Abstract

Saat ini pendidik masih terpaku pada metode banking system yakni guru hanya menggunakan metode ceramah dan menuliskan materinya di papan tulis. Hal ini tentunya hanya akan membuat murid menjadi bosan dan tidak aktif dalam pembelajaran. Maka dari itu pendidik perlu untuk dapat menggunakan model pembelajaran yang efektif seperti model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PJBL). Studi ini bertujuan untuk menelaah penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek di pelajaran PPKn untuk membentuk civic intelligence peserta didik kelas XII di SMA Negeri 10 Samarinda. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini telah menunjukkan bahwa pada pelajaran PPKn di kelas XII SMA Negeri 10 Samarinda menggunakan model pembelajaran PjBL dengan menyajikan penugasan berupa mading dan melakukan kompetisi debat secara kelompok. Model pembelajran PjBL dalam pelajaran PPKn dapat membentuk civic intelligence peserta didik hal ini dikarenakan model pembelajaran ini sangat efektif dalam pengembangan cara berpikir kritis, pemecahan masalah dan kolaborasi serta efektif dalam mengimplementasikan keterampilan partisipasi kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara. . Abstract

The pros and cons of women's leadership in Indonesia are interesting things that are still discussed by everyone. The strong stereotype of leaders who must come from the male gender who is more assertive and strong makes the existence of female leaders considered underestimated in society. This study uses a qualitative data approach method and descriptive analysis of secondary data sources obtained from various documents and news sources from web pages. The result of this study is that gender has no effect on a person's leadership.

Abstract

Education has a strategic role in developing students' potential, both cognitively, skills, and attitudes, one of which is realized through the implementation of the Independent Curriculum with the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5). This study intends to: (1) find out the implementation of P5 in improving students' understanding of democracy at SMP Negeri 11 Samarinda, (2) identify supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of P5 related to democracy education, and (3) formulate solutions to overcome obstacles that arise. Qualitative descriptive research is the approach implemented in this study, where data is collected by implementing semi-structured interview techniques, field observation, and documentation. The research informants consisted of PPKn teachers, P5 coaching teachers, and students who were active in project activities. The results of the study show that the implementation of P5 with the theme "Voice of Democracy" with the election of the Student Council President has succeeded in increasing students' understanding of democratic values such as freedom of opinion, social responsibility, and consensus deliberation. Student participation reached 90%, supported by the enthusiasm of students, the active role of teachers, and the support of schools and parents. The obstacles identified include the lack of understanding of some students related to the project objectives and limited implementation time. To overcome these obstacles, schools carry out strategies to strengthen students' understanding from the beginning of the school year, continuous coaching, and improve communication between schools and parents. These findings confirm the importance of P5 as a contextual learning vehicle to foster democratic character in students.

Abstract

The Role of Golkar Institute in Strengthening the Commitment of Young Cadres of the Golkar Party in Regional Politics. under the guidance of Dr. Jamil., S.Pd., MAP as Supervisor I and Mrs. Endang Herliah., S.Pd., M.Pd as Supervisor II. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of the Golkar Institute and the obstacles encountered by the Golkar Institute in strengthening the commitment of young cadres, identifying solutions through programs and activities outlined in the work program and measuring the impact of the program on young cadres in contesting in the regional political arena.This type of research is descriptive qualitative. This research was conducted from August to October 2024. The subjects of this research were the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Academic Manager, and several alumni of the Golkar Institute who are dynamic in regional politics. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used the Miles and Huberman model. Data validity used data triangulation. The results of the study show that the growth of commitment and awareness of dynamics in the regional political arena is supported by the quality and capabilities of young cadres. Golkar Institute as an educational and training institution has a great responsibility in providing knowledge and skills. Various obstacles both internally and externally are faced with various optimizations of work programs such as training, Executive Education Program For Young Political Leaders and so on. These various efforts are made to prepare quality cadres who are ready to serve in the region through direct contributions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar tema 4 mupel matematika materi bangun datar melalui media benda konkret menggunakan model STAD pada siswa kelas II SDN 005 Babulu semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDN 005 Babulu dengan subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas II yang jumlah 17 siswa. Penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga siklus dengan satu pertemuan pada setiap siklus. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan observasi dan evaluasi hasil belajar, Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui penerapan media benda konkret menggunakan model STAD dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar tema 4 mupel Matematika materi bangun datar pada siswa kelas II SDN 005 Babulu semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Peningkatan hasil belajar diketahui dari siswa yang tuntas atau mendapatkan nilai sama dengan atau lebih dari KKM pada siklus I sebanyak 9 siswa dengan rata-rata nilai 69 meningkat pada siklus II siswa tuntas semua dengan rata-rata nilai 94 dan meningkat lagi pada siklus III mendapatkan rata-rata nilai 100, semua siswa mendapatkan nilai sempurna.

Abstract

The discussion of this article begins with an emphasis on the importance of quality human resources, which can be produced through the development of educational curricula. The differences between the 2013 Curriculum and the Merdeka Curriculum, such as the emphasis on developing Pancasila student character, gradual learning outcomes, and teacher flexibility, are explained as innovations that encourage more innovative learning. Driving schools are an important element in the transformation of character education, focusing on literacy, numeracy and student character. This program targets student learning outcomes holistically and embodies the Pancasila student profile. In facing the pandemic, the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in driving schools uses a blended learning model, which combines face-to-face and distance learning. The research method uses literature study, with data analysis, especially related to planning in the Independent Curriculum teaching module. It is hoped that the research results can provide input for improving learning tools and processes for schools that will implement the Independent Curriculum. The article also discusses curriculum development, the 2013 Curriculum policy Revision to the Independent Curriculum, as well as the objectives and advantages of the Independent Curriculum. The conclusions from this discussion include a focus on character development, curriculum flexibility, the role of driving schools, and adapting the blended learning model. It is hoped that this article will make a positive contribution in supporting the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in Indonesia.
