Abstract

The problem faced when learning Pancasila values is when you have to use story books based on local wisdom, of course not all story books available are adapted to the needs and characteristics of Kindergarten-aged children. The right learning strategy is needed when using the storybook to increase children's potential. The importance of increasing the value of Pancasila from an early age needs to get basic attention as a basis for the further development of children's character. This research method is designed as a literature study in studying and describing various sources of research results related to the use of story books based on local wisdom that can be used in developing Pancasila values, especially the subject of kindergarten aged children, namely 4-6 years. The results of the research are expected to know in-depth reference sources that can be used in further development.ABSTRAKPermasalahan yang dihadapi saat pembelajaran nilai-nilai Pancasila ketika harus menggunakan buku cerita yang berbasis kearifan lokal tentu tidak semua buku cerita yang tersedia menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan karakteristik anak usia Taman Kanak-kanak. Perlu strategi pembelajaran yang tepat saat memanfaatkan buku cerita tersebut dalam meningkatkan potensi anak. Pentingnya peningkatan nilai Pancasila sejak usia dini perlu mendapatkan perhatian yang mendasar sebagai pijakan dalam perkembangan karakter anak selanjutnya. Metode penelitian ini di desain sebagai studi kepustakaan dalam mengkaji dan mendeskripsikan beragam sumber hasil penelitian terkait pemanfaatan buku cerita berbasis kearifan lokal yang dapat digunakan dalam pengembangan nilai Pancasila khususnya subjek anak usia TK yaitu 4-6 tahun. Hasil penelitian diharapkan mengetahui sumber referensi mendalam yang dapat digunakan dalam pengembangan selanjutnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan pembiasaan yang dilakukan oleh guru untuk  menanamkan nilai-nilai nasionalisme pada anak di Taman kanak-kanak Negeri Pembina Plosoklaten Kecamatan Plosoklaten Kabupaten Kediri. Salah satu cara yang terbuktif efektif untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai nasionalisme  pada anak adalah melalui pembiasaan, kebiasaan yang baik akan berdampak positif pada anak. Adapun kendala yang dialami guru ketika menanamkan nilai-nilai nasionalisme pada anak usia dini adalah anak belum bisa bersabar menunggu giliran masuk kelas, ketika upacara bendera masih terdapat anak yang kurang berdiri dengan tegap, kurang fokus mendengarkan amanat yang disampaikan Pembina upacara, belum hafal Pancasila dan kurang mengahayati lagu wajib Indonesia Raya. Kepala sekolah dan guru kelas  adalah subjek penelitian, sedangkan data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analis data dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data,reduksi data, menyajikan data dan membuat kesimpulan.Penanaman nilai-nilai nasionalisme dilakukan guru melalui kegiatan pembiasaan diri di Taman Kanak-kanaks Negeri Pembina Plosoklaten yaitu berbaris sebelum masuk kelas, upacara bendera dan makan bersama.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penanaman nilai-nilai nasionalisme telah dilaksanakan  dengan baik,  hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan adanya fakta bahwa anak-anak telah belajar tentang pembiasaan dan mencontoh perilaku baik yang telah diajarkan oleh guru untuk diterapkan pada kegiatan sehari-hari.

Abstract

Character values sourced from Pancasila with an empathetic approach to elementary school students aim to provide socialization and knowledge as well as its implementation in life in elementary schools, because character values such as religious values, family values, harmony values, populist values, and justice values are important to make Indonesian people have Pancasila character. The method used is a qualitative approach with a type of case study at State Elementary School 3 Kandat, Kediri Regency. The process of collecting data on interviews, observations, and documentation. Analysis technique with conclusions. Validity checks with the presence of researchers and expanded triangulation. The results of the study showed that the increase in changes in attitude patterns and better character of students about character values sourced from Pancasila with an empathetic approach for elementary school students consisted of: 1) religious values (divine values), 2) family values (human values), 3) harmony values (unity values), 4) populist values, 5) justice values. This starts from class VI which will later provide a good example of implementation to classes V and IV.

Abstract

Introducing the history of Indonesian independence to children is not an easy matter, considering that if you talk about history, what you definitely know is the long plot and events. Introduction to the history of Indonesian independence, in a fun way to foster good nationalist values in children from an early age. The aim is for young children to feel the meaning of struggle from simple actions. We know that children's learning methods must be adapted to their characteristics. The aim of the research will be to briefly describe how the introduction of stories of struggle increases the value of nationalism in children. The research design will use narrative/historical qualitative research, namely trying to find and describe narratively the activities carried out and the impact of the actions taken. This research will be carried out at the ABA VII Kindergarten, Kediri City with research subjects of 30 children aged 4-6 years. Collection techniques are observation, interviews and document analysis. Meanwhile, in analyzing the data, data triangulation, member checking and auditing techniques were used, as well as data analysis techniques according to Miles & Huberman, namely data reduction, data display and conclusions. The research results show that instilling nationalist values based on the story of the nation's struggle can be done through planning play activities starting from playing learning videos, designing Heroes' Day project activities and telling stories from books/pictures about the names of heroes as well as direct practice of visiting heroes' graves. Recommendations from research results should be developed other than during Heroes' Day so that we can see the continuity of children's understanding through activities to foster nationalism.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji eksistensi nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam sejarah kerajaan-kerajaan Nusantara sebagai bentuk kontinuitas historis nilai luhur bangsa Indonesia. Nilai-nilai Pancasila yang kini menjadi dasar negara ternyata telah berakar kuat dalam praktik sosial, budaya, dan pemerintahan kerajaan-kerajaan terdahulu, seperti Sriwijaya, Majapahit, Kutai, dan Mataram Kuno. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan historis dan analisis literatur. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa nilai ketuhanan, kemanusiaan, persatuan, musyawarah, dan keadilan sosial telah hidup dalam sistem kepercayaan, struktur pemerintahan, hukum adat, serta pola interaksi masyarakat pada masa lampau. Nilai-nilai tersebut menjadi dasar terbentuknya kepribadian bangsa yang beradab dan menjadi landasan bagi perumusan Pancasila oleh para pendiri bangsa.

Abstract

Criminology plays a crucial role in multicultural societies characterized by ethnic, cultural, and value-based diversity. In this context, criminology not only addresses the factors influencing criminal behavior but also explores how culture shapes perceptions of crime and law enforcement. This article investigates how criminology can provide deep insights into cultural dynamics within law enforcement practices, as well as the challenges and prospects for the future. The study emphasizes the importance of inclusive and culturally responsive law enforcement strategies and proposes the integration of criminology and cultural anthropology to develop policies that take local values into account. Such integration is expected to strengthen social and legal justice in increasingly complex societies. The data collection method used in this study is a literature review, which involves gathering and analyzing relevant works by previous researchers whose studies relate closely to the issues discussed.
