Abstract

E-wallet is an application connected to the internet that can store nominal money. E-Wallets in Indonesia, one of which is the Gopay E-Wallet, is an all-in-one digital wallet belonging to the giant Indonesian start-up, Gojek, which can be used from fast transactions for all Gojek services, to sending or receiving money easily. This study aims to determine the effect of the variables Promotion, Service Features, Perceived Convenience, Perceived Benefits and Perceived Security on the Decision to Use Gopay E-Wallet in Tangerang City. The population of this study is respondents who use Gopay E-Wallet and have made purchases using Gopay E-Wallet in Tangerang City at least once. The sample used was 120 respondents, non-probability sampling method and the technique used was purposive sampling. Using primary data obtained using a questionnaire. The test phases carried out are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test namely Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, and Heteroscedasticity Test, and use Multiple Linear Regression Test, after that test the hypothesis with T test and F test, and R^2 test (Coefficient determination). The testing tool was carried out using SPSS. The results of the F Test show that the variables Promotion, Service Features, Perceived Convenience, Perceived Benefits and Perceived Security have a simultaneous effect on the Decision to Use Gopay E-Wallet. The results of the T-test show that the variables Promotion, Service Features, Perceived Benefits and Perceived Security partially influence the Decision to Use Gopay E-Wallet, while the Perceived Convenience variable does not affect the Decision to Use Gopay E-Wallet.

Abstract

A company will face ups and downs in company value. In general, companies hope that the value of their company will continue to increase, but in reality, there are still companies that experience a decline. In this case, the main objective of this research is to determine the relationship between sustainability report disclosure and Green Intellectual Capital on Green Firm Value. This research was conducted on energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2022. The data collection technique used was purposive sampling with a total of 12 companies over the 5 years of research. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The results of this research show that Sustainability Report Disclosure has a significant effect on Green Firm Value, while Green Intellectual Capital has no effect on Green Firm Value. Simultaneously Sustainability Report Disclosure and Green Intellectual Capital have a significant effect on Green Firm Value

Abstract

Digital transformation has become imperative for company survival in the modern era. This study analyzes the change management strategies implemented by Fuji Film in facing digital transformation through a systematic literature review approach. Using content analysis of academic literature from 2020-2024, this research reveals how Fuji Film successfully transformed from a traditional photography company into an innovative technology company. The results show that Fuji Film's digital transformation success was supported by three key elements: comprehensive change management strategy, systematic digital capability development, and structured technology implementation. The company adopted the "Digital Transformation Triangle" model integrating technology, process, and human resources, supported by strong transformational leadership and continuous investment in digital talent development. This transformation resulted in significant increases in digital revenue and operational effectiveness. This research greatly advances our knowledge of change management techniques in the context of digital transformation and provides valuable lessons for traditional companies undergoing similar processes

Abstract

The phenomenon of high turnover in Indonesia has become a particular concern for companies, especially in retaining competent human resources. Employee turnover is often triggered by percieved inadequate compensation, both financial and non-financial. This article aims to analyze the relationship between compensation and employee turnover intention and identify strategies that can be implemented to reduce turnover rates. This study employs a literature approach to collect secondary data from various studies and credible sources. The analysis results indicate that fair and competitive compensation significantly reduce employees’ intentions top leave the company

Abstract

This research aims to describe the perceptions of Islamic Religious Education students regarding the implementation of Lesson Study-based Field Experience Practices. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The research subjects were students of Islamic Religious Education at the State Islamic University of K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan who is currently or has taken the Field Experience Practice course. Data was obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that Islamic Religious Education students have a positive perception of Lesson Study-based Field Experience Practices. Islamic Religious Education students experience the benefits of lesson study, such as increasing pedagogical, professional, personal and social competencies. However, students also face several obstacles, such as limited time and difficulties in designing collaborative learning.

Abstract

This study uses qualitative methodology to be able to analyze more deeply the relationship between paradigms on Employee Performance, Strategic HR Management, and Global HR Management within the company. How the paradigm espoused by organizations affects how they manage human resources globally, as well as what impact it has on organizational performance within the company. With a better understanding of the role of paradigms in this context, we can understand how organizations can be more effective in achieving their goals through global management of Strategic HR. In addition, this research can also develop knowledge and insights in learning more about Company Performance, Strategic HR Management, and Global HR Management. This research teaches how employees evaluate their performance. The objectives of this study are: 1) To be able to find out Employee Performance in the company environment. 2) To be able to know the relationship between Company Performance, Strategic HR Management, and Global HR Management.

Maintaining a healthy work-life balance has emerged as a pressing concern in contemporary society, given the relentless pace of the modern world and the relentless pursuit of career success. This paper employs a bibliometric approach to delve into the landscape of work-life balance research, delving into trends, pivotal themes, and collaboration dynamics among scholars. The methodology hinges on meticulous data collection from esteemed academic databases, followed by comprehensive analysis facilitated by bibliometric software. The findings underscore a burgeoning interest in work-life balance inquiry, underscored by a dual focus on the detrimental repercussions of work-family conflict and the advantageous outcomes of attaining equilibrium. The analysis sheds light on influential authors shaping the discourse, pivotal research themes driving the field forward, and prospective avenues for further exploration. These insights hold significance for academia, industry practitioners, and policymakers alike. By unpacking the implications of this research, organizations, individuals, and society stand to gain. It underscores the imperative of fostering work-life balance not only for individual well-being but also for optimizing organizational effectiveness. Moreover, the paper emphasizes the nuanced interplay between work and personal life, advocating for strategies that facilitate harmony between the two realms. Recognizing the multifaceted nature of work-life balance, it calls for tailored interventions and policies that acknowledge diverse needs and preferences.
