Abstract

This research aims to investigate the synchronization of the implementation of Merdeka Curriculum in Akidah Akhlak learning with the phenomenon of moral degradation that emerges in the era of Society 5.0. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study as the research design. Data were collected through classroom observations, participatory interviews with teachers and students, and document analysis related to the curriculum and the phenomenon of moral degradation. The results showed that the implementation of Merdeka Curriculum in Akidah Akhlak learning has integrated moral values that are relevant to the context of the Society 5.0 era. However, the phenomenon of moral degradation that occurs around students is a challenge that needs to be overcome. The adaptation of the Merdeka Curriculum in Akidah Akhlak learning has integrated moral values that are relevant to the context of the Society 5.0 era. This is shown by the existence of, first, the first preventive stage of compulsory 'Ubbudiyah (Prayer, Reciting the Qur'an, Shalawat, Tahlil and character habituation), Second, the curative stage, disciplining students by the Code of Conduct team with dialogic interaction as a verbal mandate. Third, the rehabilitation stage, moral recovery to teachers, namely by acculturating 5S (Salam, Salim, Sapa, Polite, Santun), educating students to be critical and selective on information on the internet with the task of expressing opinions verbally about negative issues that are trending on the internet. In conclusion, efforts to synchronize the Merdeka Curriculum in Akidah Akhlak learning with the phenomenon of moral degradation in the Society 5.0 era require collaboration between schools, parents, and the community. By involving all parties, it is hoped that learning moral values can be more relevant and effective in facing the moral challenges faced by students in the Society 5.0 era.

Abstract

Historical thinking skill is the ability to think historically related to how to identify in critical and deep thinking about history. This historical ability is important for students to have, because critical thinking is a representation of the universal, multicultural and democratic character of citizens. With this model of thinking development model, it is hoped that students can be more critical and thorough in determining life in the future. The pattern of developing historical thinking is adjusted to the age or level of education of the students. Learners are human beings who are in a state of resistance to development and growth, students are considered immature so they need guidance from parents and educators in the development process which is certainly at every level of education has its own educational focus according to the abilities of students whose ending when entering the age of late adolescence will there are cognitive, affective and psychomotor changes of learners which are obtained through the process of education and teaching at every level of education. Abstrak Historical thingking skill merupakan kemampuan berpikir historis yang berkaitan dengan cara mengidentifikasi dalam berpikir kritis dan mendalam mengenai sejarah. Kemampuan kesejarahan ini penting dimiliki oleh peserta didik, karena berpikir kritis adalah representasi karakter warga negara yang universal, multikultural dan demokratis. Dengan model pengembangan berpikir model ini diharapkan agar peserta didik dapat lebih kritis dan teliti dalam menentukan kehidupan di masa mendatang. Pola pengembangan berpikir historis disesuaikan dengan usia atau jenjang pendidikan peserta didik. Peserta didik merupakan seorang insan yang berada dalam tahan perkembangan dan pertumbuhan, peserta didik dianggap belum dewasa sehingga perlu bimbingan orang tua maupun pendidik dalam proses perkembangannya yang pastinya dalam setiap jenjang pendidikan memimiliki fokus pendidikan tersendiri sesuai kemampuan peserta didik yang endingnya ketika memasuki usia remaja akhir akan terjadi perubahan kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik peserta didik yang di peroleh melalui proses pendidikan dan pengajaran di setiap tingkatan pendidikannya.

