Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate how the convenience of payment impacts buying choices when utilizing the Shopee PayLater option, to assess how the level of risk influences purchasing decisions with the Shopee PayLater feature, and to examine the impact of trust on buying decisions facilitated by the Shopee PayLater functionality. Shopee users in Surakarta, Central Java, were studied. This research approach employs a quantitative research design. all customers who have and have used Shopee PayLater in the Surakarta district of Central Java. The sample size for this study is 100 people. Purposive sampling is used in the sampling procedure. Data is gathered through the utilization of a survey, and the analysis involves employing traditional assumption testing, multiple linear regression, t-tests, and the determination coefficient test. The results reveal that the convenience of payment has a noteworthy and positive impact on buying choices carried out using the Shopee PayLater option. Similarly, the degree of risk exhibits a significant and favorable influence on purchasing decisions made through the Shopee PayLater feature. Furthermore, trust also demonstrates a substantial and beneficial effect on purchasing decisions facilitated by the Shopee PayLater functionality. The findings of multiple linear regression analysis show that Trust is the most important variable.

Abstract

The researchers at the Tirto Negoro Drinking Water Company set out to find out what makes workers there tick, which is located in the Sragen Regency. These factors include work motivation, organizational culture, and the work environment.This study is quantitative in nature and employs many methods of data analysis, including testing of classical assumptions, testing of hypotheses, testing of the coefficient of determination, and testing of statistical models with multiple linear regressions. In this study, there were a total of one hundred employees that participated. There were 54 regular employees at the Tirto Negoro Drinking Water Company, which is located in the Sragen Regency. This constituted the sample. In this investigation, the sampling approach employed was saturation sampling.This study's findings demonstrate that three factors significantly affect organizational performance: work environment, motivation, and organizational culture. A total of 58.7% of the components contribute to the coefficient of determination; the remaining 41.3% is explained by other variables not included in the research model.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of marketing online service quality, as well as the level of trust in consumer buying interest. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study is consumers of Kabar Shekinah Mud Cake Shop in 2023-2024, the number of which is not known with certainty. The sampling technique in this research uses techniques purposive sampel with a sample of 100 respondents. Data collection using a scale questionnaire linkert to measure respondents' answers. The data analysis technique used is statistical analysis with multiple linear regression, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination. Data analysis was assisted by SPSS version 25 software. The results of this research show that partially online marketing and service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing interest at the Bakar Mud Cake Shop Shekinah Boyolali. Meanwhile, the level of trust has an insignificant positive effect on purchasing interest at the Bakar Mud Cake Shop Shekinah Boyolali. Purchase interest can be explained by marketing variables online, service quality, and trust level of 64%

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Sindrom metabolik ditandai dengan hipertensi, obesitas sentral, resistensi insulin, dan dislipidemia. Hylocereus polyrhizus dipercaya dapat mengobati sindrom metabolik. Metode: Penelitian eksperimental laboratorik dengan desain pretest dan posttest control group. Sebanyak 30 tikus dibagi menjadi 5 kelompok: K1 dan K2 kontrol negatif dan positif, kemudian K3, K4, K5 kelompok yang diberi ekstrak Hylocereus polyrhizus dengan dosis berturut-turut 60, 120, 180 mg/200 gBB. Data dianalisis dengan uji one-way ANOVA, uji Tukey HSD, uji T berpasangan, dan uji korelasi Pearson. Hasil: Kadar HDL tertinggi terdapat pada K5 dan terendah pada K1. Uji korelasi Pearson menunjukkan dosis Hylocereus polyrhizus mempunyai hubungan sangat kuat dengan peningkatan kadar HDL. Simpulan: Dosis ekstrak Hylocereus polyrhizus 60, 120, 180 mg/200 gBB dapat meningkatkan kadar HDL secara signifikan. Pada penelitian ini, dosis paling optimal adalah 180 mg/200 gBB.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the influence of social media, online customer reviews and digital payments on the buying interest of Tiktok marketplace users in Surakarta. The research method uses a quantitative approach, in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this study were all Surakarta City residents who had made purchases on the Tiktok application and a total sample of 100 respondents was taken using a purposive sampling technique. The data used in this study are primary data in the form of questionnaires filled out by respondents. The analytical method used is quantitative analysis, multiple linear regression, F test, t test and the coefficient of determination with the SPSS version 21 program. The results of this study indicate that social media, online customer reviews and digital payments have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Purchase intention can be explained by social media variables, online customer reviews and digital payments of 63.6%, while the rest is explained by other variables, for example, content marketing, brund trust, social media influencers, product reviews and others. Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of service quality, price perception, customer trust, and promotions on customer satisfaction. Based on the objectives to be achieved, this research is categorized as quantitative descriptive research. This research was carried out at the research location at the Surya Madina Umrah Foundation. In this research, the objects of this research are Umrah customers at the Surya Madina Foundation. The planned time for research is January – December 2023. The population in this study is all 286 Surya Madina Surakarta Umrah pilgrims. The research took 50% of the population as a sample, namely 143 Surya Madina congregation members. The sampling technique in this research used random sampling. After obtaining sufficient data, the data was processed using multiple linear regression analysis tools which were processed using SPSS 26 software. The conclusions obtained were that service quality, price perception, customer trust and promotions had an influence on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of environmental influences, leadership and employee discipline on the productivity of Nik's Collection Surakarta convection employees. The author uses a descriptive quantitative approach. This research will be conducted for 3 months, from October 2023 to December 2023. The population in this research is 58 employees of Konveksi NIK'S Collection Surakarta. The population was less than 100, so the researchers took all employees of Konveksi NIK'S Collection Surakarta, namely 58 employees. The sampling technique in this research used a census. Researchers used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that the environment, leadership and employee discipline simultaneously have a significant influence on the productivity of Nik's Collection Surakarta convection employees. Based on the t test, it was found that environmental results, leadership and employee discipline had a positive and significant influence on the productivity of Nik's Collection Surakarta convection employees.

