Abstract

The background to this research is the need for sustainable quality evenly throughout Indonesia. Education must also be able to actively develop the potential of students, so that they have religious spiritual strength, intelligence, personality, noble morals and skills that are needed by themselves, society, nation and state. To realize educational goals, it is important to ensure the implementation of four pillars: a) access to education, meaning providing convenience and equal opportunities for everyone to obtain education. Apart from access to education, b) equity means justice in obtaining the same educational opportunities for various groups of society, c) financing, meaning that every citizen is obliged to attend primary and secondary education which must be funded by the government, d) monitoring and evaluation, meaning supervision of policies and evaluation in improving and perfecting policy implementation. The aim of this research is to describe the 4 pillars of education (access, equity, financing and evaluation). The research method uses a literature review, using a literature approach. There were 10 articles studied in collecting data taken from the fields of education, access, equity, financing, monitoring and evaluation. The research conclusion reveals that the success of a country's educational goals is to ensure that the four pillars above run well. Equal rights in education is an important aspect of equality and social justice. It is important to provide financing that has been outlined in the APBN according to the portion of each pillar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode pembelajaran Amtsal terhadap pemahaman kitab Fathul Qorib di Madrasah Diniyah Ath-Thohiriyah Aeng Panas Pragaan Sumenep. Metode ceramah yang digunakan sebelumnya cenderung monoton dan menyebabkan siswa kurang antusias. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif, mengumpulkan data numerik untuk analisis. Hasil menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,000, mengindikasikan perbedaan signifikan dalam pemahaman sebelum dan sesudah penerapan metode Amtsal. Korelasi antara metode Amtsal dan pemahaman kitab Fathul Qorib adalah 0,22 (kategori rendah), dengan koefisien determinasi R square sebesar 4,8%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa metode Amtsal berpengaruh sebesar 4,8% terhadap pemahaman siswa, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

Abstract

Perdagangan saham di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) merupakan instrumen investasi yang populer, menawarkan peluang bagi investor untuk berpartisipasi dalam ekonomi negara. Penggabungan Bursa Efek Jakarta dan Surabaya menjadi BEI berdampak signifikan terhadap regulasi, terutama dalam konteks hukum Islam. Prinsip-prinsip syariah, seperti larangan riba dan pentingnya transparansi, menjadi dasar dalam perdagangan saham syariah di Indonesia.Penelitian ini menggunkan Metode penelitian kepustakaan atau library research. pendekatan yang efektif untuk mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data melalui penelaahan literatur yang ada, seperti buku, artikel ilmiah, dan dokumen lainnya. Langkah awal dalam metode ini adalah pemilihan topik yang jelas dan spesifik, diikuti dengan eksplorasi informasi untuk menemukan sumber-sumber yang relevan. Penggabungan Bursa Efek Jakarta dan Surabaya menjadi BEI pada 2007 membawa perubahan signifikan dalam sistem perdagangan saham, termasuk dalam penerapan prinsip syariah. BEI kini memiliki indeks saham syariah dan menerapkan akad syariah guna memastikan kepatuhan syariah. Upaya ini meningkatkan minat investor Muslim, meskipun tantangan transparansi dan sektor haram masih dihadapi perdagangan saham di BEI memerlukan kepatuhan terhadap prinsip syariah seperti larangan riba, maysir, dan gharar untuk memenuhi kebutuhan investor Muslim. Transparansi dan regulasi yang mendukung prinsip syariah memperkuat kepercayaan investor, sehingga pasar saham syariah di Indonesia dapat berkembang lebih pesat dan berkontribusi positif terhadap ekonomi.

