Abstract

The people of dusun Stanpat Girang Indragiri Village, Rancabali District, Bandung Regency are a community of tea plantation workers under PTPN VIII with the main activity of cultivating tea plants in the Rancabali sub-district. The development of immigrant communities with natives from around southern Bandung creates cultural diversity that affects the art of building and architectural styles of buildings. The beautiful nature in this plantation area is very attractive for immigrants to enjoy nature, and stop for a while to enjoy a meal in the cool air. This interaction and integration has led to a change in service according to the demands of migrants to become a warung that provides food with vegetables and traditional side dishes such as fish, chicken, birds and transforms into providing shelter, lodging and hotels. The potential natural tourist attraction of the Ciwidey and Rancabali areas is attractive because it is supported by supporting infrastructure and facilities such as gas stations, hotels, restaurants, and places of worship and the construction of the Seroja toll road that connects Soreang to the city of Bandung makes tourists come faster. Cultural attractions are also often held in tourism areas such as there Pateggan, Kawah Putih, Ciwalini Hot Springs, Rancaupas, and other new tours. Dusun Stanplat takes a market approach by presenting traditional concepts of cultural attractions and natural landscapes that are beautified by natural ornament buildings so that they are liked by the motorcycle community, car community and other communities to live and enjoy the beauty and cultural friendliness and make interactions between tourists and residents more fluid, cooking programs and stay in a traditional house with the locals and away from the hustle and bustle of the big city.

Abstract

Vocational education is education aimed at honing students towards practicum, this higher education makes the mastery of certain applied skills aimed at making students master the applied practice in the field, providing certain skills that are carried out for students to become members of the community who are capable as professionals in implementing and disseminating technology to improve the economy of life. Polytechnics are educational technology institutions and operate at the higher education level and use majors or diploma programs that focus on training. Pajajaran Polytechnic ICB Bandung, a form of private university located in Bandung, West Java, has study programs in Hospitality, Finance and Banking, Accounting, Computer Engineering, and Digital Business Office Administration. Pajajaran Polytechnic ICB Bandung is the oldest polytechnic in Bandung which has been established for more than 25 years and has graduated thousands of reliable human resources. The Hospitality Diploma Program at Pajajaran Polytechnic is one of the Study Programs that provides pastry & bakery courses. This study uses descriptive methods that discuss digital marketing strategies using social media, marketplaces and designing contemporary packaging, as well as cake decorations that have Sundanese characteristics. In product presentation and cake box design that presents Sundanese characteristics, it is hoped that it will attract new customers, especially millennials

Abstract

Lembang District is a sub-district in the West Bandung Regency area with abundant natural resources, local wisdom, and a unique attraction with a lifestyle in a mountainous environment. The Lembang area is an area rich in growth and growth. When tourism became one of the main industries for earning income, Lembang officially turned into a tourist attraction and remains so to this day. One of the tourist attractions that is very developed in the Lembang District area is the floating market. This research studies the impact of tourism activities, especially regarding community-based tourism and sustainable tourism at floating market tourist attractions. Throughout the study qualitative methods were chosen to find out the answers to the research questions. The author uses semi-structured, in-depth interviews and observations as practical methods to obtain opinions from local residents. The results found that several activities have been developed from existing resources and lifestyles, which may be in accordance with some concepts of community-based tourism and sustainable tourism, and which can be improved and developed to support environmentally friendly tourist attractions, thereby generating more income for local communities.
