Abstract

Kata Kunci: UMKM; NIB; Pendampingan; Online Single Submission (OSS) The Tanjung Jember market has experienced growth from year to year. This means that MSMEs need a business license from the government to be legally protected. This community service activity was carried out because there were no staff from Tanjung Pasar UMKM actors in making Recognizable Business Numbers and there was no understanding of how to make Business Numbers (NIB) through Online Single Submission (OSS). The aim is to assist Tanjung Market MSMEs in creating accounts and managing legality through the Online Single Submission (OSS) procedure. Observation and advocacy are two approaches taken. Delivering theories, creating business licenses, and submitting business legality letters are all part of putting this movement into action. This action has led to an increase in the amount of data concerning the legitimacy and registration of businesses in Tanjung's MSME market's OSS account. As a result, MSMEs receive government endorsement, financial resources, legal security, and help in growing their businesses. Keywords : UMKM; NIB; Assistance; Online Single Submission (OSS)

Abstract

The development of agribusiness in Indonesia has opened a new discourse in agribusiness practices carried out primarily by farmers or cultivators. One form of agribusiness that is quite widely carried out is the partnership concept. Several companies try to offer this partnership concept to farmers to produce a certain commodity and guarantee the marketing of their products. The concept and pattern of partnership offered by one company to another varies. Several factors that influence the concept and pattern of partnership are the type of commodity cultivated, consumer demand for the cultivated commodity, and the market share of the cultivated commodity. PT East West Seed Indonesia (Ewindo) is the first integrated vegetable seed company in Indonesia that has a commitment to being the best Farmer's Friend. The research focuses on: 1) How is the seed management contract at PT East West Seed Indonesia in the Jember Region? 2) How is the identification of forms of risk control in the seed management contract by PT East West Seed Indonesia in the Jember Region? This type of research is descriptive qualitative research with the researcher's own key instrument. The research location is at PT East West Seed Indonesia in Gumuksari, Tegal Besar, Kec. Kaliwates, Jember Regency, East Java. Data collection used interview, documentation, and observation methods. Data analysis was conducted using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing techniques. The data sources obtained consisted of primary and secondary data sources. The results of this study indicate that: First, the seed management contract implemented by PT East West Seed Indonesia (Ewindo) in the Jember region demonstrates a highly structured and calculated modern agribusiness partnership model. Based on the findings, the company does not diversify the contract model, but instead adopts a uniform and binding nucleus-plasma partnership framework. This structure is built on the principle of strict reciprocity, where the rights and obligations of both parties (the company and the farmers) are clearly defined to minimize risk and uncertainty (gharar). Second, the identification of forms of risk control in the seed management contract by PT East West Seed Indonesia (Ewindo) in Jember demonstrates a comprehensive and layered risk management architecture. From the company's perspective, risk control is designed proactively through the systematic identification of four main areas: technical-quality, agronomic production, operational-behavioral, and market.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the concept of economic justice from a sharia perspective and explore its application as a solution to the increasing social inequality in society. Economic justice in Islam is a fundamental principle that emphasizes the fair distribution of resources, protection of vulnerable groups, and equal access to economic opportunities. To achieve these goals, this study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, which is a structured and systematic approach to identifying, evaluating, and synthesizing scientific literature relevant to the research topic. This method is used to gain a comprehensive understanding of sharia principles such as monotheism, justice ('adl), balance (tawazun), and social responsibility that are the basis for creating a just economic system. The results of the study show that Islamic economic justice is realized through wealth distribution instruments such as zakat, infaq, shadaqah, and waqf, as well as the prohibition of exploitative economic practices such as usury, gharar, and maysir. The current social and economic inequality is caused by various structural factors, including uneven distribution of assets, educational inequality, and a discriminatory economic system. Therefore, the implementation of a sharia-based economic system is a relevant and applicable solution in overcoming social inequality. This approach has proven effective through the application of models such as Baitul Maal wat Tamwil (BMT), sharia cooperatives, and productive waqf, which are able to build an inclusive, sustainable, and equitable economic system. Thus, sharia economics is not only normative in value, but is also able to answer contemporary socio-economic challenges practically

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic triggered a severe economic crisis that significantly affected the legal and social capacity of Indonesian Muslims to fulfill religious obligations, particularly the performance of hajj. In Jember Regency, a substantial number of registered hajj pilgrims cancelled their hajj registration by withdrawing the initial deposit due to economic hardship during and after the pandemic. This study aims to analyze the phenomenon of hajj registration cancellation from a socio-legal perspective by examining the rational considerations of pilgrims and their normative justification within Islamic law, particularly through rational choice theory and fiqh al-awlawiyyat (jurisprudence of priorities). This research employs a qualitative field approach with a phenomenological method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation involving pilgrims who cancelled their hajj registration as a result of pandemic-related economic disruption. The findings demonstrate that declining household income caused by the death of family breadwinners, disrupted business cash flow, and a sharp decrease in small-scale enterprise revenues constituted the primary factors behind hajj cancellation. Faced with urgent legal and moral obligations such as debt repayment, employee wages, and daily subsistence needs, pilgrims made rational decisions to prioritize immediate necessities over maintaining their hajj quota. From the perspective of Islamic law, this decision aligns with the principle of fiqh priority, which emphasizes the fulfillment of human rights and obligations before performing acts of worship related to the rights of God. This study contributes to socio-legal scholarship by illustrating how economic rationality, legal consciousness, and Islamic normative reasoning interact in shaping religious decision-making during times of crisis.