Abstract

This paper seeks to analye the ideological battle between Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia (HTI) through Gerakan Mahasiswa Pembebasan (Gema Pembebasan; the Liberation Student Movement) and intra-campus (DEMA; Student Executive Council) and extra-campus student associations at State Islamic Higher Education (PTKIN). The main article’s objectives are what issues often propagated by HTI activists are; and what the reactions and resistances of opposite student activists towards HTI’s ideology are. The research method used is qualitative, with a multi-case design. Data collection was carried out directly by observing and in-depth interviewing informants from various elements of the student movement; HTI activists, student presidents of DEMA and other administrators, as well as student activists either through direct or phone interviews. The results of the study showed that Gema Pembebasan activists as the underbow of HTI had militancy and high discipline to promote ideology and struggled to uphold the caliphate. HTI activists campaigned the Khilafah Islamiyah ideology and concept through various media and intellectual activities. In propaganda scheme, HTI activists always make tag line campaigns such as “Democracy is Haram”, “Khilafah Islamiyah is the solution”, and “Stop the Secular System”. This article also concluded that the provocative actions of Gema Pembebasan activists have generated a number of resistance from the opposite activists. The intra-and extra-campus organizations activists attempt to fight HTI’s ideological propaganda through various strategies, such as intellectualism and intimidation. However, the resistance power was no longer found since HTI was dissolved by the Government. Tulisan ini bertujuan mendiskusikan pertarungan ideologi antara aktivis Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia (HTI) melalui Gerakan Mahasiswa Pembebasan (Gema pembebasan) dengan organisasi mahasiswa intra kampus (DEMA; Dewan Eksekutif Mahasiswa) dan ekstra kampus di Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam Negeri (PTKIN). Pertanyaan utama artikel ini adalah isu apa saja yang sering dipropagandakan aktivis HTI; dan apa saja reaksi serta resistensi aktivis mahasiswa yang kontra dengan ideologi HTI. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, dengan rancangan multikasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara langsung dengan mengamati dan mewawancarai secara mendalam informan dari berbagai elemen gerakan mahasiswa; aktivis HTI, presiden mahasiswa DEMA dan pengurusnya, dan aktivis mahasiswa baik secara langsung maupun via handphone. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa aktivis Gema Pembebasan sebagai sayap organisasi (underbow) HTI memiliki militansi dan disiplin tinggi untuk mempromosikan ideologi dan perjuangan menegakkan khilafah. Aktivis HTI mengkampanyekan ideologi dan konsep Khilafah Islamiyah melalui berbagai media cetak maupun kegiatan intelektual. Dalam aktivitas propaganda, aktivis HTI selalu membuat tag line kampanye seperti “Demokrasi itu Haram”, “Khilafah Islamiyah Solusi”, dan “Hentikan Sistem Sekuler”. Artikel ini juga menyimpulkan bahwa tindakan provokatif aktivis Gema Pembebasan menuai banyak reaksi resisten dan perlawanan dari aktivis penentang HTI. Aktivis organisasi intra dan ekstra kampus mencoba melawan dakwah ideologi HTI melalui berbagai cara seperti cara intelektualisme bahkan intimidasi. Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the knowledge management (KM) practices of Madrasah Heads in improving Communication Intelligence (CI) in Batamiyah Private Madrasah Aliyah (MAS) Riau Islands Province. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a phenomenological case study type. The research population was three heads of MAS Batamiyah. This research uses field observation techniques with data analysis according to Miles and Huberman's theory. Data validity is tested based on the criteria of data trustworthiness, data transferability, data trustworthiness and data certainty. The research results show that the implementation of KM in improving CI has played a role in increasing CI through the effectiveness of management functions, namely (1) Planning, in the form of madrasah strategic policies in the form of preparing vision, mission, goals and programs as well as strategic plans with development through strengthening ECP and PAP, (2) Organizing, in the form of formalizing the duties and functions of managing private madrasah institutions; (3) Madrasah policy and action management strategies are carried out with a level of communication intelligence that is maximizing the effectiveness of motivation, optimizing the effectiveness of knowledge and optimizing the effectiveness of skills. The implementation of KM functions shows a management system in building CI which is seen from input, process, output and outcome which produces madrasah quality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi penetapan harga jual melalui perhitungan harga pokok produksi di PT Marinal Indoprima. Dalam era persaingan yang ketat, penentuan harga jual yang tepat sangat penting untuk mempertahankan pangsa pasar dan meningkatkan profitabilitas. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data dari laporan keuangan dan informasi produksi perusahaan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perhitungan harga pokok produksi, yang mencakup biaya bahan baku, tenaga kerja, dan overhead, memberikan dasar yang kuat untuk menentukan harga jual. Dengan memahami dan menganalisis komponen biaya yang terlibat, perusahaan dapat menetapkan harga yang kompetitif dan menguntungkan. Selain itu, strategi penetapan harga yang efektif memungkinkan perusahaan untuk merespons perubahan pasar dan kebutuhan pelanggan dengan lebih baik. Penetapan harga jual yang tepat tidak hanya berkontribusi pada peningkatan profitabilitas, tetapi juga memperkuat posisi pasar dan daya saing perusahaan dalam industri.

