Abstract

The Islamic Students Movement of Indonesia is an organization aimed at the formation of Indonesian Muslims who are afraid of Allah SWT, righteous, knowledgeable, competent, and responsible in practicing their knowledge and commitment to the realization of the ideals of Indonesia's independence. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the values contained in the Ahlussunnah Wal Jama’ah (ASWAJA), which is made PMII, as the basis of the value of thought and the theological foundation. The method used in this research is the qualitative descriptive approach, which is a way to find new meanings, explain a condition of existence, determine the frequency of occurrence of something, and categorize information. In this study, there are four principles of values that can be transformed into the direction of the PMII movement, which is a framework of thinking to be able to formulate concrete solutions to the problems that exist in the current reality. There are four kinds of worshippers in the Qur’an: al-Tawassuth, Al-Tawazun, al-Asamuh, and al-I’tidal.

Abstract

Background. One of the common causes is attitude, a complex problem experienced by students at the Aliyah level causing less serious learning. Behavior will have a special impact on the social aspects of life. So it takes more effort for a teacher to prevent and anticipate unwanted things from happening. Purpose. The purpose of this study, to how the application of overcoming the attitude of Madrasah Aliyah students in interacting both with each other and with other educators, through the Efficiency of Learning Methods. Method. This research uses quantitative methods by using surveys and in-depth interviews with educators. The results of this study are educators looking for a middle point on how to build the character of Aliyah students through the Efficiency of Learning Methods. Results The conclusion of this research is that educators can take advantage of providing material that is already in the syllabus for learning to make student character can be formed. Conclusion. Therefore, the limitation of this study is that researchers cannot present valid behavioral data for each Aliyah student. It is hoped that future researchers can present an in-depth look at the behavioral problems that exist in Aliyah students.

Abstract

Menurunnya persentase jumlah pendaftar atau siswa di Lembaga kursus bahasa inggris Mahesa Institute tiap tahunnya yaitu dari tahun 2018-2020. Dari hal tersebut maka perlu ditingkatkan lagi manajemen mutu agar tujuan jangka panjang dapat tercapai. Dan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Mahesa Institute harus terus ditingkatkan karena sangat identik dengan keberadaan organisasi yang bersangkutan. Pelayanan yang buruk akan mengurangi dan menurunkan mutu organisasi tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini, untuk mengetahui sistem manajemen mutu di Mahesa Institute dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif. Untuk sumber datanya, meliputi data primer dan data sekunder. Untuk teknik pengumpulan data peneliti menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Untuk analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian, bahwa evaluasi merupakan salah satu bagian dari sistem manajemen, dimana evaluasi ini berfungsi sebagai monitoring dalam suatu kegiatan atau berjalanya suatu program. Dalam evaluasi ini digambarkan melalui penilaian dan data-data yang didapat dari tes maupun non tes. Dengan evaluasi pelanggan juga merupakan bentuk mempertahankan kualitas pelayanan dan juga sebagai monitoring untuk mengetahui kekurangan dalam suatu hal.  dengan adanya evaluasi juga menjadi di acuan suatu pihak atau kegiatan untuk menjadi lebih baik dari sebelumnya. Selain itu juga dengan adanya evaluasi yang dilakukan oleh Mahesa Institute sangatlah bermanfaat bagi pihak terkait, baik Institut maupun pelanggan. Karena dengan adanya evaluasi maka baik dari segi pelayanan, kualitas dan metode yang akan disediakan oleh pihak Mahesa Institute akan sangat menghasilkan serta meningkatkan kepuasan lebih dari pelanggan yang diharapkan.

Abstract

Learning planning is a crucial component in achieving educational goals, especially in the context of cooperative learning at various levels of education. This study aims to explore cooperative learning planning based on teachers' emotional approach in SMKN 14 Jakarta. The researcher used a qualitative approach with a case study research design. This case study research is conducted in-depth on the emotional approach of teachers in the classroom with the aim of obtaining a complete and in-depth picture of an entity through the data collected. The results of this study show several findings carried out by teachers in designing emotional approach-based cooperative learning, namely: (1) determining the material to be discussed through discussion, (2) making class agreements together, (3) ensuring each group is actively involved in doing the task, (4) making sure to look for additional references as needed, (5) studying and listening to friends' presentations. The findings show that teachers have created an inclusive learning environment that is responsive to learners' needs and emotional conditions.

