Abstract

Lahirnya UU No.9 Tahun 2009 Tentang Badan Hukum Pendidikan (BHP), menciptakan suatu perubahan tatanan dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan. Meskipun diwarnai pro dan kontra, akan tetapi tetap saja UU tersebut harus menjadi acuan dasar dalam setiap proses penyelenggaraan pendidikan di negara kita. Dilihat dari sisi positifnya. UU ini sebenarnya akan mengantarakan setiap lembaga pendidikan yang ada di negara kita untuk berorientasi pada mutu dan memilih program pendidikan yang disesuaikan dengan tuntutan dan tantangan dari customers, stakholders dan user secara lokal dan global, karena suatu saat UU ini akan menghilangkan gap antara sekolah negeri dan swasta yang selama ini melekat pada pendidikan di negara kita. Mengapa demikian, karena orientasi mutu yang dikejar setiap lembaga pendidikan akan kembali pada kemampuan penyelenggara pendidikan dalam menciptakan produk yang dianggap bernilai luar biasa oleh calon customers sehingga tetap diminati yang berujung pada survive. Selain itu UU ini bagi pemimpin yang jeJi melihat peluang, merupakan tiket untuk menuju world class performer company, yang dapat dipastikan pengelolaan pasarnya tidak lagi hanya di dalam negeri akan tetapi merambah ke manca negara.

Abstract

Sertfkasi guru merupakan sebuah lisensi yang menunjukkan bahwa seseorang sudah memiliki hak menyandang profesi guru. Untuk mendapatkan sertifikasi tersebut ada beberapa persyaratan yang harus dipenuh yang d sinyar merupakan indikator kelayakan / keprofesionalan seorang guru. Dipandang dari beberapa sudut semuanya memberkan respon yang positif, demikian juga apabila pandang dai sudut pemasaran pendidikan. Tingginya tingkat, kompetitor anta lembaga pendidikan memunculkan sertifikasi sebagai sebuah ikon dalam memasarkan pendidikan. Secara sederhana bisa dikemukekan bahwa semakin banyak guru di sekolah tersebut yang menyandang sertifikasi, maka akan semakin tinggi mutu proses belajar mengajar dan akan semakin tinggi pula mutu hasil pendidikan tersebut Mamasyarakat dapat merasakan dan mengakui mutu tersebut maka akan mampu mendptakan kepuasan terhadap pelanggan penddikan, kepuasan Kusendiri akan membentuk nyatta sadari pelanggan, dan semakin loyalpelanggan terhadap lembaga maka akan semakin tinggi permintaan masyarakat terhadap produk lembaga. Tinggnya permintaan akan menadi driver force bagi pertumbuhan lembaga pendidikan.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisa pengaruh kompensasi dan iklim organisasi sekolah terhadap kepuasan kerja guru Madrasah Aliyah di Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Tujuan penelitian  ini secara keseluruhan bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis mengenai kompensasi dan iklim organisasi sekolah terhadap kepuasan kerja guru Madrasah Aliyah di Kabupaten Bandung Barat.Alasan dilakukannya penelitian ini untuk mengungkapkan aspek-aspek yang penting yang berkaitan dengan kepuasan kerja guru yang secara langsung dipengaruhi oleh kompensasi dan iklim organisasi sekolah. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat baik secara praktis maupun teoretis.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket. Adapun subjek yang dijadikan sampel adalah guru Madrasah aliyah non PNS yang berada di lingkungan Kabupaten Bandung Barat.Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gambaran umum variabel kompensasi yang ada di Kabupaten Bandung Barat dalam kondisi cukup baik. Sedangkan untuk variabel iklim organisasi sekolah dan variabel kepuasan kerja. Secara simultan kompensasi dan iklim organisasi memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa kompensasi dan iklim organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja guru Madrasah Aliyah di Kabupaten Bandung Barat yang memiliki determinasi yang positif.Kata kunci: kompensasi, iklim organisasi sekolah, kepuasan kerja guru AbstractThe overall purpose of this study aims to describe and analyze the compensation and school organizational climate on job satisfaction of teachers Madrasah Aliyah in Bandung Barat. study reason to reveal important aspects related to job satisfaction of teachers who are directly affected by compensation and school organizational climate. The result is expected to benefit both practically and teoretis.Metode used in this research is survey method with quantitative approach. Data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The subjects were sampled Madrasah Aliyah is non-civil servant teachers who are in the neighborhood Bandung Barat. Finding study showed that the general picture variable compensation at Bandung Barat in fairly good condition. As for school organizational climate variables and variable job satisfaction. Simultaneously, compensation and organizational climate and significant positive impact on job satisfaction of teachers. This proves that the compensation and organizational climate on job satisfaction of teachers Madrasah Aliyah in Bandung Barat which has a positive determination.Keywords : compensation , school organizational climate , job satisfaction of teachers

