Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the digital literacy skills between experimental student groups who received Project Based Learning (PjBL) treatment assisted by infographic media and students who received discovery learning. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method and a randomized pretest-posttest control group design. The population and sample in this study were fifth grade students at SDN 1 Warunggunung consisting of two classes. Using the lottery technique, class V-A with 27 students was obtained as a sample and class V-B as a control class with 27 students. The results of the study obtained: (1) There is an influence on student learning creativity before and after being given the discovery learning model treatment, (2) There is an influence on student learning creativity before and after being given the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model treatment assisted by infographic media, and (3) There is a difference in student learning creativity taught through the application of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model assisted by digital educational games with students taught through the application of the discovery learning model. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an influence of Project Based Learning (PjBL) assisted by infographic media on the learning creativity of class V students at SDN 1 Warunggunung, Lebak Regency. Keywords: project based learning (PjBL), infographics, learning creativity, discovery learning word)

Abstract

The people of Jombang have proven their ability to coexist peacefully despite significant differences. However, with the emergence of increasing global challenges such as radicalism and intolerance, it is important to strengthen the foundations of tolerance through education. The integration of Islamic educational values has the potential to be an effective solution to face this challenge. This research aims to explore how the values of Islamic education can be integrated into the life of the people of Jombang and how it can strengthen tolerant behavior. This research was conducted in Jombang Regency, East Java Province, with the research subject of the Jombang Regency Religious Harmony Forum (FKUB) consisting of 17 interfaith and group figures. The research method used is qualitative research with an ethnographic approach. The integration of Islamic educational values in the life of the people of Jombang goes through four stages of process, namely, ta'aruf (knowing each other), tafahum (understanding each other), ta'awun (helping each other), and takafful (mutual guarantee), which is hierarchical. In addition, one important process covers the four stages, namely the ta'alum (mutual learning) process, which is carried out simultaneously with the four stages. From this study, it can be proven that the integration of Islamic educational values carried out by FKUB Jombang Regency has strengthened tolerant behavior, strengthened social bonds, and encouraged better community cohesion in the Jombang community.

Abstract

Large language models (LLMs) have transformed natural language processing (NLP), demonstrating exceptional proficiency in tasks such as text generation, translation, and summarization. However, LLMs are prone to generating biased, inaccurate, or contextually irrelevant outputs, posing significant risks in high-stakes domains such as healthcare, legal reasoning, and engineering. This paper systematically investigates the role of prompt engineering as a solution to these challenges. By strategically designing inputs, prompt engineering enhances LLM performance, yielding more accurate, contextually relevant, and ethically aligned outputs. Advanced techniques, including chain-of-thought (CoT) prompting and retrieval augmented generation (RAG), are examined for their ability to improve reasoning capabilities, reduce errors, and mitigate bias. CoT prompting facilitates structured, stepwise reasoning, while RAG incorporates real-time data, ensuring output accuracy in rapidly evolving fields. In addition, we present a novel comparative perspective on these techniques, highlighting their distinct strengths and limitations across specialized applications such as healthcare diagnostics and scientific data extraction. The findings demonstrate that sophisticated prompt engineering significantly elevates the reliability and precision of LLM outputs, while addressing critical ethical concerns such as data privacy, bias, and hallucination. These insights underscore the necessity of advanced prompt design in optimizing LLMs for high-impact applications, ensuring both performance and ethical integrity.
