Penelitian ini bertujuan unuk menguji pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitan ini sebanyak 396 karyawan BPR Syariah di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden.Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner berskala likert. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitan yang bersifat penelitian kuantitatif ini adalah menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan yang lebih luas kepada pengelola KUB batuk Gumelem untuk meningkatkan produktivitas yang lebih baik. Pengabdian dilakukan dalam bentuk kunjungan dan sarasehan pada tanggal 28 Desember 2019 pukul 13.30 sampai dengan 18.30. Lokasi kegiatan dilaksanakan di Desa Gumelem Wetan, Desa Gumelen Kulon, dan Desa Penerusan Wetan Kecamatan Susukan Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Pihak yang terlibat pada kegiatan ini yaitu dua dosen dari Magister Manajemen, satu dosen dari Teknologi Industri, satu mahasiswa Magister Manajemen, satu staf LPPM UAD,satu dari kecamatan yaitu Bapak Agus Arie Mardikan Toroaji (Bapak Aji) sebagai Kasi Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa, dan satu kepala Desa Gumelem Wetan bapak Cartun. Mitra yang terlibat KUB batik Giri Alam, KUB batik yang dipimpin Ibu Kuatni dan KUB Sanggar Batik Mirah. Hasil pengabdian ini menjelaskan bahwa KUB batik Gumelem berpotensi untuk dikembangkan dan memiliki prospek bisnis batik yang sangat bagus di waktu yang akan datang. Faktor-faktor yang perlu ditingkatkan untuk dikembangkan yaitu dari aspek variasi produk batik, peningkatan ketrampilan sumber daya manusia, tata kelola pengrajin batik, sistem produksi batik, penanganan limbah yang sesuai standar, rasa kebersamaan dan kesatuan antar pengrajin serta pemanfaatan lingkungan lingkungan menjadi desa wisata batik.

The purpose of this study is to reveal one's efforts to independently provide alternative solutions for the rehabilitation of neuro-insane lunatics or narcotics, or others by the method of Inabah Suryalaya, Tasikmalaya. The way of Thariqah Qadiriyah Wa Naqsyabandiyah is to perform prayers, fasting, Dhikr, reciting the Qur'an, and bathing taubah. Method of this research was qualitative approach, survey, interview and exploration. The result this research proved that this institution practiced the modern management philosophy: planning, organizing, actuating, and evaluating. This research explored the way of management sight to figure out organizing and contributing borstal rehabilitation, in order to encourage people to participate and contribute. The basic philosophy of patient rehabilitation is humanistic treatment, high empathy, brotherhood, not really insane, not exiled person, et cetera. But feel homy, freely to act, needness of each other, humanistic exploration, take and give to each other.

MSMEs in Indonesia have good resilience in every crisis. However, the COVID-19 crisis has changed people's behavior and it is stated that they have not been able to overcome economic difficulties. This study aims to determine the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on household businesses and survival strategies. This study uses a quantitative descriptive analysis method and uses respondent data as many as 54 people who are business actors in the production of processed food. Sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis technique. The results of this study are the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic crisis on business operations, strategies to survive in times of crisis, and obstacles in implementing strategies, as well as the benefits of social assistance from the government for business actors.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui secara empirik pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja dengan kebijakan penetapan status unit khusus dan status kepegawaian sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan didukung dengan metode kualitatif. Obyek penelitian di Universitas Gadjah Mada Press (UGM Press) dan Wisma Magister Manajemen UGM (Wisma MM UGM). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan UGM Press dan Wisma MM UGM. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sensus. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana dengan 4 (empat) tahap uji variabel moderasi. Hasil analisis uji tahap 1: nilai signifikansi pada uji t sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari alpha 0,05, uji tahap 2: nilai signifikansi pada uji t sebesar 0,926 untuk komitmen organisasi dan 0,599 untuk kebijakan penetapan status unit khusus atau diatas alpha 0,05. Uji tahap 3: nilai signifikansi pada uji t sebesar 0,076 untuk komitmen organisasi dan 0,068 untuk status kepegawaian atau diatas alpha 0,05. Uji tahap 4: nilai signifikansi pada uji t untuk variabel kebijakan penetapan status unit khusus sebesar 0,898, untuk status kepegawaian sebesar 0,148 diatas alpha 0,05.

The problem faced by the West Nusa Tenggara Dukcapil DPMPD Service is employee performance that could have been more optimal. Democratic Leadership, Organizational Culture, Organizational Motivation and Work Environment are suspected as factors that influence employee performance. This study aims to determine whether there is influence of Democratic Leadership, Organizational Culture, Organizational Motivation, and Work Environment on Employee Performance at the West Nusa Tenggara Dukcapil DPMPD Service. This type of research is quantitative research. The primary data used by researchers were taken from questionnaires that had been given to respondents. The population in this study were employees of the West Nusa Tenggara Dukcapil DPMPD Office, totaling 86 people. The number of employees used as samples is 80 employees with a census and using a saturated sample. The data obtained from the questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression methods. The results of this study indicate that democratic leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of DPMPD Dukcapil Office Employees in West Nusa Tenggara Province. Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Social Service Employees of West Nusa Tenggara Province. Motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on the Performance of the West Nusa Tenggara Dukcapil DPMPD Office. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Dukcapil Dukcapil Office of West Nusa Tenggara Province. This research also gives the result that on the variables of Leadership, Organizational Culture, Organizational Motivation and Work Environment.

