Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, serta Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional. Namun, masih banyak pelaku usaha mikro yang menjalankan usahanya tanpa legalitas formal seperti Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB). Ketidaktahuan terhadap prosedur administrasi digital melalui sistem Online Single Submission (OSS) menjadi salah satu penyebab utama. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pendampingan pembuatan NIB bagi seorang pelaku usaha konveksi rumah tangga di Desa Kebonsari, Kecamatan Candi, Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni 2025. Metode yang digunakan ialah deskriptif kualitatif melalui pengumpulan data berupa observasi serta wawancara. Hasil memperlihatkan jika pendampingan mempermudah pelaku usaha dalam memahami pentingnya legalitas serta menyelesaikan proses pendaftaran NIB secara mandiri melalui OSS. Kegiatan ini turut meningkatkan kesiapan pelaku usaha dalam mengakses fasilitas formal yang mendukung keberlangsungan usahanya.

Abstract

Produk furnitur Indonesia memiliki daya saing tinggi karena didukung oleh ketersediaan bahan baku alami yang melimpah dan berkelanjutan, kekayaan corak dan desain lokal, serta SDM yang kompeten. Namun, pelaku UMKM, khususnya di wilayah pedesaan seperti Desa Sadang, masih menghadapi tantangan terkait legalitas usaha. Sebagian besar, termasuk pemilik Setia Jaya Mebel, belum memiliki Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB), yang merupakan identitas resmi dalam sistem perizinan nasional. Ketiadaan NIB menyulitkan mereka dalam mengakses program pemerintah seperti bantuan modal, pelatihan, dan perlindungan hukum. Faktor penyebabnya meliputi kurangnya pemahaman tentang pentingnya legalitas usaha, minimnya informasi, serta rendahnya literasi digital untuk mengakses sistem OSS (Online Single Submission). Sebagai solusi, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan pada 19–20 Juni 2025 dengan memberikan pendampingan kepada pelaku UMKM mebel di RT 01 RW 01 Desa Sadang. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah membantu proses pembuatan NIB melalui OSS serta memberikan edukasi tentang urgensi legalitas usaha. Metode yang digunakan bersifat kualitatif, meliputi sosialisasi awal, wawancara mendalam, dan pendampingan teknis langsung. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman hukum dan kemampuan teknis pelaku UMKM. Banyak peserta yang sebelumnya belum mengenal OSS berhasil memperoleh NIB. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya meningkatkan legalitas usaha, tetapi juga kepercayaan diri dalam menggunakan sistem digital pemerintah, mendukung pemberdayaan UMKM secara berkelanjutan dan percepatan transformasi digital di pedesaan.

Abstract

Traditional markets face various environmental challenges that ultimately affect their performance practices; this study aims to analyse digital literature on digital transactions with local knowledge as moderation. Sampling technique: This research was conducted in traditional markets in the Sidoarjo district and involved 263 respondents, including shop owners. Data analysis using quantitative methods, such as SmartPLS 4.0 software, was used to test the research hypothesis. Digital literacy significantly influences the adoption of digital transactions in traditional markets, such as QRIS. Good digital literacy and skills increase the likelihood of merchants adopting the technology significantly when moderated by local knowledge that reinforces the application of technology according to local culture and economic practices. Financial education also encourages digital transactions; merchants who understand financial management are more likely to switch to digital payment systems. Local knowledge strengthens the influence of financial education by tailoring technology to market needs. This study highlights the importance of digital literacy, financial education and the local socio-cultural context in modernising traditional markets in Sidoarjo.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of self reward on self-satisfaction and work motivation in working Generation Z (Female Gen Z) women. This generation is known to have high attention to work-life balance and mental health, so self reward is one of the factors that can increase self-satisfaction and work motivation. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research method. The results showed that self reward has a positive and significant effect on self-satisfaction and work motivation. In addition, self-satisfaction also has a positive effect on work motivation. These findings confirm that self reward strategies can improve the psychological well-being and work productivity of Female Gen Z. The implications of this study highlight the importance of implementing a balanced self reward in the work environment to increase employee satisfaction and motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and the work environment on individual performance with motivation as a mediating variable in expedition couriers. individual performance with motivation as a mediating variable in expedition couriers in Sidoarjo. Using a quantitative approach with explanatory research method, data were collected through surveys using questionnaires and analyzed with SmartPLS 4. The results showed that SOP and work environment have a significant effect on motivation and individual performance. Abstract

