Abstract

Psikotropika adalah zat atau obat baik alami maupun sintetis bukan narkotika, berkhasiat psikoaktif melalui pengaruh selektif pada susunan saraf pusat yang menyebabkan perubahan pada aktivitas mental dan perilaku. Pengelolaan obat psikotropika memerlukan penanganan lebih, khususnya pada sistem penyimpanan agar keamanan dan peredaran obat psikotropika tersebut terjamin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penyimpanan obat psikotropika di apotek X di Kota Mataram sesuai dengan Permenkes Nomor 5 tahun 2023. Metode penelitian dilakukan secara deskriptif cross-sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah sistem penyimpanan obat di Apotek, dan sampel yang digunakan adalah sistem penyimpanan obat di sebuah Apotek di Kota Mataram. Analisis data  dilakukan  dengan  membandingkan  hasil observasi  dengan form checklist evaluasi penyimpanan. Penelitian  dilakukan  selama  periode April hingga Mei 2024. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa penyimpanan psikotropika di Apotek X masuk kategori sangat baik dengan persentase 92%. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, secara keseluruhan penyimpanan obat psikotropika di Apotek X telah memenuhi standar dan sesuai dengan pedoman Permenkes No. 5 Tahun 2023.

Abstract

An unhealthy lifestyle can lead to increased production of free radicals as a byproduct of metabolism. This condition can be mitigated by antioxidants. Rhizophora mucronata offers various health benefits, including its role as an antioxidant. However, public utilization of Rhizophora mucronata remains limited. To enhance its appeal, Rhizophora mucronata was processed into mangrove leaf cookies, making it more convenient for consumption. The objective of this activity was to optimize the utilization of mangrove plants. The activity was conducted on December 20, 2024, at the Meninting Village Hall, Batulayar Subdistrict, West Lombok Regency, with 20 participants. The implementation method included training sessions comprising the delivery of materials on mangrove plants and the process of making mangrove cookies, followed by hands-on cookie-making training. The participants were highly enthusiastic throughout the program, and the material was well understood, as evidenced by the quiz results provided during the session.

Abstract

Consuming healthy foods such as nutraceuticals or functional foods is very important to prevent and reduce the risk of degenerative and chronic diseases. Efforts to improve community knowledge and skills related to nutraceuticals are very important, so community service activities are carried out with the aim of providing socialization and training on the production of nutraceutical drinks from local natural ingredients, as well as health checks including blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol and uric acid. The partners of this community service activity are PKK women and the community in Kongok Hamlet, Meninting Village, Batulayar District, West Lombok Regency, NTB. The community service activities consist of several stages, namely activity preparation, location survey and coordination with partners, socialization of nutraceutical drinks using PowerPoint slides and leaflets, training on the production of nutraceutical drinks, health checks, and ending with post-tests and activity evaluations using questionnaires. The 56 residents who attended were very enthusiastic in participating in the activities. The results of the questionnaire showed that 35.7% of the participants who attended were able to answer questions related to the socialization material with an average score of 74.3. The results of the activity evaluation questionnaire stated that activities like this are very important to do and the selection and provision of material are very good and clear. Thus, it can be concluded that this community service activity is very beneficial for the community and the socialization and training materials can be understood well by the participants of the community service activity.
