Abstract

Recurrent Aphthous Stomatitis (SAR) is inflammation in the oral mucosa. One of the factors that can cause SAR is bacterial and fungal infections of the oral mucosa. Clove oil is an essential oil that contains eugenol and has antimicrobial, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant activities. Clove oil in this study resulted from steam distillation with an eugenol content of 71.06%. Clove oil as an antimicrobial topical requires a drug delivery system that is easy and comfortable to apply. Laponite is a synthetic hydrophilic layered silicate that can hydrate and expand when water is added, is compatible with the properties of active ingredients, and is without an emulsifier. Please state the objective of this research. This research aims to determine the effect of variations in the concentration of clove oil incorporated in laponite on the gel's physicochemical properties and antimicrobial activity. Laponite with a concentration of 2.5% was developed in water and then added to clove oil with a concentration of 2%, 4% and 6%. Physicochemical properties test of oral gel preparations includes organoleptic tests, homogeneity, pH, adhesion, and spreadability tests. Antimicrobial activity test to Streptococcus mutans bacteria and Candida albicans fungi. The research showed that a gel preparation using laponite with a concentration of 2.5% was semi-solid with a clove oil odor. Clove oil, with an eugenol content of 71.06%, has potent antimicrobial activity. The higher concentration of clove oil increases the viscosity and sticky time but decreases the pH and spreadability. The adhesive time and pH of the gel are suitable for application to the oral mucosa with mouth ulcers, and 2.5% laponite can form a gel preparation that meets the gel's physicochemical properties and antimicrobial activity.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh antara Problem Based Learning (PBL) disertai Fishbone Diagram dan pembelajaran konvensional metode resitasi terhadap: (1) kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik, (2) hasil belajar afektif peserta didik, (3) kemampuan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar afektif peserta didik secara simultan. Penelitian ini merupakan Quasi Eksperimen dengan desain penelitian Nonequivalent (Pretest Posttest) Control Group Design. Sampel penelitian diperoleh menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling pada kelas VII SMPN 1 Banguntapan. Instrumen pengumpulan data terdiri dari lembar observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran, lembar soal pretest dan posttest kemampuan berpikir kritis, dan lembar angket hasil belajar afektif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah (1) analisis persentase keterlaksanaan pembelajaran, (2) analisis deskriptif, (3) uji prasyarat meliputi uji normalitas, homogenitas, (4) uji hipotesis meliputi uji Independent Sample T-test, Effect Size Cohen’s, dan uji MANOVA. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Terdapat perbedaan kemampuan berpikir kritis antara PBL disertai Fishbone Diagram dan pembelajaran konvensional dengan metode resitasi peserta didik, (2) Terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar afektif antara PBL disertai Fishbone Diagram dan pembelajaran konvensional dengan metode resitasi peserta didik, (3) Terdapat perbedaan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar afektif antara PBL disertai Fishbone Diagram dan pembelajaran konvensional dengan metode resitasi peserta didik secara simultan.

Abstract

Perubahan dalam sektor pendidikan tidak semata-mata ditentukan oleh perumusan kebijakan di tingkat pusat, tetapi juga sangat dipengaruhi oleh peran aktor-aktor kebijakan dalam proses implementasinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana aktor kebijakan berfungsi sebagai penggerak perubahan dalam pelaksanaan kebijakan pendidikan di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis studi literatur dan analisis dokumen kebijakan pendidikan nasional pada rentang tahun 2018–2024, studi ini mengkaji dinamika implementasi kebijakan seperti Kurikulum Merdeka, Program Guru Penggerak, dan revitalisasi peran kepala sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktor-aktor kebijakan seperti guru, kepala sekolah, pengambil keputusan daerah, hingga komunitas pendidikan memiliki kapasitas strategis untuk mentransformasikan kebijakan menjadi praktik yang kontekstual dan berorientasi pada kebutuhan peserta didik. Peran mereka mencakup interpretasi kebijakan, mediasi antara kepentingan pusat dan lokal, serta inovasi dalam pelaksanaan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan kebijakan pendidikan sangat dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan adaptif, kolaborasi antar pemangku kepentingan, dan kemampuan aktor untuk merespons kompleksitas lapangan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan kapasitas aktor melalui pelatihan berkelanjutan, dukungan regulasi yang fleksibel, dan ruang partisipatif dalam perumusan hingga evaluasi kebijakan.

Abstract

Karakter dan sifat seorang muslim sangat dipengaruhi oleh tauhid. Sebagai landasan doktrin Islam, tauhid tidak hanya mencakup keyakinan bahwa Allah itu Esa tetapi juga bertindak sebagai kompas moral dan etika yang mengarahkan perilaku manusia dalam interaksi sehari-hari. Umat ​​Islam saat ini menghadapi kesulitan moral dan spiritual seperti konsumerisme, individualisme, dan krisis identitas; oleh karena itu, sangatlah penting untuk menyelesaikan masalah-masalah ini dengan memahami dan menggunakan tauhid. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh tauhid terhadap pengembangan karakter, kualitas masyarakat, dan pembentukan masyarakat yang damai dan bermartabat. Melalui tinjauan literatur dan metodologi kualitatif, penelitian ini mengkaji literatur terkait untuk mengidentifikasi nilai-nilai tauhid di berbagai bidang kehidupan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa tauhid berfungsi sebagai kompas moral, mendorong kepatuhan terhadap nilai-nilai Islam, meningkatkan taraf ibadah, dan membina ikatan sosial yang lebih erat. Tauhid juga memberikan dasar yang kuat untuk mengatasi permasalahan saat ini, mendorong kemandirian spiritual, dan menginspirasi masyarakat untuk memberikan kontribusi bagi kemajuan masyarakat. Ringkasnya, mengembangkan sifat-sifat unggul dalam diri umat Islam, baik secara individu maupun kolektif, memerlukan pemahaman mendalam tentang tauhid.

Abstract

From research conducted in the field, it was found that Smartphones can boost up which provides new insights about subject matter so that it supports the value of assignments and encourages me to achieve academic achievement. Smartphones in social life can strengthen friendly relations with friends who are far away, can get information from friends about the latest things, get lesson information from friends at other schools. The negative effects of smartphones on learning can interfere with managing study time, inconsistent doing assignments and easily diverting from doing assignments. There are adult advertisements that interfere with finding assignment references or when doing assignments so that they have an impact on students' understanding of pornographic matters. The counseling teacher's efforts to use smartphones for academic achievement from the results of the research conducted provide an illustration that the counseling teacher's business is to provide tutoring services, career guidance, counseling services by trying to use smartphones as a supporting medium in carrying out counseling so that the expected results can encourage achievement. student academic. The counseling teacher's effort to counteract the negative influence of Smartphones on learning is to apply a prevention function before learning is disrupted. Students' understanding of the use of Smartphones helps in broadening knowledge that is not found in schools so that they can find out what learning they want to find out.