Abstract

Abstract Total Quality Management is an approach to an organization that focuses on quality and is based on the participation of all human resources and is aimed at long-term results and success through customer satisfaction and providing benefits to members of the organization. The main customers in this study are students and parents. The National Standards contained in PP No. 57 of 2020 have set national quality standards for education. Quality improvement in schools is the responsibility of all school members. In addition, the teacher is an important key in improving classroom learning which will later have an impact on improving the quality of education. All resources and efforts have been made in the process of improving the quality of schools, one of which is the application of sustainable national education standards. Furthermore, there is continuous TQM. In the development of models in achieving the quality of education is very necessary in the realization of education itself. Given the importance of the implications of quality assurance in the learning process, the RANISH quality development model was designed in the process of improving the quality of education. This research uses qualitative research methods with the DBR (Design Based Research) method approach. The DBR method is felt to be very suitable because the DBR method aims to provide solutions to any problems that arise and is relevant in order to develop a quality development model in educational units because it is able to bridge theory and practice. The recommendations for the RANISH quality development model are felt to be appropriate because they are based on precise and measurable quality control. Starting with the process of quality planning, quality control and quality improvement.Keywords: Development, Quality Model, TQM, Quality Control AbstrakTotal Quality Managemen merupakan suatu pendekatan pada suatu organisasi yang berfokus pada kualitas dan didasarkan atas partisipasi dari keseluruhan sumber daya manusia dan ditujukan kepada hasil dan kesuksesan jangka Panjang melalui kepuasan pelanggan dan memberikan manfaat pada anggota organisasi. Pelanggan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa dan orang tua. Standar Nasional yang tertuang pada PP No 57 tahun 2020 sudah menetapkan standar mutu nasional Pendidikan. Peningkatan mutu di sekolah menjadi tanggung jawab seluruh warga sekolah. Selain itu, guru menjadi kunci penting dalam peningkatan pembelajaran dikelas yang nantinya akan berimbas pada peningkatan mutu Pendidikan. Segala daya dan upaya sudah dilakukan dalam proses peningkatan mutu disekolah, salah satu nya dengan penerapan standar nasional Pendidikan yang berkesinambungan. Selanjutnya adanya TQM yang berkelanjutan. Dalam pengembangan model dalam pencapaian mutu Pendidikan sangat diperlukan dalam realisasi di Pendidikan itu sendiri. Begitu pentingnya implikasi penjaminan mutu dalam proses pembelajaran, maka di desain lah model pengembangan mutu RANISH dalam proses peningkatan mutu Pendidikan. Peneleitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan metode DBR (Desain Based Research). Metode DBR ini dirasakan sangat cocok karena metode DBR ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi dari setiap permasalahan yang timbul serta relevan dalam rangka mengembangkan model pengembangan mutu pada satuan Pendidikan karena mampu menjembatani antara teori dan praktik. Rekomendasi model pengembangan mutu RANISH dirasakan sudah sesuai karena berdasarkan dengan quality control yang tepat dan terukur. Dimulai dengan proses quality planning, quality control dan quality improvement. Kata Kunci: Pengembangan, Model Mutu, TQM, Quality Control

Abstract

Menghadapi pertumbuhan jumlah lembaga pendidikan yang semakin besar, penyelenggara pendidikan harus menghadapi tantangan yang semakin kompetitif, diperlukan suatu strategi daya saing yang unggul. Penelitian ini menggambarkan strategi peningkatan daya saing melalui program pembelajaran berbasis pendidikan Islam dalam konteks persaingan yang semakin kompetitif di lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini. Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan melibatkan 3 orang guru, 2 orangtua peserta didik, 1 staf administrasi, dan 1 kepala sekolah sebagai informan. Data dianalisis melalui display data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi atau penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa daya saing melalui program pembelajaran berbasis pendidikan Islam meliputi penguatan kurikulum, peningkatan kualitas pendidik, dan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Dalam persaingan yang semakin kompetitif di lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini, harus berusaha meningkatkan daya saingnya melalui program unggulan berbasis pendidikan Islam. Temuan ini berkontribusi pada inovasi program pembelajaran berbasis pendidikan Islam yang membedakan lembaga ini dari pesaingnya. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah memberikan keunggulan kompetitif dalam mempertahankan dan menarik minat pelanggan pada pendidikan anak usia dini.

Abstract

A community service activity in the form of continuous development for teachers were carried out to improve teacher learning management in the 21st century. Continuous Professional Development (PKB) is the development of teacher competency which is carried out according to needs, in stages, on an ongoing basis. The benefit of this community service for teachers is that it provides provisions for scientific development, especially managing teacher learning in the classroom. Meanwhile, students will receive better quality learning management and be able to generate student motivation to learn effectively. The method for implementing the activities was carried out in the form of a workshop for preparing 21st century skills-oriented learning tools. The number of participants in the activity was 120 participants, divided into three groups which were held from 14-20 December 2022. From the results of implementing this activity, it was found that: 1) this activity can improve the quality of junior high school teachers' learning, as seen through the results of designing learning tools and media teach teachers, and 2) teachers are enthusiastic about participating in the activity and based on the response questionnaire, 98% of teachers hope that this activity will be sustainable. The obstacle faced in this activity was the implementation time when the school was actively studying which caused the teacher's concentration to be distracted.