This research aims to investigate how entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial competence influence business performance. Quantitative methods are used for this test. A total of 39 owners from Sidoarjo Batik, MSMEs, participated in interviews and were selected through a saturated sampling approach. Information is collected in a questionnaire that includes a Likert scale as a measurement instrument. The results show that entrepreneurial orientation has a significant impact on business performance, and entrepreneurial ability does not have a significant impact on business performance. Together, both entrepreneur orientation and entrepreneurial ability influence business performance. So it can be concluded that batik MSME owners need to develop technology that is used to develop innovation and expand market reach through social media so that customers are easier to find, can develop personal branding and keep up with the times.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan memberdayakan santri Pondok Pesantren An-Nahdloh, Malaysia, sebagai entrepreneur muda melalui content writing. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumentasi. Hasilnya, content writing berfungsi sebagai alat promosi sekaligus penyampai nilai etika dan agama dalam kewirausahaan. Santri berhasil memanfaatkan media sosial untuk mengenalkan usaha, meningkatkan visibilitas, dan membangun kepercayaan audiens, meski keterbatasan keterampilan teknis dan pemasaran digital menjadi tantangan. Pelatihan lanjutan diperlukan untuk mengoptimalkan kemampuan mereka, memberikan dampak signifikan pada potensi kewirausahaan berbasis nilai agama, dan menginspirasi generasi muda. This service aims to empower students of Pondok Pesantren An-Nahdloh, Malaysia, as young entrepreneurs through content writing. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation analysis. As a result, content writing serves as a promotional tool while conveying ethical and religious values in entrepreneurship. Santri successfully utilizes social media to introduce their business, increase visibility, and build audience trust, although limited technical and digital marketing skills are a challenge. Further training is needed to optimize their capabilities, make a significant impact on the potential of religious value-based entrepreneurship, and inspire the younger generation.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial dynamics encounter significant challenges in a competitive and fast-changing environment. This research aims to explore the role of dynamic capability and organizational agility in enhancing the performance of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), particularly within the batik and embroidery sectors in Pasuruan Regency, specifically in the Bangil, Beji, Gempol, and Pandaan areas. Data was gathered from 48 MSMEs owners through questionnaires, and the analysis was performed using quantitative methods with SmartPLS 4.0 software to test the research hypotheses. The findings revealed that dynamic capability is essential for enhancing MSMEs' performance, while organizational agility also positively influences performance. Additionally, the study indicated that both dynamic capability and organizational agility positively impact the performance of batik and embroidery MSMEs in the Bangil, Beji, Gempol, and Pandaan regions. This research provides valuable insights for decision-making and strategy formulation in the face of market uncertainties, offering practical recommendations for MSMEs owners to enhance their efficiency and competitiveness.

Abstract

PT Masmedia Buana Pustaka, penerbit buku yang berkolaborasi dengan KEMENDIKBUD, mengalami kendala mesin dan manajemen bahan baku yang membatasi produktivitasnya, diukur hanya dari output dan input. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengukur tingkat produktivitas dan rasio terendah yang ada pada proses produksi. Pada satu tahun, PT Masmedia Buana Pustaka mencapai nilai Indeks Produktivitas (IP) sebesar 383,20% menggunakan metode Objective Matrix (OMAX), dengan nilai produktivitas untuk lima rasio berbeda yang mencapai puncaknya pada bulan-bulan yang beragam. Rasio produktivitas tertinggi dicapai pada bulan Juli untuk rasio 1 dengan 99,55% dan pada bulan Oktober untuk rasio 5 dengan 75%. Metode Fishbone Diagram mengidentifikasi penyebab penurunan rasio di PT Masmedia Buana Pustaka, termasuk ketidakpatuhan karyawan terhadap prosedur, manajemen bahan baku yang tidak efektif, dan waktu set up yang berlebihan. PT Masmedia Buana Pustaka, a book publisher collaborating with the Ministry of Education and Culture, experienced machine and raw material management problems that limited its productivity, measured only by output and input. This research aims to measure the level of productivity and the lowest ratio in the production process. In one year, PT Masmedia Buana Pustaka achieved a Productivity Index (IP) value of 383.20% using the Objective Matrix (OMAX) method, with productivity values ​​for five different ratios that peaked in various months. The highest productivity ratio was achieved in July for ratio 1, with 99.55%, and in October for ratio 5, with 75%. Through the Fishbone the Fishbone Diagram method identifies the causes of decreasing ratios at PT Masmedia Buana Pustaka, including employee non-compliance with procedures, ineffective raw material management, and excessive set-up time.

Abstract

Penerapan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) di gudang PT TTT Indonesia perlu dianalisis untuk memastikan lingkungan kerja yang aman, khususnya dengan menggunakan pendekatan kaizen 6S. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan K3 di gudang PT TTT Indonesia menggunakan prinsip-prinsip kaizen 6S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke, Safety). Menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Penerapan K3 berjalan cukup baik dengan dampak positif berupa pengurangan risiko kecelakaan kerja, peningkatan tata letak dan kebersihan area kerja, serta kesadaran dan kepatuhan karyawan terhadap prosedur K3. Namun, masih terdapat kekurangan seperti kurangnya pemeliharaan fasilitas dan pelatihan K3 yang memadai. Mengidentifikasi aspek spesifik yang memerlukan perbaikan dalam penerapan K3 di gudang melalui pendekatan kaizen 6S, serta memberikan rekomendasi strategis untuk peningkatan lebih lanjut. Rekomendasi seperti pemeliharaan rutin fasilitas K3, peningkatan pelatihan dan sosialisasi K3, serta penguatan implementasi kaizen 6S diharapkan dapat meningkatkan standar K3, menciptakan budaya kerja yang lebih aman, dan meminimalkan potensi risiko di perusahaan. The implementation of occupational safety and health (OHS) in the PT TTT Indonesia warehouse needs to be analyzed to ensure a safe working environment, especially by using the kaizen 6S approach. This study aims to analyze the implementation of OHS in the PT TTT Indonesia warehouse using the principles of kaizen 6S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke, Safety). Using a qualitative descriptive method, data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The implementation of OHS went quite well with positive impacts in the form of reducing the risk of work accidents, improving the layout and cleanliness of the work area, and employee awareness and compliance with OHS procedures. However, there are still shortcomings such as lack of facility maintenance and adequate OHS training. Identifying specific aspects that require improvement in the implementation of OHS in the warehouse through the Kaizen 6S approach and providing strategic recommendations for further improvement. Recommendations such as routine maintenance of OHS facilities, increasing OHS training and socialization, and strengthening the implementation of kaizen 6S are expected to improve OHS standards, create a safer work culture, and minimize potential risks in the company.
