Abstract

Aplikasi Viu adalah layanan video over-the-top yang dioperasikan oleh PCCW Media, anak perusahaan PCCW. Tidak seperti televisi pada umumnya, dimana kita harus menunggu konten sesuai jadwal tayang. Viu memungkinkan kita untuk menikmati, mengunduh, dan memilih konten yang kita inginkan kapanpun dan melalui perangkat apapun. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasaan pelanggan dari aplikasi Viu dengan menggunakan metode e-servqual menurut persepsi dari para pengguna situs tersebut. e-servqual merupakan pengembangan dari service quality yang diterapkan pada sebuah media elektronik e-service quality yang dikenal sebagai e-servqual merupakan versi terbaru dari service quality (servqual) yang awalnya mengacu pada kualitas layanan dimana interaksi dan experience pelanggan dengan perusahan tidak berbasis internet. Dari hasil penelitian ini yang didapatkan dari kuesioner yang telah di sebarkan didapatkan sebanyak 391 responden, kemudian di uji dengan SPSS menunjukan bahwa dari variabel Efficiency, Fulfillment, System Availability, dan Privacy di dapatkan variabel System Availability yang memiliki nilai signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pengguna aplikasi VIU.

Abstract

Investasi saham di Bursa Efek Indonesia kian menarik perhatian, terutama dari kalangan generasi muda. Akan tetapi, rendahnya pemahaman tentang keuangan mengakibatkan banyak investor sulit untuk memilih saham yang tepat, sehingga berisiko menderita kerugian. Salah satu metode untuk mendukung investor dalam proses pengambilan keputusan adalah dengan mengelompokkan saham sesuai dengan rasio keuangan. Studi ini menggunakan metode K-Means Clustering untuk mengelompokkan saham di Papan Utama Bursa Efek Indonesia berdasarkan rasio keuangan, yaitu Price Earning Ratio (PER), Earning Per Share (EPS), Book Value Per Share (BVPS), dan Price to Book Value (PBV). Temuan riset menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan ini mengelompokkan saham ke dalam tiga kategori risiko: Centroid 1 (risiko rendah) memiliki 12 saham, Centroid 2 (risiko sedang) terdiri dari 223 saham, dan Centroid 3 (risiko tinggi) mencakup 3 saham. Perbandingan dengan RapidMiner menampilkan variasi jumlah saham di setiap kategori, dengan hasil pengelompokan yang berbeda. Studi ini menemukan bahwa teknik K-Means Clustering dapat memfasilitasi investor dalam memahami profil risiko saham secara lebih mendalam, yang pada gilirannya mendukung keputusan investasi yang lebih bijaksana dan mengurangi kemungkinan kerugian.

Abstract

Revolusi industri 4.0 merupakan era disrupsi dimana terjadi transformasi cara kerja konvensional menjadi modern dengan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Salah satu teknologi informasi yang banyak digunakan adalah media sosial. Media sosial yang populer dikalangan para kalangan masyarakat adalah facebook. Facebook menawarkan sejumlah fasilitas, selain untuk jejaring pertemanan, sarana komunikasi, hiburan, dan berbagi informasi, facebook dapat digunakan untuk bisnis. Namun disisi lain ada isu keamanan, facebook dan media sosial lainnya, dapat menjadi platform kejahatan berinternet dengan memanfaatkan data pribadi yang ada pada pemilik perangkat atau media sosial. Penyalahgunaan data pribadi terjadi karena kurangnya pemahaman tentang data pribadi dan pengamanan data pribadi. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan untuk memberikan wawasan tentang pentingnya pengamanan data pribadi kepada para santri di Ponpes Nurul Iman Muaro Sebapo. Metode yang disampaikan dalam sosialiasi ini melalui pemaparan materi, diskusi dan tanya jawab serta evaluasi dilakukan dengan cara pre test dan post test. Dari hasil post test yang diperoleh didapat bahwa pemahaman para santri mampu mengetahui apa itu data pribadi, bagaimana mengecek kebocoran data pribadi dan bagaimana cara mengatasinya dengan baik.

Abstract

Information System Strategic Planning (ISSP) is a crucial step for companies to enhance operational efficiency, support business goal achievement, and create a competitive advantage. PT Scafol Technology Indonesia, a company engaged in construction technology, faces challenges in integrating information systems and information technology (IS/IT) to improve business process effectiveness and service quality. Currently, the company still relies on manual processes in several operational aspects, leading to inefficiencies and potential errors in data management and decision-making. Therefore, this study aims to develop a strategic information system plan using the Ward & Peppard method to address the company’s challenges. The results of this study produce an IS/IT strategy blueprint that PT Scafol Technology Indonesia can utilize to optimize business processes and enhance the effectiveness of technology-based construction project management. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the acceptance of iJambiKota application services by integrating the Task Technology Fit (TTF) model and the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). The main focus of this research is to identify the extent of user acceptance of the iJambiKota application and what factors influence user decisions in adopting these applications. The TTF-UTAUT model combines eight variables, namely task characteristics, technology characteristics, task-technology fit, performance expectations, effort expectations, social influence, facilitating conditions, and user acceptance. As part of the methodology, questionnaires were distributed to 341 respondents, and the collected data were analyzed using the PLS-SEM method with the help of the SmartPLS tool. The analysis results show that the TTF-UTAUT model can explain 81.2% of the acceptance of iJambiKota application services. Factors that have a significant effect on acceptance include task and technology compatibility, performance expectations, effort expectations, social influence, and facilitating conditions. To encourage increased use of the iJambiKota application, it is recommended that there be more intensive socialization activities, innovation, and simulation of application features.

Abstract

Faculty performance assessment is a crucial factor in maintaining and improving academic quality in higher education institutions, including Universitas Muhammadiyah Jambi. However, the current evaluation methods are still subjective and manual, making them susceptible to bias and inefficiency. Therefore, this study aims to design and implement a Decision Support System for faculty performance evaluation using the TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method. This method allows faculty ranking based on predefined criteria, such as teaching, research, community service, and other supporting elements. The system is designed to make the evaluation process more objective, transparent, and efficient. Implementation results indicate that the developed system can reduce subjectivity in assessments, enhance decision-making accuracy, and accelerate the faculty performance evaluation process. Thus, this system is expected to be an innovative solution for Universitas Muhammadiyah Jambi in improving academic quality and supporting faculty professional development. Abstract

Cyberattacks in the Internet of Vehicles (IoV) threaten road safety and data integrity, requiring intrusion detection systems (IDS) that capture temporal patterns in vehicular traffic. This study develops a Recurrent Neural Network (RNN)-based IDS and evaluates three feature-selection strategies—Information Gain (IG), Principal Component Analysis (PCA), and Random Forest (RF)—on the CICIoV2024 dataset. Features are normalized using Min–Max scaling before being fed into the RNN classifier. The models achieve perfect classification on held-out tests (accuracy/precision/recall/F1 = 1.00). However, probabilistic evaluation reveals low ROC–AUC scores (IG: 0.572, PCA: 0.429, RF: 0.415), indicating limited discriminative margins and potential overfitting or calibration issues despite flawless confusion matrices. PCA and RF further reduce computational overhead during inference compared to IG. These findings highlight that relying solely on accuracy can be misleading for IDS evaluation; temporal RNNs should be complemented with probability-aware training, calibration, or hybrid architectures. This work contributes a temporal-aware IDS framework for IoV and motivates future research on real-time deployment, hybrid RNN-CNN/LSTM models, and adversarial robustness to improve generalization and safety of connected vehicles