Banking is one of the companies that has an important role in supporting the economy. This study aims to observe financial performance. Thus the results of this study are intended to determine the effect of Earnings Per Share, Inflation and Net Interest Margin on the Stock Price of the banking sector. This type of research uses quantitative because the use of data is in the form of numbers. Data acquisition is secondary in financial statements. population use, namely the listing as a whole on the Indonesia Stock Exchange specifically for the 2019-2021 period. Purposive sampling through certain criteria. The number of samples produced was 38 banks in three years. Data processing using panel data regression analysis techniques through Eviews. This test provides results that the first hypothesis of Earnings Per Share has a significant influence on the stock price of the banking sector, the second hypothesis of Inflation does not have a significant effect on the stock price of the banking sector and the third hypothesis of Net Interest Margin does not have a significant effect on the stock price of the banking sector.

This research is motivated by a change in customer's habits in making hotel reservations online and the use of information systems in hotel operations in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. Its purpose is to analyze how e-commerce and property management systems in hotel business activities in the 4.0 industrial revolution era. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach. Data and information collection was at The Atrium Hotel and Resort, Gallery Prawirotaman Hotel, Grand Serela Yogyakarta, Novotel Suite Malioboro, and Cakra Kusuma Hotel Yogyakarta. This study concludes that online travel agents who are part of e-commerce are used in the hotel business because they can cut the reservation process and increase the range of hotel room sales. The property management system is used in the hotel business because it can facilitate the communication and data transfer process by integrating the departments within the hotel. Online travel agents and property management systems are part of a hotel management information system, namely enterprise resource planning (ERP). Both have functions and goals for the efficiency and effectiveness of hotel business activities so that service quality and profit can be achieved maximally in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0

This study aims to determine the effect of sales promotion costs and advertising costs on operating profit in the 2014-2018 financial year. This study uses a quantitative approach. This research data uses sales promotion costs and advertising costs and is presented every month for 60 months. The research method used with the Classical Assumption Test and Multiple Regression. The results of this study indicate that: (1) sales promotion costs affect the operating profit with the value of Sig. 0.006, (2) the cost of advertising affects the operating profit with the value of Sig. 0.000 (3) counting together the costs of sales promotion and the cost of advertising have an effect on the operating profit with the value of Sig. 0,000. Test Results on R2 show that operating profit is influenced by sales promotion costs and advertising costs by 79,3% and the rest is influenced by other variables. Perempuan merupakan salah satu komponen yang ada di masyarakat yang bisa dilibatkan dalam pembangunan. Dalam bidang pendidikan dan ekonomi misalnya, banyak perempuan yang tidak memiliki kemampuan memperoleh peluang kerja karena keterbatasan atau tidak bisa mengolah potensi yang ada pada dirinya maka perlunya pemberdayaan perempuan. Tujuan pemberdayaan kewirausahaan yaitu membentuk sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan memperoleh capaian luaran peningkatan keterampilan bidang usaha kewirausahaan, dan pengkreasian kemandirian. Solusi dari permasalahan berbasis pada metode proses meningkatkan jiwa kewirausahaan bagi perempuan dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan pemasaran berbasis teknologi digital. Metode pelaksanaan berbasis pada desain pemikiran dan sistimatis meliputi rangkaian workshop dengan pokok diskusi mengenai solusi permasalahan kekinian dengan menyertakan bentuk keterlibatan dan peran serta amal usaha Muhammadiyah, berbasis pada penjelasan tahapan untuk mengatasi beberapa solusi permasalahan beberapa bidang utama yang memberikan hasil pengetahuan, ketrampilan, kualitas, jumlah, jenis, kapasitas produk, jumlah aset, omset, kemampuan manajemen, keuntungan, dan kemudahan penjualan. Hasil dan luaran kegiatan setelah dilaksanakan sosialisasi yaitu mengalami peningkatan pemahaman mengenai model kewirausahaan dan pelatihan penjualan berbasis pemasaran online. Selanjutnya, peningkatan pemahaman mengenai pengambilan gambar produk sebagai strategi pemasaran dan pelaku usaha menerapkan pembuatan iklan yang menarik bagi produk. Abstract: Women are one of the societal components that might contribute to growth. In the sectors of education and the economy, for instance, many women cannot find employment prospects because they are constrained or unable to realize their potential; therefore, it is essential to empower women. Empowering entrepreneurship aims to develop high-quality human resources, obtain outputs that enhance entrepreneurial business abilities, and foster independence. The solution to the issue is based on a method for developing women's entrepreneurial spirit and marketing skills based on digital technologies. The technique of execution is based on critical thinking and systematic design, comprising a series of workshops with the subject of debate on solutions to current problems by including forms of involvement and participation in Muhammadiyah humanitarian activities, based on an explanation of the phases to overcome numerous problem solutions in several primary areas that produce outcomes of knowledge, skills, quality, number, type, product capacity, total assets, turnover, and management capacity. First, there was a greater grasp of the entrepreneurial model and Internet marketing-based sales training due to the activities conducted after socializing. Second, improving understanding of product photography as a marketing tactic and business actors' implementation of appealing product advertisements.
