penulisan skripsi dapat meningkat secara signifikan.
