Abstract

Study This aiming For analyze influence recruitment to performance employees at PT. Toarco Jaya North Toraja. In the dynamics competition the coffee industry is growing competitive , effective recruitment strategies become crucial For to obtain source Power quality human beings . Approach quantitative used in study This with involving 30 respondents employee as total sampling. Data is collected through questionnaire and analyzed using the Pearson correlation test , the coefficient determination , and partial t-test . The results of the study show that recruitment influential significant to performance employees , with mark coefficient correlation of 0.402 (p = 0.028) and the coefficient determination by 16.1%. The t-test shows t- value count of 2.321 > t- table (2.048), which strengthens significance influence recruitment to performance . Findings This confirm that the recruitment process is structured , fair and transparent can increase quality work and commitment employees . Implications practical from study This is importance evaluation and development sustainable to system recruitment in frame push productivity organization in a way comprehensive .

Abstract

This study examines the significant impact of training on the quality of woven products at the Kelompok Usaha Kada Situru’ in Desa Balla, Kabupaten Mamasa. The population in this study consists of members working at the Kelompok Usaha Tenun Kada Situru’ in Desa Balla, Kabupaten Mamasa. The sample size in this study is 44 respondents. Sampling was done by providing written statements or questions to respondents working at Kelompok Usaha Tenun Kada Situru’ in Desa Balla, Kabupaten Mamasa, to be answered. The data analysis methods used in this study include correlation coefficient analysis (r), coefficient of determination (r²), and the t-test. The results show that the training provided significantly influences the improvement of the quality of woven products, with a positive relationship between the intensity of training and the quality of the products produced by the business group members. These findings are expected to contribute to developing more effective training programs and policies to improve the quality of woven products and support the sustainability and competitiveness of woven products in the local market. Abstract

This research aims to determine the significant influence of employee welfare on employee morale at the Sauan Sibarrung Tana Toraja Credit Union. The population in this research is employees who work at the Sauan Sibarrung Tana Toraja Credit Union. The number of samples in this study was 18 people from the entire population. Sampling was carried out by providing written statements or questions to respondents who worked at the Sauan Sibarrung Tana Toraja Credit Union so that they could be answered. The data analysis used is Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination (r2), and t test. The research results show that the welfare provided significantly influences employee morale. Keywords: Employee Welfare, Word Morale

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk untuk memberikan sosialisasi terkait kewirausahaan agar minat berwirausaha masyarakat desa Pute Mata meningkat, memiliki pengetahuan tentang strategi dalam berwirausaha, membangun rasa percaya diri, tidak mudah putus asa, serta memiliki kreatifitas dan inovasi dalam mengembangkan usahanya. Metode pelaksaana kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan melakukan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat. Sosialisasi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat terkait pentingnya pemanfaatan dalam kewirausahaan serta mendorong penciptaan lapangan kerja. Pengabdian yang dilakukan di Desa Pute Mata dilakukan dengan cara ceramah, diskusi, dan metode tanya jawab. Antusiasme peserta pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini semakin menambah rasa semangat dalam berinteraksi sehingga tidak ada hambatan dalam kegiatan dan berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan.