Abstract

Ethics today face significant challenges along with the advancement of time. This moral crisis is exacerbated by the declining role of families and the environment in providing strong moral education examples. The ethics of society is decreasing day by day, manners have disappeared in the eyes of the public, politeness is neglected, there is no longer a sense of respect between children and parents, the relationship between teachers and students has cracked, student brawls occur everywhere, all of this is caused by the decline in moral values. One effective method of shaping students' ethics is by using the living Qur'an approach. This concept emphasizes that the Qur'an is not only to be read but also must be practiced in daily life. To address this issue, an approach is needed that can be used to shape students' ethics through the living Qur'an. This research discusses the formation of students' ethics through the implementation of the living Qur'an at MTs IRA Medan. This research aims to analyze how the living Quran contributes to the formation of students' character. This study employs qualitative methods with a case study approach. Data was collected through observations, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that the application of the living Quran at MTs IRA Medan has been integrated into learning activities and the school culture. The character development process is carried out through habituation activities such as reading the Quran before and after studying, Islamic social activities, reading Yasin/Al-Kahfi every Friday, muhadarah activities, and congregational Dhuha prayers. This program is highly effective in shaping students' character, especially supported by the role model of teachers, parental involvement, and consistency in its implementation.

Abstract

General Background: The integration of digital technology in education continues to transform instructional methods and learning outcomes. Specific Background: In the context of Islamic Religious Education (PAI), the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) remains underexplored despite its potential to enhance pedagogical effectiveness. Knowledge Gap: Limited empirical studies have addressed how AI tools impact students' cognitive engagement, particularly in fostering critical thinking within religious education settings. Aims: This study aims to analyze the use of AI in PAI learning and evaluate its contribution to the development of students’ critical thinking skills. Results: Conducted as a qualitative case study at SMPS Nurhasanah Medan, the research revealed that teachers are beginning to integrate AI tools—such as ChatGPT and digital Qur’an applications—into their teaching. Students reported increased understanding, motivation, and critical engagement. Novelty: The study highlights AI as a catalyst for higher-order thinking in religious instruction, an area seldom examined in prior literature. Implications: These findings underscore the need for strategic support, including infrastructure development, teacher training, and policy alignment, to fully harness AI’s educational benefits in PAI. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the condition of students' Qur'an literacy, identify inhibiting factors, and formulate solution efforts at SMP Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, collecting data through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Data analysis was carried out using the Miles and Huberman models. The results of the study show that students' Qur'an literacy skills are at a low to moderate level, where most students still have difficulty reading with correct tajweed and writing Arabic letters correctly. The main inhibiting factors are divided into internal and external. Internally, the cause is low student motivation and lack of basic knowledge due to diverse religious educational backgrounds. Externally, the main obstacles come from the lack of parental support and supervision as well as limited time and facilities at school. To overcome this problem, comprehensive efforts are needed. Based on the findings, the proposed solutions include the addition of special lesson hours for reading and writing the Qur'an, the use of digital media for interactive learning, and the application of more practical learning methods. Although various proposals have been submitted by teachers, their implementation has not yet been fully realized. This study concludes that collaboration between schools, teachers, and families is crucial to improve students' Qur'an literacy effectively and sustainably.

Abstract

This article presents a good practice of a multicultural education concept in Medan City, which is known as a multicultural city. This study uses an ethnographic approach. Research findings include that at the Iskandar Muda School there are all students from various ethnicities, religions, and economies who can carry out an egalitarian education. Furthermore, the idea of multiculturalism appears in the physical form of the Iskandar Muda school which has houses of worship from various religions, there are mosques, churches, temples and temples that are built permanently and side by side and are located within the school environment. Then there is also a joint class, where students from different religions: Islam, Christianity, Buddhism, Hinduism and Confucianism become one when studying religion. In this joint class, each teacher explains the material that is delivered together and with shared material, for example, the material of affection. All religions teach love.
