Abstract

Assistant or lecturer in a practicum on algorithmic learning courses it often takes a long time to correct a task collected by the practitioner. The number of tasks that must be corrected many will require a longer time. To simplify the work of the assistant or the lecturer developed a system that automatically corrects tasks that are collected by the practitioners with the black box testing method, so that the assistant only needs to publish the task and wait for the task to be corrected automatically and view or download the correction results. With the existence of this system, it is expected that the correction of tasks will be more fast, easy, and effective, and make students more able to get grades better because students are allowed to collect their assignments many times to be satisfied with the value.

Abstract

The election for a right major at university will make a big difference because students should choose a major that suits their basic skills and talent preference. A research case uses a sample from various majors in state university in Indonesia. There are 29 majors available. Therefore, interest score, talent score, and basic ability score become a consideration matter in choosing the right major for them. The implementation of this system uses PHP programming language and MySQL database which based on the web. This research uses sample data of SMAN (state high school) 1 on Kutowinangun, Kebumen. It is including self-data, interest score, talent score, and basic skill score. This research uses a fuzzy inference system using Mamdani method. Mamdani method works based on linguistic principle and has a fuzzy algorithm which supply approximation to be entered by mathematic analysis. Data are processed through the calculation phase of fuzzy and result given by the system is a recommendation of a major suggested to be taken by the student. This system shows a recommendation of a major that suits the student. This system also gives information about universities which provide recommended major. This system is hope to help students in choosing their major.

Abstract

The interaction between user and computer is a factor that should be considered in building a website. Most users often judge a system's interface, instead of the function. A good website should ideally have the ease of use (usability) that makes users easier access to the information presented. But in fact, the lack of reusability factor to be considered in designing a website. Bad user interface design is usually a reason for not using an application or software. In addition, bad user interface could make a fatal mistake. The design should be user-centered. Therefore, there is an evaluation process conducted by users on the design results. Webuse (Website Usability Evaluation Tool) is a method that can help a web developer or web designer know the level of usability not only in terms of design but also in terms of content organization, navigation and link, and performance and effectiveness. We build an e-catalog of public facilities in the city of Yogyakarta by applying the Webuse concept. Result shows that these public facilities have good usability level.

Abstract

Kernel sigmoid mendapatkan akurasi 84%. Kernel Gaussian mendapatkan akurasi sebesar 85%. Sedangkan kernel polynomial mendapatkan akurasi yang paling rendah yaitu 78%.

Abstract

MSMEs have an important role in sustaining the national economy as it contributes about 60 percent of GDP. On the other hand, however, the expansion of their business is considerably low. According to an economic survey by BPS in 2016, more than 63.72 percent of MSMEs had no plan to develop their business for various reasons. In addition, the Covid-19 pandemic has turned their business increasingly sluggish, because the demand for their product sales has decreased drastically. The purpose of this community service is to empower and strengthen the business management of MSME, particularly in the crafting industry i.e. Az Zahra Creation located in Surabaya. Specifically, the program focuses on the understanding of MSMEs mindsets and improving their capability in business and financial management. The methods carried out are identifying and mapping their problems through direct observation and interviews, formulating the solution using system thinking which is then actualized in mentoring and training programs. The results of the programs are renovating the workshop room, improving MSME partners’ knowledge and skills in planning, innovation of business model, managerial, and financial management. The impact of this program is expected to exemplify for other similar MSMEs, hence, the developed framework could be adopted by others to assist the business development.

Abstract

In the neighborhood, there is a slew of flavored drink shops. Bubble drinks, sometimes known as "boba drinks," are currently popular across various demographics, particularly among teenagers and young people. The sweet taste of the drink and the range of options drive demand for this boba drink, which is growing increasingly popular. In addition to its presentation, this beverage producer offers customization options for beverage taste, sugar level, drink glass size, and even ice cube quantity to satisfy consumer preferences. Several criteria, such as pricing, purchasing power, and location, must be considered while deciding on store opening These elements can still be subdivided. Therefore the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method is appropriate for determining store openings. The findings of this study demonstrate that, among numerous alternative locations, location G has the highest value, with a weight of 0.2236.

Abstract

Potato plant growth needs to be protected from weeds that grow around it. Currently, the manual spraying of pesticides by farmers is not only precise on weeds but also on cultivated plants. Therefore, we need an intelligent system that can appropriately classify potato plants and weeds. The research contribution combines feature extraction and appropriate classification methods to obtain optimal accuracy. In addition, the small amount of data also contributes to this research. In this research, it is proposed to use a combination of feature extraction using deep learning techniques and classification using machine learning. We use the feature extraction method with the DenseNet201 model because this study's data is not too much. Complex vectors from DenseNet201 were reduced using Principal Component Analysis (PCA). Then we classified it with the Support Vector Machine (SVM) and K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) classification methods. The experimental results show that the PCA method can reduce the complexity of high-dimensional features into 2 and 3 dimensions. The average of the best classification results using SVM was obtained with a 3-dimensional PCA configuration, but on the contrary, using KNN obtained the best results in a 2-dimensional PCA configuration. The results showed 100% accuracy on the DenseNet201-SVM hybrid. The SVM kernel configuration used is a linear kernel. The results of this study can be an insight into an accurate classification method for separating weeds and potatoes so that agricultural technology can apply this method for classification.