Abstract

The objective of this qualitative descriptive study is to evaluate the effectiveness of the PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) cycle in enhancing the quality of entrepreneurship education, or "edupreneurship," within universities, with a focus on Tangerang Raya University. This research engaged key stakeholders from the university, including the Vice-Rector for Academic and Student Affairs, deans and vice deans of the Faculty of Economics, Business and Humanities, the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, and the Faculty of Engineering, as well as coordinators of study programs and students participating in edupreneurship initiatives. The findings indicate that the PDCA cycle significantly contributes to the improvement of edupreneurship quality and achievements at Tangerang Raya University. By facilitating the identification of weaknesses, the PDCA cycle enables continuous enhancements in the entrepreneurial education process. Despite its effectiveness, the implementation of the PDCA cycle in edupreneur programs encounters several challenges. These include constraints such as limited resources (budgets, teaching staff, and facilities), implementation hurdles, varying levels of engagement among members, shifting priorities, challenges in identifying opportunities, time limitations, difficulties in impact assessment, collaboration challenges, member turnover, and environmental uncertainties.This study underscores the PDCA cycle's potential in fostering edupreneurship within universities. However, it also highlights the necessity for addressing the aforementioned obstacles to fully leverage the PDCA cycle's capabilities in enhancing the quality of edupreneurship education. Addressing these challenges is essential for the sustained success and effectiveness of edupreneur programs driven by the PDCA quality management cycle.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate and describe the application of the blue ocean strategy (BOS) in the Nature Elementary School Purwakarta. This research is a qualitative description model. Data collection is done through interviews, documentation, and observation. Respondents involved foundation managers, supervisors, school principals, teachers, parents, students, and community leaders who understand the development of education. Data were analyzed using triangulation techniques. The results showed that the Purwakarta nature elementary school was successful in implementing the blue ocean strategy through the creation of innovation, differentiation and quality improvement through the 4 steps of BOS Eliminate, Reduce, Raise, Create (ERRC). Philosophy, vision and mission, curriculum development, flagship programs, improvement of infrastructure, the use of technology and the development of human resources are key components that will enable the school to create its own blue ocean space. Another finding is that institutions without uniqueness and superiority tend to make them take pseudo advantages which make them just imitate and eventually get tired and give up in competition. So it is important to make blue ocean as a tool for educational organizations to be at an advantage without competition by implementing blue ocean strategy scientific procedures that have proven successful in business, industry and also education.

Abstract

The research explores teacher leadership development through mobilizing teacher education from the perspective of mobilizing teachers. It explores teacher responses to program implementation, teacher leadership development, constraints, management effectiveness, and sustainability. Research is explanatory research that combines quantitative survey methods and qualitative descriptive methods. The data collection involved 83 mobilizing teachers of Batch 7 in Purwakarta district. Research instruments are questionnaires, interview sheets, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted in quantitative descriptive and qualitative triangulation. The results show that teacher education is an effective driver of developing teacher leadership through motivational support, teacher self-awareness, environmental support, and effective management. Obstacles faced include lack of internet facilities, school support, conflict of interest in teacher education mobilization with family and teaching work, finances, and teamwork. Time management is a complaint often in mobilizing teacher education that causes physical and mental health problems. Regardless of political issues and changes in the direction of education policy in the future, the survey results show that 100% of teachers voice the sustainability of teacher mobilization education. The research recommends the need for further analysis and research to consider that the program can be implemented with a lighter allocation of tasks and time but with a more optimal quality of achievement.

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research is to examine the school's visionary leadership style and the school's transformational leadership style on teacher performance at Annihayah Karawang Middle School. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method to collect data. The principal, two teachers, and one administrative staff served as participants in this research. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, and document analysis. Researchers show that the Principal of Annihayah Middle School successfully implemented a visionary and transformational leadership style resulting in a well-functioning educational environment. The effectiveness of a school principal's leadership style can be seen through the clarity of his vision and mission which can be a role model for teachers and staff. Both visionary leadership and transformational leadership play an important role in improving teacher performance. This research provides valuable insights that can guide school principals in determining the leadership style that is best suited for their school.Keywords: Visionary Leadership, Transformational Leadership, Principals, Teacher performance Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis gaya kepemimpinan visioner dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Annihayah Karawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif untuk mengumpulkan data. Kepala sekolah, dua guru, dan satu staf administrasi berperan sebagai partisipan dalam penelitian ini. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah SMP Annihayah berhasil menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan visioner dan transformasional sehingga menghasilkan lingkungan pendidikan yang berfungsi dengan baik. Efektivitas gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dapat dilihat melalui kejelasan visi dan misinya yang dapat menjadi teladan bagi guru dan staf. Baik kepemimpinan visioner maupun kepemimpinan transformasional memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga yang dapat memandu kepala sekolah dalam menentukan gaya kepemimpinan yang paling cocok untuk sekolahnya.Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan Visioner, Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Kepala Sekolah, Kinerja guru
