Abstract

This study examines the relationship between community participation and economic empowerment in the tourism sector using a qualitative descriptive approach and literature review. The main focus of this research is to highlight the importance of community participation at various stages of tourism development, from planning to evaluation. Community participation is crucial as it not only enhances the sense of ownership over tourism projects but also creates new job opportunities and acts as diverse sources of income for the community. By involving communities in providing tourism services—such as guiding, handicrafts, and local cuisine—they can contribute directly to the industry while preserving and promoting local wisdom. Training programs conducted for communities aim to enhance their capacity and skills, enabling them to adapt to the ever-evolving dynamics of the tourism market. Furthermore, strengthening the cultural identity of communities by introducing local values is a vital aspect of attracting tourist interest. The findings of the study indicate that active community participation positively impacts individual well-being and contributes to sustainable economic development, ensuring the benefits of tourism are distributed equally among all involved communities. This research highlights that empowering communities through active engagement at all stages of tourism development fosters resilience, supports cultural preservation, and promotes equitable economic growth, offering a sustainable model for community-based tourism initiatives.

Abstract

Pengetahuan tentang literasi keuangan pada anak usia dini sangat penting untuk membentuk kebiasaan pengelolaan yang sehat. Dengan mengajarkan konsep dasar seperti menabung, mengelola pengeluaran, bersedekah dan memahami nilai uang, anak-anak dapat mengembangkan kemampuan untuk membuat keputusan keuangan yang bijak. Pengetahuan tentang literasi keuangan di Indonesia saat ini masih jarang diterapkan, baik pada lingkungan keluarga maupun di lingkungan sekolah, khususnya untuk anak usia dini. Dalam proses pelaksanaan kegiatan, tim pengabdian masyarakat akan melalui beberapa tahap, yaitu tahap persiapan kegiatan, tahap pelaksanaan kegiatan, dan tahap evaluasi kegiatan. Selama kegiatan, materi yang disampaikan oleh penulis dimulai dari pengenalan nominal uang, cara mengelola uang secara bijak seperti menyisihkan setengah dari uang yang diterima untuk ditabung dan menyisihkan sedikit uang untuk disumbangkan kepada yang membutuhkan. Hasil dari kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan dapat disimpulkan bahwa edukasi literasi keuangan berjalan dengan baik, kegiatan diikuti oleh siswa-siswi dengan antusias.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan pelatihan (Training Needs Analysis/TNA) pegawai Toko B dengan menggunakan pendekatan performance gap untuk meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Isu-isu pokok yang diidentifikasi meliputi ketidak efektifan komunikasi antarbagian, kurangnya keterampilan dalam prosedur pelayanan dan menangani keluhan pelanggan, serta ketidaktahuan pengaturan display dan manajemen stok. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan metode analisis kualitatif, mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara dengan pegawai di berbagai bagian, observasi langsung, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya gap kinerja yang signifikan antara kinerja aktual dan kinerja yang diharapkan. Kesenjangan ini berdampak pada kualitas pelayanan pelanggan, efisiensi operasional, serta kepuasan pelanggan. Berdasarkan temuan ini, penelitian merekomendasikan pelatihan komunikasi efektif, pelayanan pelanggan yang unggul, serta manajemen stok dan display barang untuk menutup gap kinerja yang ada dan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan sumber daya manusia secara optimal di desa Senteluk merupakan hal yang menjadi kendala dalam pengembangan potensi desa khususnya dalam proses pngolahan dan pemasaran hasil laut oleh kelompok perempuan. Pelatihan team building dilakukan untuk menyelesaiakan permasalahan yang ditemukan. kegiatan ini menggunakan metode PAR (Participatory Action Research). kegiatan PAR dilakukan mengacu pada asusmsi dasar bahwa perubahan sosial berkelanjutan dilahirkan dari reflektif masyarakat sendiri. Setelah dilakukan kegiatan maka didapatkan peningkatan, pemahaman, partisipasi dan perilaku positif dalam dinamika kerja kelompok.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to enhance the digital branding capacity of MSMEs through a student internship program in collaboration with the Department of Trade of West Nusa Tenggara Province. Two partner MSMEs, Goyang Lidah and Waroh, were assisted in developing visual content (product photos and promotional videos) and optimizing their social media presence. The method consisted of initial observation, practical training, direct mentoring, and evaluation. Results showed a significant improvement in online promotional activities: Waroh’s engagement rate increased from 1.39% to 2.47%, and sales rose by 12%. Goyang Lidah saw an increase in engagement from 0.10% to 0.16%, accompanied by a 4% rise in sales. The program also strengthened participants’ digital marketing skills by applying theoretical knowledge in real-world contexts. This collaboration between higher education institutions, MSMEs, and local government proved effective in promoting grassroots digital transformation. It is recommended that future programs expand to involve more MSMEs and incorporate a broader range of digital marketing strategies.