Abstract

The research aims to examineRegarding the Role of Competence and Work Experience on Employee Performance with Incentives as an Intervening Variable (Study at PT Shopee International Indonesia Surakarta Branch)using the Purposive Sampling method as a sampling technique. In this context, researchers select samples that are considered to represent certain characteristics that are relevant to the research objectives. Of the 114 sample data above, consisting of employees from PT Shopee International Surakarta branch from various departments such as Operational (50 employees), Quality Assurance (54 employees), and Human Resources (10 employees), with permanent employee status and have a work period of the same or more than 2 years. The variables used in this study are as follows: The Dependent Variable (Y) in this study is Employee Performance, the Independent Variable (X) in this study is Competence (X1) and Work Experience (X2) and the Intervening Variable in this study is Incentive (Z). Testing in this study was carried out using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach based on Partial Least Square (PLS) which is based on components or variants.Competence and Work Experience have a direct effect on the performance of employees of PT Shopee International Indonesia, Surakarta branch. The statement that incentive variables have an effect on performance and also mediate the relationship between competence and work experience on performance shows that financial incentives play an important role in improving employee performance. Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas usaha mikro para pengrajin gerabah di Desa Wedi, Klaten, melalui strategi diversifikasi produk dan penguatan branding lokal. Para pengrajin selama ini menghadapi tantangan berupa keterbatasan inovasi produk, kurangnya pemahaman tentang tren pasar, serta lemahnya identitas merek lokal yang dapat meningkatkan daya saing. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui tahapan observasi awal, pemetaan kebutuhan, pelatihan teknis diversifikasi desain produk, pendampingan pemasaran digital, serta workshop branding lokal. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan pengrajin dalam mengembangkan variasi produk yang lebih modern dan fungsional, serta mampu membangun identitas visual usaha melalui kemasan dan media promosi digital. Kegiatan ini berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan nilai tambah produk, perluasan pasar, serta memperkuat keberlanjutan usaha mikro kerajinan gerabah di wilayah tersebut. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan, persepsi harga, dan kepercayaan terhadap kepuasan konsumen produk Eiger pada Generasi Z di Surakarta dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Generasi Z di Surakarta yang pernah membeli produk Eiger, dengan jumlah populasi yang tidak diketahui secara pasti, sehingga penentuan sampel menggunakan rumus Cochran dan diperoleh sebanyak 100 responden melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert yang didukung oleh observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 27 yang dilengkapi dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji F, uji t, serta koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan, persepsi harga, dan kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan konsumen, dengan kualitas layanan sebagai variabel yang paling dominan. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut juga terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen produk Eiger pada Generasi Z di Surakarta, sehingga peningkatan kualitas layanan, pengelolaan persepsi harga yang tepat, serta penguatan kepercayaan konsumen menjadi faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kepuasan dan membangun loyalitas konsumen secara berkelanjutan.