Abstract

In this paper, the author describes a study of Islamic dakwah material from the perspective of the Al-Qur'an language regarding the theory and ways of conveying da'wah material using the methods outlined in the Al-Qur'an. The study discussed in this paper includes the understanding of Islamic da'wah material, namely messages of Islamic dakwah or everything that the subject must convey to the object of da'wah, namely the entire Islamic teachings contained in the Al-Qur'an and Sunnah, the various languages of the Al-Qur'an 'an about da'wah includes qaulan sadidan, qaulan balighan, qaulan maysuran, qaulan layyinan, qaulan ma'rufan, qaulan kariman, various da'wah materials in life cover issues of aqidah, shari'ah, muamalah and morals, theories and objects of Islamic dakwah. The method in this paper is library research with primary sources (al-marāji' al-awwaliyyah) in the form of Al-Qur'an verses related to Islamic da'wah methods and secondary sources (al-marāji' aṡ-ṡanawiyah) scientific books and journals that have relevance to the discussion in this paper. Abstrak Dalam tulisan ini, penulis memaparkan kajian tentang materi dakwah Islam dengan perspektif bahasa Al-Qur’an berkenaan teori serta cara menyampaikan materi dakwah dengan metode yang termaktub dalam Al-Qur’an. Kajian yang dibahas pada tulisan ini meliputi pengertian materi dakwah Islam yaitu pesan-pesan dakwah Islam atau segala sesuatu yang harus disampaikan subjek kepada objek dakwah, yaitu keseluruhan ajaran Islam yang ada dalam Al-Qur’an maupun Sunnah, macam-macam bahasa Al-Qur’an tentang dakwah mencakup qaulan sadidan, qaulan balighan, qaulan maysuran, qaulan layyinan, qaulan ma’rufan, qaulan kariman, ragam materi dakwah dalam kehidupan mencakup masalah aqidah, syari’ah, muamalah dan akhlak , teori dan objek dakwah Islam. Adapun metode dalam tulisan ini dengan library research (studi pustaka) dengan sumber primer (al-marāji’ al-awwaliyyah) berupa ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an yang berkaitan dengan metode dakwah Islam dan sumber sekunder (al-marāji’ aṡ-ṡanawiyah) buku dan jurnal ilmiah yang memiliki relevansi dengan pembahasan dalam tulisan ini.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the dynamics of the relationship between Kiai and santri in traditional pesantren. This research deconstructs the relationship between Kiai and Santri in the Indonesian socio-cultural context. Through a critical approach, this research examines the dynamics of power and cultural influences that color the relationship. Using a case study, this research reveals the complexity of the Kiai and Santri relationship that goes beyond the traditional teacher-student relationship. The research aims to unpack the assumptions underlying this traditional relationship, as well as reveal the power structures and cultural dynamics that exist. Through qualitative methods, data was collected from in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. The results show that the relationship between Kiai and Santri in traditional pesantren is built on the basis of strong religious and cultural values. Kiai holds a central role as a spiritual leader and teacher, while Santri places themselves as obedient and respectful students. This relationship is characterized by a clear hierarchy, where Kiai has great authority and influence over both Kiai and santri. Then the relationship between Kiai and Santri is not only hierarchical, but also complex and dynamic, with the negotiation and resistance of santri to the kiai's authority. Santri, who are often positioned in subordinate power (Patron-Client), demonstrate the ability to negotiate their identity and space within the pesantren structure. This research highlights the importance of understanding this relationship in the broader context of social and cultural change, and encourages the reconstruction of a more equal relationship between kiai and santri. The findings contribute to the study of Islamic education and social dynamics in Indonesia, and open space for discussion on the redefinition of Kiai according to relevant pesantren education reviews.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the methods and approaches in tafsir bi al-ma’tsur (tafsir based on history) in a chronological review of the history of Qur'anic interpretation. Tafsir of the Qur'an is a very important discipline in understanding the meaning and message contained in the sacred text of the Qur'an. In this study, we will look at the development of methods and approaches used in tafsir bi al-matsur, which refers to interpretation based on history and tradition. The research method used is a historical approach and literature analysis. The study involves collecting data from various primary and secondary sources, including classical and contemporary books of tafsir, as well as historical literature on Qur'anic interpretation. The collected data will be analyzed chronologically to see the evolution of methods and approaches in tafsir bi al-matsur over time.The results of this study are expected to provide a better understanding of the development and variation of methods and approaches in tafsir bi al-matsur throughout the history of Qur'anic interpretation. In a chronological overview, this study will identify and analyze the different approaches used by mufasirs from different periods, as well as the factors that influenced the changes. It can also provide a foundation for further research in this area, as well as contribute to studies on the history of Qur'ānic interpretation and the development of methods and approaches in tafsir bi al-matsur. With a better understanding of the history and tradition of Qur'ānic interpretation, we can enrich our understanding of the Qur'ānic messages and apply them relevantly in the context of evolving times.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis metode dan pendekatan dalam tafsir bi al-matsur (tafsir berdasarkan sejarah) dalam tinjauan kronologis sejarah penafsiran Al-Qur'an. Tafsir Al-Qur'an merupakan disiplin ilmu yang sangat penting dalam memahami makna dan pesan yang terkandung dalam teks suci Al-Qur'an. Dalam kajian ini akan melihat perkembangan metode dan pendekatan yang digunakan dalam tafsir bi al-matsur yang mengacu pada penafsiran berdasarkan sejarah dan tradisi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan sejarah dan analisis literatur. Kajian ini melibatkan pengumpulan data dari berbagai sumber primer dan sekunder, termasuk kitab-kitab tafsir klasik dan kontemporer, serta literatur sejarah tentang tafsir Al-Qur'an. Data yang terkumpul akan dianalisis secara kronologis untuk melihat evolusi metode dan pendekatan dalam tafsir bi al-matsur dari waktu ke waktu. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai perkembangan dan variasi metode dan pendekatan dalam tafsir bi al-matsur. matsur sepanjang sejarah penafsiran Al-Qur'an. Secara kronologis, penelitian ini akan mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis berbagai pendekatan yang digunakan para mufasir dari berbagai periode, serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perubahan tersebut. Hal ini juga dapat memberikan landasan bagi penelitian lebih lanjut di bidang ini, serta memberikan kontribusi terhadap kajian tentang sejarah penafsiran Al-Qur'an dan pengembangan metode dan pendekatan dalam tafsir bi al-matsur. Dengan pemahaman yang lebih baik terhadap sejarah dan tradisi penafsiran Al-Qur'an, kita dapat memperkaya pemahaman kita terhadap pesan-pesan Al-Qur'an dan menerapkannya secara relevan dalam konteks perkembangan zaman.

