Abstract

Varietas benih jagung Bima-20 merupakan salah satu varietas yang populer dan banyak digunakan oleh petani. Namun, untuk memastikan kualitas benih yang dihasilkan, diperlukan metode yang dapat membedakan kualitas benih Bima-20 dengan akurasi tinggi. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan akurasi dalam proses grading benih jagung adalah dengan menggunakan teknologi pengolahan citra digital. Beberapa fitur yang dapat diekstraksi dari citra digital antara lain bentuk, tekstur, dan warna. Karakteristik bentuk benih jagung dapat diekstraksi dengan menggunakan metode segmentasi citra dan ekstraksi fitur bentuk seperti area dan perimeter atau keliling. Sedangkan karakteristik tekstur benih jagung dapat diekstraksi dengan menggunakan fitur gray-level co- occurrence matrix (GLCM) serta dapat diklasifikasi menggunakan metode Random Forest. Metode Random Forest adalah salah satu metode yang populer dalam klasifikasi citra. Metode ini menggunakan kombinasi dari beberapa pohon keputusan (decision tree) untuk mengklasifikasikan data. Kelebihan dari metode Random Forest adalah kemampuannya dalam mengatasi overfitting dan mampu menghasilkan prediksi yang akurat. Dengan menerapkan ekstraksi fitur dan metode tersebut menghasilkan bahwa ekstraksi fitur tekstur menggunakan Gray Level Co- occurrence Matrix (GCLM) dan ekstraksi fitur bentuk memperoleh nilai yang dapat diklasifikasikan menggunakan metode random forest. Hasil klasifikasi yang diperoleh tersebut memiliki tingkat akurasi 100% akurat sesuai dengan pernyataan melalui survei yang dilakukan kepada seorang kepala SMK di Pesantren Teknologi Riau dan juga seorang guru dalam bidang pertanian di Pesantren Teknologi Riau yaitu ibu Azrida Syamsi M.Si.

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi telah memberikan dampak yang luar biasa bagi kehidupan manusia, termasuk dalam bidang e-commerce. E-commerce memberikan kesempatan kepada pengguna untuk melakukan transaksi barang dan jasa tanpa batasan jarak dan waktu, selama pengguna memiliki akses internet. Namun, karena maraknya penipuan online, tidak jarang pelanggan ragu untuk membeli produk secara online. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa kepercayaan pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat membeli produk di e-commerce. Review dari customer akan sangat berpengaruh kepada calon pelanggan sebagai acuan tolok ukur untuk menemukan informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengklasifikasikan dan menganalisis review customer terhadap toko online Halona Beauty Care yang ada di shopee menggunakan algoritma Naive Bayes Classifier (NBC). Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan NBC menunjukkan hasil akurasi sebesar 93%. Hasil dari sentimen positive dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan untuk menjaga kualitas layanan, sedangkan hasil dari sentimen negative digunakan sebagai bahan evaluasi untuk peningkatan layanan.

Abstract

PT Agung Automall SM. Amin Pekanbaru is a branch of PT Agung Automall, a company operating in the automotive sector. PT Agung Automall SM. Amin, there are several divisions of work, one of which is the Body Paint (BP) division. Problems that arise in the Body Paint (BP) division is that the current system in Body Paint (BP) is less effective, it's because customers have difficulty knowing the progress of their cars. Customers are required to ask the service advisor to find out the progress of their car service. However, with a work system like this, human error often occurs, such as service advisors forgetting/being late in providing information on customer car service progress to customers. Therefore, a system is needed that can provide WhatsApp notifications of customer car service progress. This system uses the WhatsApp API to send notifications to customers. The design stages of this system use the prototype development method. This research produces a Website-based Realtime Notification Progress System that can be used by customers to see the progress of their car. Testing of this system was carried out using black box testing and showed that the system was running well.

Abstract

The existence of the Covid-19 pandemic has had a tremendous impact in all aspects, including the educational aspect. Before the pandemic, education generally is done by face-to-face learning, but after the pandemic hit, it changed to online learning. Several problems often occur during online learning education, especially for college students, such as a mobile phone that does less support for online learning activities. Hence, the author wants to build an application that has the function of helping users to choose a mobile phone which supports online learning activities. The selection decision used by the author is the Preference Selection Index method since it can determine the value for each attribute and continue with a ranking that is able to select each attribute from the best alternative from several existing alternatives, with the help of a decision support system and application of the PSI (Preference Selection Index) method. The result indicates that the highest value obtained from smartphone selection with an average price under 3 million rupiah is infinix by 90.88%. The application's output meets the purpose because it is able to provide recommendations to buyers in determining which smartphone to buy and can simplify the decision-making process to become more accurate, effective, and efficient in generating information.

Abstract

Inayah's car rental is one of the business sectors in the field of transportation services at Pekanbaru, Riau. Inayah car rental carries out management activities for car rental management that can be rented from daily to monthly. Management of rental transactions is currently done manually by recording customer data and storing customer guarantees in the archives that have been provided. Problems arise when the data is lost or damaged while the car is on the customer's side. In addition, other issues arise when a customer cancels suddenly on that day, or the customer's uncertainty about car rental will impact other customers who are serious about renting a car at that time. From these problems, we need a system that can automatically manage, store, and manage car rental transactions using Android. The development method in this study uses the prototype development method. The Prototype is a development method that involves users in system development. Based on the research results, we get a very good interpretation of the standard quality of the ISO 25010 system test, functional, performance, reliability, maintainability, security, usability, and efficiency.

