Abstract

[Id]Salah satu permasalahan yang terdapat di bidang kesehatan adalah tingkat tingginya kontaminasi bakteri pada makanan yang dijual/disajikan oleh pihak penjual, mulai dari Pedagang Kaki Lima (PKL), restoran, dan industri makanan. Jika makanan kita terkontaminasi bakteri akan memberikan dampak negatif bagi kita dan masyarakat yang mengonsumsi makanan terkontaminasi. Dan salah satu alasan makanan tersebut terkontaminasi karena adanya bakteri yang tumbuh pada makanan tersebut yang melebihi batas pencemaran maksimum. Salah satu bakteri yang dapat menyebabkan makanan tersebut terkontaminasi adalah bakteri Escherichia coli.Salah satu solusi yang dapat diambil yaitu, dengan menyediakan sistem perhitungan bakteri Escherichia coli. Dimana dengan sistem tersebut dapat mengetahui berapa jumlah bakteri Escherichia coli yang terdapat pada makanan yang diteliti agar diketahui apakah makanan tersebut layak dijual atau tidak berdasarkan jumlah batas pencemaran maksimum dengan jumlah bakteri yang mencemari makanan yang diteliti. Dalam perkembangbiakannya bakteri ini dapat tumbuh secara morfological dimana bakteri ini ?tumbuh secara acak dengan bentuk yang sama yaitu dalam bentuk batang namun tumbuh dengan posisi secara acak.Dalam perancangan system tersebut penulis menggunakan bahasa pemrograman C disertai dengan perangkat lunak yang membantu dalam pembuatannya yaitu Matlab. Setelah implementasi sistem ini akan diuji coba hasilnya adalah para ahli industi makanan dapat menentukan apakah makanan yang diteliti tersebut layak dijual atau tidak sesuai dengan tingkat pencemaran yang terdapat pada makanan tersebut.Kata Kunci: Bakteri Escherichia coli. Where in the system can determine how the number of Escherichia coli bacteria found in foods studied in order to know whether the food is decent for sale or not based on the amount of the maximum contamination limit to the number of bacteria that contaminate food studied. In the breeding of bacteria can grow morfological where these bacteria grow randomly with the same shape in the form of rods but growing at random positions.In designing the system, the author uses the C programming language comes with software that helps? and using in Matlab. After implementation of this system will be tested the result is the food industry, experts can determine whether the foods studied eligible or not for sale according with the level of pollution contained in these foods.Keywords: Bacterai Escherichia coli. Abstract

Kesehatan merupakan bagian terpenting bagi kita dimana pengaruh atau datangnya penyakit melalui pola makan, terlebih bagi kita yang memiliki kesibukan yang luar biasa padatnya tentu saja tidak ada waktu untuk sarapan dan lebih memilih makanan cepat saji yang tersedia banyak di kantin atau kafe. Hal ini bukan berarti makanan cepat saji tidak sehat, hal ini akan menjadi masalah jika terlalu berlebih dan tidak memperhatikan takaran saji atau kandungan nutrisi yang ada pada makanan tersebut. Beberapa cara bisa dilakukan dengan menjaga sikap pola makan misalkan dengan diet atau menggunakan aplikasi perhitungan nutrisi yang ada di pasaran dan gratis untuk diunduh. Jenis aplikasi ini masih kurang efektif dimana aplikasi tersebut masih merupakan perkiraan saja dan tidak bisa digunakan secara realtime. Penelitian sebelumnya bisa menggunakan teknik computer vision dengan menggunakan image sebagai alat pembaca dari makanan yang akan kita santap. Aplikasi tersebut mampu membaca kandungan nutrisi sekaligus harga makanan, teknik pengolah image yang digunakan menggunakan metode Deep Learning Neural Network, algoritma ini terbukti memiliki akurasi dan pembacaan data yang tinggi dibandingkan algoritma yang lain. Aplikasi dengan Neural Network yang berbasis image bisa diimplementasikan pada mesin kasir di kantin atau cafe dan bisa dibuat dalam bentuk perangkat mobile sehingga lebih mudah digunakan. Abstract

Tilapia has a value of export quality and is imported from America and Europe, tilapia is cultivated in freshwater, the largest tilapia producing areas are Java and Bali for the export market in the Middle East, value fish with a size of 250 grams / head (4 fish / kg ) in their intact form is in great demand. According to news circulating, fish of this size in the Middle East are ordered to meet the consumption of workers from Asia. the fish classification process is a very difficult process to find the quality value of the fish to be sold to meet export quality. Fish classification techniques can use the GLCM technique (Gray Level Oc-Currance Matrix) classification using images of fish critters with the GLCM method.The fish image data is analyzed based on the value of Attribute, Energy, Homogenity, Correlation, Contrash, from the attribute the density data matrix is ??generated for each. Fish image data and displayed in the form of a histogram, the data from the GLCM results are then classified with the Naive Bayes algorithm, from the results of the classification of data taken from 3 types of tilapia from the types of gift, Red, and Blue.

