Abstract

Desa Sangrawayang merupakan wilayah yang sebagian besar penduduknya bekerja sebagai nelayan. Kondisi tersebut menjadikan masayarakat di Desa Sangrawayang banyak melakukan aktivitas yang memanfaatkan sumberdaya perairan laut, seperti kegiatan penangkapan ikan. Alat tangkap yang banyak digunakan yakni bagan apung dan bagan tancap. Selain itu ada juga bagan khusus yang digunakan untuk wisata pancing. Hasil tangkapan nelayan yang mengalami penurunan dan stagnan di Desa Sangrawayang membutuhkan inovasi alat bantu untuk meningkatkan hasil tangkapan yang dapat berdampak pada kesejahteraan nelayan. Atraktor rumpon protein hewani (booster rumpon) menjadi salah satu alat yang dapat digunakan guna membantu peningkatan hasil tangkapan nelayan bagan di Desa Sangrawayang. Masyarakat nelayan membutuhkan edukasi dalam pembuatan booster rumpon untuk mengoptimlkan pemahaman nelayan dalam membuat alat bantu tersebut sehingga dapat berkelanjutan dan masyarakat nelayan dapat melakukan pembuatan alat bantu secara mandiri. Penggunaan booster rumpon yang digunakan di Desa Sangrawayang menunjukkan perbedaan hasil tangkapan yang cukup signifikan, yakni sebesar 88% jika dibandingkan dengan hasil tangkapan bagan yang tidak menggunakan booster rumpon. Peningkatan hasil tangkapan menjadikan pendapatan nelayan juga ikut meningkat sehingga dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan nelayan di Desa Sangrawayang.

Abstract

Pancoran Mas, Depok city has a water catchment area, namely Situ Rawa Besar. Situ Rawa Besar has the potential to overflow during the rainy season which caused flooding in 2020. The water level of Situ Rawa Besar is not monitored in real time so that information on the increase in water level is late to reach the community. Thus, an IoT-based water level monitoring system using ultrasonic sensors was made so that the community was able to monitor the state of Situ Rawa Besar in real time through a prepared website. In order to use the ultrasonic sensor module, there was a failure to read the water level in previous studies. So in addition to monitoring the water level in Situ Rawa Besar, the purpose of making this system is to prove that ultrasonic sensors can be used in water environments such as situ. System testing was carried out at Situ Rawa Besar and at the Prototype. This system is able to monitor the water level for 24 hours with electrical power provided from batteries integrated with solar panels. Testing was carried out on 6 days with an average water level of 70-72cm (alert level). All height data for 6 days is uploaded to the Thingspeak website and can be seen by anyone. Based on the research on the prototype, the system is able to measure the height from 0-182 cm and turn on the alarm when the height is more than equal to 100 cm.

Abstract

This community service is an implementation of science in the field of Design / Engineering, especially 3D object design. The Indonesian creative industry sees great opportunities with 3D design. This is closely related to the development of information technology that is increasing every year. Knowing how to create 3D objects will open up job opportunities for the current generation. In addition, it is also one way to attract scientific interests to the University level, especially in the Mechanical Engineering Department. In facing increasingly fierce global competition, it is very necessary The purpose of this community service program is to provide training in creating 3D objects to vocational school students because there is no comprehensive training on the process of creating 3D objects and their supporting tools. as an effort to improve design skills and also at the same time capture students' interests and talents to be able to learn early about one of the sciences in the Mechanical Engineering Department. 3D object design begins with how to create 3D objects with website-based Onshape3d. Onshape3d with a website was chosen because it is open source or free. Onshape3d's ability to create 3D objects and create 3D animations has long been recognized, because it is open source. To prevent creativity support from becoming a burden, it is hoped that this will become a source of innovation for participants. To assess the effectiveness of the training, student understanding was evaluated through Quizizz before the pre-test and after the post-test of the activity. The pre-test results showed that students' initial understanding of 3D design concepts and CAD software was still relatively low, with an average score of 45%. Their knowledge was still limited to the basic functions of modeling software. After the training, the post-test evaluation showed a significant improvement: the average score jumped to 76%, reflecting a better understanding of 3D design concepts and skills in using OnShape 3D.

Abstract

Learning media in the computer and internet era can help teachers and students learn better. ChatGPT is an AI system that enables conversational interaction through text, can help students understand complex subject matter and improve their learning outcomes. Because the answers are This application is very popular with students because it is well-structured and can solve problems in a short time. However, AI technology, especially Generative Pre-trained Transformer (Chat GPT), has been very important for the advancement of education. In addition, it has an impact on student creativity, originality, and their learning process. This study collected data on student perceptions of the ethics of using ChatGPT. In addition, the written work created was evaluated for its quality. It is hoped that the results of this study will improve our understanding of the possibilities and difficulties of integrating ChatGPT in education. The results of the training on understanding the ethics of using ChatGPT in writing scientific papers for students of SMA Negeri 1 Kedungwuni, Pekalongan Regency, obtained several conclusions: The training was carried out smoothly to students covering the ethical material of using ChatGPT with the quality of creating appropriate prompts and an understanding that AI as a writing aid needs to evaluate the output AI provides. In addition, by holding training, students' abilities in utilizing GPT Chat as a tool in writing papers have increased
