Abstract

Sepak bola semakin berkembang dengan fokus pada kemenangan serta penyajian permainan yang atraktif. Prestasi sepak bola didukung oleh faktor seperti kondisi fisik, teknik, taktik, mental, pelatih, dan gizi. Kondisi fisik yang baik serta pemahaman taktik sangat penting untuk menghindari cedera, yang dapat berupa trauma akut akibat kecelakaan atau sindrom overuse karena gerakan berulang. Sebagai bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat, penyuluhan tentang pencegahan cedera sepak bola dilakukan di Desa Warung Bambu, Kabupaten Karawang, dari September hingga November 2021. Penyuluhan ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran pemain sepak bola amatir usia 17-21 tahun tentang penanganan dan pencegahan cedera. Kegiatan ini meliputi pretest, sosialisasi, dan posttest. Selain itu, dilakukan kegiatan gotong royong untuk merawat fasilitas lapangan. Hasil penyuluhan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman tentang pencegahan cedera, memberikan dampak positif bagi masyarakat setempat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of small games in warming up on student motivation in physical education learning. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research method used in this study is an experimental research method. This type of research is Pre-Experimental Design. While the form of research using the form of One - Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The implementation of this research was carried out in three stages, namely pretest, treatment, and posttest. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Telukjambe Barat. The population used is all students of class XI IPA 2, totaling 197 students. The sample in this study is cluster random sampling, namely class XI IPA 2, totaling 32 students. The independent variable is a small game in warming up and the variable is motivation to learn. The research instrument used a learning motivation questionnaire and data collection techniques with a Likert scale. Data analysis was carried out by testing validity, reliability, normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing. the results based on the calculation of the average pretest 84.00 and the average posttest results of 87.96. Result of t count -6.078 > t table 2.040. The magnitude of the effect is 4.51%. Thus it can be said that there is a significant effect of small games in warming up on students' motivation in physical education learning.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of implementing differentiated instruction on students' learning outcomes in Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK), specifically on the topic of the dangers of risky social behavior. The background of this research is based on the importance of an instructional approach that aligns with students’ needs, interests, and readiness levels. The topic of risky social behavior emphasizes the development of values, attitudes, and decision-making skills, making differentiated instruction a relevant approach to create more meaningful learning experiences. This research employed a quantitative method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The participants were students of class VIII B at SMPN 1 Jatiluhur. Data were collected through objective tests, observation, and documentation. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and a paired sample t-test assisted by SPSS software. The findings showed an increase in the average score from 72.78 (pretest) to 82.46 (posttest). The t-test results indicated a significance value of < 0.001, demonstrating a highly significant effect. Therefore, differentiated instruction proved to be effective in enhancing students' learning outcomes.

The purpose of this study was to improve short-distance running learning outcomes using traditional games. This study uses a quantitative approach with this research method is a pre-experimental design study using One-Group Pretest- posttest design. This study was conducted at SMP Negeri 2 Telukjambe Barat. The population of this study were students of class VII of SMP Negeri 2 Telukjambe Barat. The sample in this study was taken using the cluster random sampling technique, the sample was students of class VII-A of SMP Negeri 2 Telukjambe Barat. The research instruments include cognitive, affective and skills. To determine the effect of traditional games on learning outcomes of 100-meter short-distance running, data analysis to see the effect using hypothesis testing. The results of this study are an average pretest of 156.82 and a posttest of 264.69. The results of the paired sample test analysis with the data obtained from this study are an increased value (2-tailed) = 0.000 less than the increased level (α) = 0.05, so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. It can be concluded that traditional games can have an effect on improving the learning outcomes of 100- meter short-distance running for grade VII students at SMP Negeri 2 Telukjambe Barat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Push Up training on Basic VolleyballSmash Extracurricular Skills at SMP NEGERI 3 KARAWANG TIMUR. This studyused an experimental method with a sample of 25 students, the mean Pretest scorewas an average score of 81.20 with a mean Posttest score of 77.20, experiencing asignificant increase of 1.86. After conducting a normality test, the results showedthat the pretest and posttest data were normally distributed with a value above0.05. The results of the study indicate the influence of the use of push up trainingon basic volleyball smash skills. therefore, in line with the title of the Influence ofPush Up training on Basic Extracurricular Volleyball Smash Skills, SMP NEGERI3 KARAWANG TIMUR states that the results of the study are that push up trainingis a basic extracurricular volleyball smash skill.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variasi latihan dumbbell terhadap kemampuan servis panjang dalam permainan bulutangkis di ekstrakurikuler SMA Negeri 1 Klari. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan desain one-group pretest-posttest. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa latihan menggunakan dumbbell dapat meningkatkan kemampuan servis panjang secara signifikan. Kesimpulannya, variasi latihan dumbbell efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan teknik servis panjang dalam bulutangkis.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Problem Based Learning model in breaststroke swimming learning for students at SMKN 1 Rengasdengklok. This study uses an experimental method with a quantitative approach. The research design used is Pre-Experimental Design with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The research sample was selected using a systematic sampling technique. The instrument used was a breaststroke swimming ability test given before and after treatment. The pretest results showed an average value of 42.11, while the posttest results increased to 62,62. Hypothesis testing was carried out using a paired sample t-test, and a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.001 < 0.05. (Ho) is rejected and (Ha) is accepted. These results indicate that the Problem Based Learning model has a significant effect on improving students' breaststroke swimming ability.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study. The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of volleyball learning on the character formation of students and to ascertain the effectiveness of character formation through volleyball learning. This study employs an experimental method. The research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 TelukJambe. The population of this research consists of the tenth-grade students of SMA Negeri 1 TelukJambe, totaling 358 students. The sample used in this study is Simple Random Sampling, comprising 5 individuals per class. The research design used is a one-group pretest-posttest design. The research instrument utilized a questionnaire on the character formation of students. The results of this research show significant outcomes in the average results before and after the treatment.The average pretest score was 173.80 and the average posttest score was 182.78, indicating a significant increase. Meanwhile, the results of the hypothesis testing using the paired sample T-test with data obtained from the study showed a significance value(2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning there is a significant effect between the average scores before and after the treatment. It can be concluded that volleyball learning can influence the character formation of 10th-grade students at SMA Negeri 1 TelukJambe.