Abstract

The handling of labor complaints is one of the performance factors for Disnakertrans. This performance is related to the decisions that must be taken to determine policies so that violations of labor norms can be reduced. Making this decision will be easier if the data on complaints can be recapitulated quickly and accurately. This recapitulation will be a tool to monitor the leadership in seeing the progress report on the status of incoming complaints. However, the manual administrative process makes the recapitulation slower. Therefore, this study will model the complaint reporting digitization system by utilizing OCR and information extraction as well as modeling the visualization of the results of the recapitulation using Business Intelligence. With the creation of this model, it is hoped that the performance of Disnakertrans in resolving labor complaints will be more effective

Abstract

The development of technology is currently growing very rapidly. One technology that is currently being developed on a large scale is Artificial Intelligence. Artificial Intelligence or AI has various functions and purposes depending on the system created. One of them is to detect objects and text from images or videos. An example of the application of this technology is the detection of objects and text on vehicle number plates. In this study, a system design was carried out using the You Only Look Once V3 algorithm as an object detection algorithm and Tesseract Optical Character Recognition as a text in image detector. This design is assisted by the OpenCV library in the python programming language and uses an image dataset that is already available. This study aims to determine the level of accuracy of the You Only Look Once V3 algorithm combined with Tesseract Optical Character Recognition.

Abstract

Educational game could act as learning media to increase desire and motivation to learn. Nowdays, national songs and folk songs in Indonesia are rarely heard and memorized by young generation, they prefer pop songs that are currently trendy. The pianica musical instrument is are rarely played, besides that the number of anthusiasts to play the pianica intrument are relatively small. Meloquin is an educational game to increase interest in playing pianica instrument while to increase knowledge in recoqnizing and remembering the national anthem in indonesia. The development of this game applies the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method consisting of six stage. In this application user can guess the song by playing the pianica according to the direction of song lyric notes that have been provided in each question. The test results for feasibiltiy of using this game is included 78% in the good category. Keywords : Educational Game, National Songs, Folks Song, Pianica.

Abstract

Learning Management System or LMS is an application product developed by PT. Millennia Solusi Informatika. This LMS aplication has been used by a private school network. The application is developed using scrum method where this method approach is agile and can adjust requirements quickly. Based on this, in process of delivering the software, it is necessary to use the concepts of continuous integration and continuous deployment in order to fulfill an agile and iterative development flow. Continuous integration (CI) is the integration of code into repository code then run deployment, quickly and more frequent. While Continuous Deployment or Continuous Delivery (CD) is a practice that carried out after CI process is complete and all code is successfully integrated, so that application can be build and release automatically. By Using CI/CD, the application delivery process can continue automatically, quickly and often even though the application has been used by the user

Abstract

Choosing a major is not an easy matter. There are many factors that must be taken into account and carefully thought out so that in choosing a major, it will cause big losses. There are many ways to determine the selection of majors, one of which is by using fuzzy logic. Determination of majors is determined from the results of the selection test in the academic field with the subjects of Mathematics, English and Computer Knowledge. With the aim of recommending the selection of the right major according to academic abilities and improving quality. By using the fuzzy inference model Mamdani max-min method. The system simulation was tried using the MATLAB Fuzzy Toolbox software. The system design is carried out in several stages, namely: (1) formation of fuzzy sets, (2) formation of rules, (3) determination of the composition of rules, and (4) confirmation (defuzzification). Defuzzification is carried out using the Composite Moment method, with the types of membership functions used are mf-triangular, mf-trapezoid and mf-gaussian. From the results of the tests carried out, it shows that the mf-triangular and mf-trapezoid membership function types produce almost the same level of accuracy. While the membership function type mf-gaussian produces a high level of accuracy for mathematics by 87.50%, English 100% and computer knowledge 81.58%.