Abstract

Make Learning Fun is a strategy for kampus mengajar students' classroom management that focuses on creating an interesting and interactive learning environment for students. This approach aims to prevent boredom in the learning process. This study examines classroom management strategies implemented by students who are members of the Kampus Mengajar program at SDN 4 Bedahan Depok. The researcher used a qualitative approach with a case study research design. In this study, researchers used NVivo 12 Pro software to code data from the results of data collection of interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings of this study show that the implementation of strategies in classroom management through the Make Learning Fun program was the first time created by kampus mengajar students at SDN Bedahan 4 Depok. Students are able to think innovatively in classroom management by making the learning process not only transfer knowledge but also create a fun, interesting, interactive learning atmosphere according to the needs of students without eliminating aspects of learning objectives. The findings of this study can be described as follows: (1) Student Strategies in Classroom Management; (2) Student Implementation of Classroom Management; and (3) Make Learning Fun as a Student Strategy in Classroom Management.

Abstract

The Make Learning Fun is a program for teaching campus students classroom management that focuses on creating an interesting and interactive learning environment for students. This approach aims to prevent boredom in the learning process so that students are expected to be more enthusiastic about participating in the learning process. This study examines classroom management strategies implemented by students who are members of the Teaching Campus program at SDN 4 Bedahan Depok. The researcher used a qualitative approach with a case study research design. The findings of this study show that the implementation of strategies in classroom management through the Make Learning Fun program was the first time created by teaching campus students at SDN Bedahan 4 Depok. Students are able to think innovatively in classroom management by making the learning process not only transfer knowledge but are able to create a fun, interesting, interactive learning atmosphere according to the needs of students without eliminating aspects of learning objectives. Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of organizational strategies in strategic planning according to Fred R. David's perspective, which divides strategies into three main categories: integration, intensification, and diversification. This study applies a literature review method by examining various theoretical sources and previous research findings related to organizational strategy planning and implementation. The research data includes academic literature and strategic management books. The results indicate that the success of formulating strategic plans is highly dependent on selecting the appropriate type of strategy in accordance with the internal and external situations of the organization. Additionally, the success of strategy implementation is influenced by the clarity of programs, resource allocation, and stakeholder participation.

Abstract

Teachers have a key role in the education system. They are responsible for providing quality education to students, which impacts on the development of individuals, communities and nations. Therefore, improving teacher professionalism is essential in efforts to improve the quality of education. The purpose of this study is to analyse strategies for developing teacher professionalism through ChatGPT support in the context of education management. It involves an investigation of the literature using a qualitative approach, which entails the assessment and interpretation of data and written materials originating from diverse sources. The conclusion of the strategy of developing teacher professionalism through ChatGPT support in the context of education management is that the utilisation of artificial intelligence can be a very useful tool in advancing the quality of education. ChatGPT can provide quick access to information, training recommendations, and even collaboration in teaching planning. However, it is important to remember that teachers still play a key role in education, and ChatGPT should only be used as a support tool. Therefore, in implementing this strategy, there needs to be clear policies and guidelines to ensure the appropriate use of ChatGPT.

Abstract

This research explores the implementation of teacher performance management and its impact on the quality of education. Through a descriptive qualitative approach, this research explores an in-depth understanding of tesacher experiences, implementation challenges, and the contribution of performance management to student achievement. Teachers' awareness of performance management was found to be high, but was faced by implementation challenges, such as high workload and limited resources. School leadership plays a critical role in creating a culture that supports teacher performance management. These findings suggest that good implementation of teacher performance management correlates with improved quality of education. Recommendations include training program development, strengthening school leadership, implementation of a clear reward system, revision of school policies, and follow-up research. These recommendations are designed to strengthen practices and policies that support teacher engagement and education improvement. This research contributes to a better understanding of the complexity of teacher performance management implementation and its relevance to education quality. The implications and recommendations of this research can lay the foundation for improvements in practices and policies at the broader education level.

Abstract

This research delves into the intricate relationship between media representations and public attitudes toward religious tolerance in Indonesian mass media. Employing a mixed-methods approach involving content analysis and surveys with SPSS analysis, the study scrutinizes 300 religious news articles and surveys 150 participants. The content analysis reveals diverse themes, framing, and language, while the survey uncovers patterns in media exposure and public perceptions. Comparative analysis provides global perspectives, and the implications and recommendations offer actionable insights. The findings contribute to understanding the dynamics of media influence on religious tolerance, offering valuable insights for media practitioners, policymakers, and future research efforts