Abstract

Evaluasi program pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di madrasah merupakan komponen penting untuk menjamin mutu dan efektivitas penyelenggaraan pendidikan. Akan tetapi, praktik evaluasi program Pendidikan Agama Islam di Madrasah Aliyah seringkali bersifat parsial dan terbatas pada penilaian capaian pembelajaran peserta didik. Padahal, terdapat berbagai model evaluasi program yang dapat diterapkan untuk menghasilkan suatu evaluasi yang komprehensif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi model evaluasi program pembelajaran PAI yang dapat diterapkan di Madrasah Aliyah, menganalisis kesesuaiannya dan implementasinya untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran PAI di Madrasah Aliyah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan mengkaji program pembelajaran PAI di beberapa Madrasah Aliyah di Jawa Timur. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan telaah dokumen. Analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini mengidentifikasi beberapa model evaluasi program pembelajaran PAI yang dapat diterapkan di Madrasah Aliyah, dengan fokus pada evaluasi berbasis tujuan, evaluasi berbasis pemangku kepentingan, dan evaluasi responsif. Model-model tersebut dievaluasi berdasarkan kesesuaiannya dengan konteks, ruang lingkup, dan ketersediaan sumber daya.

Abstract

Pesantren education is experiencing a paradigm shift that deviates from Arkanul Ma'had due to the times and social changes. This condition requires a reorientation of pesantren education to remain relevant and effective in facing future challenges. This study aims to critically examine the thoughts of Zamakhsyari Dhofier and Abdurahman Mas'ud in the context of reorienting pesantren education in East Java. This research uses a qualitative approach with document analysis as the main method. Through literature study and analysis of the thoughts of Zamakhsyari Dhofier and Abdurahman Mas'ud, this research highlights the relevance and applicability of their thoughts in the context of reorienting pesantren education in East Java. The results revealed that Zamakhsyari Dhofier provided important insights regarding the renewal and adjustment of pesantren curriculum to meet modern needs, while Abdurahman Mas'ud emphasized the importance of integrating religious and general knowledge in pesantren education. The results of this study make a significant contribution to the understanding of the reorientation of pesantren education in this region. The implications of this research can be the basis for policy making and the development of pesantren education strategies that are more effective and relevant to the needs of the times, as well as enriching scientific studies and the treasures of pesantren education in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the management of educational finance as a fulfillment of facilities and infrastructure in order to increase efficiency and transparency at SMA Negeri 1 Katibung, South Lampung Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Based on findings in the field, SMAN 1 Katibung has implemented a fairly good financial management system. The discussion in this study highlights the importance of school financial management which includes (1) budget planning, (2) fund allocation, (3) funding sources, (4) supervision and transparency, (5) maintenance and development, (6) evaluation and reporting. However, one of the main obstacles that often arises in school financial management is related to fund allocation. This is due to the large number of maintenance needs for facilities and infrastructure and efforts to develop facilities that must be maintained and cared for optimally so that they continue to function properly. Thus, a sense of responsibility and ownership of facilities and infrastructure is needed as an effort to maintain, supervise and assist so that the use of facilities and infrastructure can be in accordance with the expected goals.