Abstract

Factors that contribute to the prevalence of college students' anxiety vary, so this study examines and analyzes these factors in college students. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that contribute to the prevalence of college students' anxiety in general. This research uses a qualitative descriptive literature research methodology, empirical data on which this literature review is based is typically from 2020 to 2024. A systematic review based on PRISMA. Result of this research is students at the final level begin to feel anxiety as a result of anxiety about their future orientation. Excessive fear and concern about future outcomes can inhibit students' desire to participate in their career development, which will worsen their beliefs about the career decision-making process and its potential outcomes. So in this case it is very necessary to have an orientation towards the future, have career maturity and support from parents and teachers has an important role to reduce the level of anxiety felt.

Abstract

Bank Sampah Putri Nyale, yang terletak di dalam Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus (KEK) Mandalika, Lombok Tengah merupakan lembaga pengelola limbah organik dan anorganik dengan sistem tabungan kreatif berbasis emas serta bermitra dengan sektor perhotelan. Namun, dalam operasionalnya, Bank Sampah Putri Nyale menghadapi tantangan dalam penerapan branding digital, yang menghambat pengembangan operasional dan jangkauan layanan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan melalui pelatihan strategi digital branding. Pelatihan ini diadakan untuk memberikan peserta kemampuan dalam memanfaatkan platform digital, seperti optimalisasi email, media sosial, dan aplikasi pengeditan, guna memperkuat citra dan memperluas jangkauan layanan. Evaluasi yang dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta, dalam digital branding. Pelatihan ini tidak hanya meningkatkan profesionalisme Bank Sampah Putri Nyale dalam menjalin kemitraan, tetapi juga mendukung keberlanjutan program pengelolaan sampah berbasis komunitas.

Abstract

Luxolla adalah usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) yang bergerak di sektor kosmetik dan perawatan kulit, mulai didirikan pada tahun 2023 di Kota Mataram, Nusa Tenggara Barat. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi usaha ini meliputi ketiadaan elemen identitas visual seperti logo, serta belum optimalnya strategi pemasaran secara digital. Untuk menjawab tantangan tersebut, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan dengan fokus pada pembuatan desain logo dan pelatihan terkait pemasaran digital, termasuk pembuatan konten serta pengelolaan toko daring (e-commerce). Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini mencakup survei awal, penyampaian materi melalui presentasi, diskusi partisipatif, serta pendampingan langsung dalam proses desain. Pelatihan digital marketing diberikan agar Luxolla mampu memaksimalkan pemanfaatan media sosial dan platform e-commerce secara lebih efektif. Luaran kegiatan ini adalah desain logo baru serta peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan pemilik usaha dalam mempromosikan produk secara online.Program ini diharapkan dapat memperkuat daya saing Luxolla di pasar dan turut mendorong pertumbuhan UMKM secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The urgency to retain high-quality human resources requires companies to continuously develop strategies that can enhance employee engagement with the organization. Employee engagement is a key indicator reflecting the extent to which employees feel emotionally and professionally connected to their workplace. Two factors considered influential in shaping this engagement are employer branding and compensation. This study aims to examine the influence of employer branding and compensation on employee engagement among employees of BPR in Gunung Sari. A quantitative approach was employed, involving a population of 30 BPR employees located in the Gunung Sari area. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that employer branding has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement among BPR employees in Gunung Sari. Furthermore, compensation was also found to have a positive and significant influence on the level of employee engagement within the same organization.
