Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk; (1) memetakan inovasi program PNF yang dikembangkan oleh PKBM di kota Mataram; dan (2) menganalisis strategi yang digunakan dalam mengembangkan inovasi program PNF yang dapat dijadikan sebagai best practices bagi PKBM di Kota Mataram. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah PKBM-PKBM di Kota Mataram yang ditentukan secara purposif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini yakni Pengelola PKBM, Tutor, dan Penilik PNF Kota Mataram. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan pedoman wawancara, pedoman observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan model analisis interaktif yang meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi atau pengambilan kesimpulan. Teknik keabsahan data dengan menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan diskusi dengan teman sejawat. Hasil penelitian ini mendeskripsikan bahwa (1) inovasi program PNF yang dikembangkan oleh PKBM-PKBM di Kota Mataram cukup variatif dan berbasis pada kebutuhan riil masyarakat dengan fokus inovasi program pada dimensi pelayanan, peningkatan kapasitas, dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. (2) Strategi yang digunakan dalam pengembangan inovasi program PNF pada PKBM di Kota Mataram antara lain yaitu startegi partisipatif, strategi persuasif, dan strategi pemetaan sosial yang dimana penggunaan strategi tersebut sejauh ini telah optimal dalam mengembangkan program PNF yang inovatif di masing-masing PKBM tersebut. Kata Kunci: strategi pengembangan, inovasi, program PNF. Development strategy of non-formal education program innovation as best practices for community learning center AbstractThis research aimed to; (1) map innovation of NFE program which was developed by CLC’s at Mataram city; and (2) analyse strategy which was used in developing innovation of PNF program that could become best practice for CLC’s at Mataram city. This research used descriptive method with qualitative approach. Analysis unit in this research was all CLC’s at Mataram city which determined as purposive. Data sources in this research namely CLC’s management, tutor, ad owner of NFE Mataram city. Technique of data collection used interview, observation and documentation. The data analysis was conducted with using interactive analysis through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verivication or conclusion. Tehnique of data validity with using sources of triangulation and discussion with friends. The result of research in describing that (1) innovation of NFE program which developed by all CLC’s Mataram city was quite variety and based on community real needed with focusing on innovation program on serving dimension, improving capacity, and public welfare. (2) strategy which used in developing innovation of NFE program at CLC’s Mataram city such as participatory strategy, persuasive strategy, and social mapping strategy which used strategy mention as far as this strategy was optimal in developing inovative NFE program on each CLC’s.Keywords: development strategy, innovation, nonformal education program

Abstract

Implementing of nonformal education program at PKBM didn’t show individual and sustinable yet so it appeared impression inconsistency and less profesionally in management. There were many nonformal education program which were implemented by PKBM had many obstacles in conducting program, and it was regardless from supporting human resources especially funding. The purpose of this research was to analysis fund raising strategy in implementing nonformal education strategy which was conducted by PKBM Ceria. This research used case study method with qualitative approach. The data resources in this research was management, teacher of PKBM Ceria and supervisor of PLS/PNF. Technique of data collection used interview, observation, and documentation. The data analysis used interactive analysis model namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verivication or conclusion drawing. Technique of data validity used resources triangulation. Conclusion of this research was fund raising strategy in implementing PNF program which was conducted by PKBM Ceria used public education strategy, fund service strategy, and competency strategy to central or district goverment institution which had been relevant with implementing of nonformal education.