Abstract

Angkasa Mart Store is currently experiencing a decline in sales for specific products, leading to the implementation of the Apriori Algorithm to create bundled offerings that combine less popular items with top-selling products, aiming to revitalize sales and promote the underperforming inventory. Following the CRISP-DM methodology, the study analyzes sales transaction data from June to July 2022, covering 65,892 purchased items, to extract ten critical association rules essential for devising bundled packages. The study's findings propose two strategies for package composition: first, the development of bundled packages comprising strongly related products, identified through comprehensive data analysis and positively received by the store; second, the introduction of 21 bundled packages consisting of products with a relatively weaker relationship, effectively expanding consumer choices and encouraging additional purchases within the store. By implementing the Apriori Algorithm and adhering to the CRISP-DM methodology, this study effectively formulates bundled product packages for Angkasa Mart Store, addressing the challenge of declining sales and contributing to an overall improvement in business performance and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Percepatan pembangunan desa berkelanjutan di Provinsi Riau membutuhkan data potensi desa sesuai karakteristik desa dan indikator capaian SDGs yang akurat dan komprehensif. Upaya pendataan potensi desa telah dilakukan dengan monografi desa namun memiliki permasalahan berupa: (1) terbatasnya kapasitas sumber daya manusia; (2) terbatasnya pendanaan; (3) sistem pendataan dilakukan secara manual (pencatatan); (4) Data usang (Outdate); (5) Akses data terbatas (Offline); dan (6) Waktu pencarian data saat dibutuh lama. Untuk itu diperlukan penyediaan data potensi desa yang bersifat komputerisasi dan dalam jaringan (online). Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut maka dilakukan penelitian Desain Sistem Data Potensi Desa Berbasis Android untuk mendukung SDGs Riau. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem data potensi desa berbasis android yang memuat data sesuai indikator Potensi Desa (BPS) dan SDGs terpilih sesuai kebutuhan masyarakat dalam perencanaan pembangunan desa yang berkelanjutan. Pengembangan sistem data potensi desa berbasis android dilakukan dengan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Hasil penelitian diperoleh 673 indikator kebutuhan data potensi desa yang perlu dikembangkan. Penelitian ini telah menghasilkan produk aplikasi Sistem Data Potensi Desa (SidaPodes) yang dapat diakses di Google Play Store. Aplikasi SidaPodes tersebut telah digunakan oleh 600 pengguna dan menerima 1.300 data. Penilaian pengguna terhadap aplikasi tergolong sangat baik.

Abstract

Water resource management is a critical aspect of various sectors, including agriculture, industry, and household applications, where maintaining optimal water levels is essential for efficiency, sustainability, and safety. Traditional water level control methods often rely on manual operations, leading to inefficiencies, resource wastage, and potential system failures. To address these challenges, this study presents the design and implementation of an automated water level control system using a Proportional-Integral-Derivative (PID) controller, an HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor, and an Arduino Uno microcontroller. The system is designed to enhance accuracy and reliability in liquid level regulation, particularly in industrial and domestic settings. By systematically tuning the Proportional Gain (Kp), Integral Gain (Ki), and Derivative Gain (Kd), the optimal parameter values were determined as Kp = 20.0, Ki = 11.0, and Kd = 1.0. Experimental results demonstrated that the proposed system achieves stable water level regulation with rapid response times and minimal deviations. This research contributes to the advancement of automated liquid control technologies, offering a cost-effective and efficient solution for real-world water management applications.

Abstract

Online news contains valuable insights into public phenomena that can support statistical analysis by institutions like BPS Riau. However, current methods of classifying news are manual, time-consuming, and prone to human error. This study proposes an automated news classification system using Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques with Term Frequency–Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) for feature extraction and the Multinomial Naïve Bayes algorithm for classification. The dataset was collected via web scraping and manually labeled across five statistical categories: poverty, unemployment, democracy, inflation, and economic growth. The system achieved a validation accuracy of 83%, a test accuracy of 90%, with an average precision of 0.85, recall of 0.93, and f1-score of 0.87. These results demonstrate that the proposed system can significantly reduce the manual workload of news classification and be practically implemented by BPS Riau to support accurate and timely statistical reporting.

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dilatar belakangi oleh pentingnya media pembelajaran virtual lab berbasis android pada materi suhu dan kalor. Tujuan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini untuk medeskripsikan tampilan media pembelajaran virtual lab berbasis android pada materi suhu dan kalor, menganalisis hasil uji validasi, dan kelayakan media. Metode Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Tampilan virtual lab terdiri dari delapan menu utama, yaitu splash screen, menu awal, kompetensi inti, kompetensi dasar, praktikum, glosarium, daftar pustaka, daftar isi. Virtual lab menyajikan praktikum suhu dan kalor yang berkaitan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari yang dilengkapi dengan animasi, gambar dan soal-soal. Kemudian pengguna harus mengisi pretest untuk mengetahui pemahaman awal, mengikuti serangkaian praktikum dan mengisi posttest untuk mengetahui pemahamannya. Informasi data peneliti dapat dilihat pada menu penyusun. Hasil uji validasi diperoleh dengan nilai rata-rata 89,32 %. Hasil uji kelayakan diperoleh nilai rata-rata 90,25 %. Berdasarkan hasil uji validasi dan kelayakan produk, virtual lab ini layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran.