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the construction of Washatiyyah (moderation) in a religious context based on the perspective of the Quran, with a focus on of the study of Tahlili interpretations of the Qur'an. The method of qualitative analysis is used with a descriptive approach, involving the search of the literature, the collection of data from the relevant Tahlili interpretations, as well as the analysis and interpretation from the verses of the Koran related to religious moderation. The study is aimed at providing a deeper understanding of the constructions of religious Washatiyya in a Koran perspective, with practical implications in guiding Muslims in practicing religious moderation and building inclusive, tolerant, and harmonious societies. The study also aims to reveal the understanding and interpretation of scholarship related to religious moderation, such as the principles, values, and examples of the verses of the Qur'an that describe moderate attitudes in religion. Using the Qur'anic interpretation as a primary source, the study seeks to provide practical guidance for Muslims in applying religious moderation in everyday life. The findings of this research are expected to make an important contribution to developing thought and understanding of religious moderation from the perspective of the Qur'an, as well as promoting social peace and interreligious congregation. In the context of building inclusive and harmonious societies, a deeper understanding of religious Washatiyyah construction will be a strong foundation for overcoming conflict and enhancing tolerance in religious life.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konstruksi Washatiyyah (moderasi) dalam konteks keagamaan berdasarkan perspektif Alquran, dengan fokus kajian pada tafsir-tafsir Tahlili Alquran. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode analisis kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, yang melibatkan penelusuran literatur, pengumpulan data dari tafsir-tafsir tahlili yang relevan, serta analisis dan interpretasi dari ayat-ayat al-Qur'an yang berkaitan dengan moderasi beragama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang konstruksi keagamaan Washatiyyah dalam perspektif Alquran, yang berimplikasi praktis dalam memandu umat Islam dalam mempraktikkan moderasi beragama dan membangun masyarakat yang inklusif, toleran, dan harmonis. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengungkap pemahaman dan penafsiran para ulama terkait dengan moderasi beragama, seperti prinsip-prinsip, nilai-nilai, dan contoh-contoh ayat-ayat al-Qur'an yang menggambarkan sikap moderat dalam beragama. Dengan menggunakan tafsir Al-Qur'an sebagai sumber utama, penelitian ini berusaha memberikan panduan praktis bagi umat Islam dalam menerapkan moderasi beragama dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Temuan penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi penting dalam mengembangkan pemikiran dan pemahaman tentang moderasi beragama dalam perspektif Al-Qur'an, serta mempromosikan perdamaian sosial dan kerukunan antarumat beragama. Dalam konteks membangun masyarakat yang inklusif dan harmonis, pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang konstruksi keagamaan Washatiyyah akan menjadi fondasi yang kuat untuk mengatasi konflik dan meningkatkan toleransi dalam kehidupan beragama.

Abstract

This research explores the application of gamification technology in teaching Al-Qur'an Hadith at Islamic Senior High School 1 Probolinggo City. The aim of this study is to examine the impact of gamification on students' learning motivation and participation. Using a qualitative research approach, data were collected through field observations, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The findings indicate that integrating gamification technology into Al-Qur'an Hadith learning can enhance students' motivation and participation. While gamification is often applied in science and technical subjects, this research focuses on religious education, particularly Al-Qur'an Hadith, which is often perceived as less engaging by students, offering novelty in applying gamification technology in a different context. The results show that gamification can create an interactive and enjoyable learning environment, even in religious subjects like Al-Qur'an Hadith, significantly increasing students' motivation and participation in the learning process. Gamification engages students with game elements such as points, levels, and challenges, making learning more appealing. However, this study also highlights the importance of teacher preparation and adequate infrastructure to ensure the effective application of gamification technology. For a more engaging learning experience, it is crucial that teachers are trained to integrate this technology into their lesson plans. In conclusion, while gamification offers significant pedagogical benefits, it should complement, not replace, the essential role of teachers. A balance between technology and human interaction is vital for the success of a gamified learning environment.