Abstract

This research explores the impact of gadget use on elementary school children's emotional and social development through a comprehensive literature review. This study covers Scopus-indexed literature from 2019 to 2023, It focuses on how children's usage of gadgets affects their cognitive, linguistic, physical, and social-emotional development. The findings of the study demonstrate that attention span issues can result from excessive gadget use, sleep problems, and decreased physical activity, hindering children's emotional and social development. Children who frequently use gadgets tend to have lower social skills and are less sensitive to the environment around them. Although technology improves language skills and access to educational information, its negative impacts cannot be ignored. Therefore, parents and educators must monitor and limit children's screen time. This study recommends screen time limits based on the child's age: For kids ages 0 to 2, there should be no screen time; for kids ages 3 to 8, there should be less than 60 minutes per day; and for kids ages 6 to 8, there should be no more than 60 minutes per day. Technology use can be maximized without jeopardizing critical areas of a child's development when it is supervised properly.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out what factors cause students to be less interested in learning literacy and to find out whether there is an increase in student literacy when learning Indonesian using the storytelling method. This research was carried out in class 5 at SDN Nyormanis 2 using the classroom action research method. This method is implemented through cycle I and cycle II. Cycle I was carried out by giving a test without any action, in cycle II before being given the test the researcher carried out an action where the researcher told a short story, explained the material using the storytelling method, then the researcher gave the test. In the first cycle, it was discovered that there were still students who got lower grades. In cycle II, it is known that students get increased grades. Based on field conditions, the internal factor causing the low literacy interest of students at SDN Nyormanis 02 class V is the students' low reading ability. Lack of parental awareness of the importance of education for children. It can be concluded that the storytelling method is effective in improving students' literacy skills in Indonesian language subjects.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to describe the application of the principle of play while learning in developing children's fine motor skills through the constructive Lego play method and to describe the level of fine motor skills in PAUD children with mothers' love through the constructive Lego play method. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods. The sample was determined using a saturated sampling technique with a population of 21 people and 21 research subjects. The data collection techniques used were observation tests, interviews and documentation. The analytical method used is descriptive quantitative. So the conclusion from the percentage results for the BB (Not Yet Developed) category is 3.5%, MB (Starting to Develop) at 6.5%, BSH (Developing According to Expectations) at 36% and BSB (Developing Very Well) at 54% and the conclusion that What can be taken from the application of the principle of playing while learning in developing children's fine motor skills is that through playing children can gain various abilities such as communication skills, language skills, social skills, emotional management skills and the ability to think logically.Keywords: Application of the principle of playing while learning, skills children's fine motor skillAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan prinsip bermain sambil belajar dalam mengembangkan keterampilan motorik halus anak melalui metode bermain lego konstruktif dan untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat keterampilan motorik halus pada anak PAUD kasih ibu melalui metode bermain lego konstruktif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Penentuan sampelnya menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan jumlah populasi 21 orang dan subyek penelitian 21 orang. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif. Jadi kesimpulan dari hasil persentase kategori BB (Belum Berkembang) yaitu 3,5%, MB (Mulai Berkembang) sebesar 6,5%, BSH (Berkembang Sesuai Harapan) sebesar 36% dan BSB (Berkembang Sangat Baik) sebesar 54% dan kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari penerapan prinsip bermain sambil belajar dalam mengembangkan keterampilan motorik halus anak adalah melalui bermain anak dapat memperoleh berbagai kemampuan seperti kemampuan berkomunikasi, kemampuan berbahasa, kemampuan bersosialisasi, kemampuan memanajemen emosi dan kemampuan berpikir secara logis.Kata Kunci: Penerapan prinsip bermain sambil belajar, keterampilan motorik halus anak

Abstract

Abstract In order to carry out holistic teaching, the principal of Addrain Nahdatul Wathon Islamic Junior High School (SMP) East Lombok Regency initiated to organize training on the use of the Canva application to improve the competence of teachers. This training aims to equip teachers with graphic design skills that are not only relevant to the needs of the world of work, but also useful in their daily lives. This training also reflects the school's commitment to providing relevant and quality education for all its students. The method used is the lecture method, and the practice of creating a design using the Canva application while playing. The result of this training is that the training carried out has succeeded in improving teachers' competence in graphic design, which is very relevant to the needs of education in the digital era. Through this training, teachers not only gain technical skills in creating engaging and effective learning media, but also increase their creativity and confidence in using technology to support the teaching and learning process. This training not only enriches their professional abilities, but also opens up opportunities to develop their careers and be creative outside the classroom.Key Words: Training, Learning Media, Canva App, SMP TeachersAbstrak Dalam rangka melaksanaka pembelakajaran secara holistik kepala sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Islam Addrain Nahdatul Wathon Kabupaten Lombok Timur berinisiasi agar menyelenggarakan pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi Canva untuk meningkatkan kompetensi para guru. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk membekali para guru dengan kemampuan desain grafis yang tidak hanya relevan dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja, tetapi juga bermanfaat dalam kehidupan sehari-harinya. Pelatihan ini juga mencerminkan komitmen sekolah dalam menyediakan pendidikan yang relevan dan berkualitas bagi seluruh peserta didiknya. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode ceramah, dan praktik membuat desain menggunakan aplikasi Canva sambil bermain. Hasil dari pelatihan ini adalah pelatihan yang dilaksanakan berhasil meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam desain grafis, yang sangat relevan dengan kebutuhan pendidikan di era digital. Melalui pelatihan ini, para guru tidak hanya memperoleh keterampilan teknis dalam membuat media pembelajaran yang menarik dan efektif, tetapi juga meningkatkan kreativitas dan kepercayaan diri mereka dalam menggunakan teknologi untuk mendukung proses belajar mengajar. Abstract

Pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaran berbasis potensi lokal kepada guru-guru PAUD se-Kecamatan Jerowaru di PAUD Al-Akram bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dengan memanfaatkan potensi lokal sebagai sumber belajar. Pelatihan ini melibatkan guru-guru PAUD dalam proses pembuatan media pembelajaran yang relevan dan kontekstual, sehingga dapat meningkatkan minat dan keterlibatan anak-anak dalam proses belajar. Metode pelatihan yang digunakan adalah workshop dan praktik langsung, di mana peserta diberikan materi tentang pentingnya potensi lokal dalam pendidikan, teknik pembuatan media pembelajaran, serta penerapan media tersebut dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Hasil dari pelatihan ini menunjukkan bahwa guru-guru PAUD mampu mengembangkan media pembelajaran yang kreatif dan inovatif dengan memanfaatkan potensi lokal, seperti budaya, lingkungan, dan kearifan lokal. Selain itu, pelatihan ini juga meningkatkan pemahaman guru tentang pentingnya integrasi potensi lokal dalam kurikulum PAUD. Dengan demikian, pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model untuk pengembangan media pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dan bermakna, serta meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di wilayah Kecamatan Jerowaru.

Abstract

Abstract: This study examines the transformation of traditional customary institutions from conflict mediators into development agents that support village independence through community-based tourism. The focus is on the Majelis Krama Desa (MKD) in West Nusa Tenggara, which has evolved from a reactive dispute resolution body to a proactive institution in community-based development. The research method employed a literature review with a thematic approach, analyzing scientific publications, policy documents, and official reports published between 2015 and 2025. The findings reveal that the transformation of MKD from a conflict resolution institution into a driver of village self-reliance through tourism significantly contributes to the achievement of SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities), and SDG 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions). The main challenges include cultural erosion, authority conflicts, and limited institutional capacity. This study recommends strengthening MKD through systematic capacity-building programs and integrating its roles into the Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Desa (Village Medium-Term Development Plan).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran kelompok perempuan dalam pemberdayaan kehidupan sosial ekonomi masyarakat nelayan dan upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala yang dihadapi dalam pemberdayaan tersebut. Sementara manfaat adalah menambah pemahaman dan pengetahuan yang luas tentang peranan kelompok perempuan dalam pemberdayaan kehidupan sosial ekonomi masyarakat nelayan dan memberikan manfaat bagi instansi terkait dalam kegiatan-kegiatan positif berkaitan dengan pemberdayaan masyarakat nelayan di Karang Panas dalam rangka menumbuhkan semangat dalam berusaha mempertahankan kehidupan dan pemberdayaan kaum perempuan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik analisis data meliput reduksi data (data reduction), penyajian data (datadisplay) dan penarikan kesimpulan (conclusion drawing). Hasil penelitian yaitu kelompok perempuan memiliki peranan dalam pemberdayaan kehidupan sosial ekonomi masyarakat nelayan. Hal ini terbukti dengan adanya keinginan yang positif untuk menambah penghasilan suami dengan cara melakukan kegiatan yang menghasilkan uang diantaranya dengan ikut membantu suami menangkap ikan, menjadi pedagang di pasar, membuka kios, dan menjahit.Upaya-upaya yang dilakukan adalah melakukan kerjasama dengan lembaga swadaya masyarakat untuk mendatangkan tenaga ahli, melakukan kerjasama dengan koperasi, dan mencari alternatif pekerjaan lain.Kata kunci: Kelompok Perempuan, Pemberdayaan, Masyarakat Nelayan.
