Abstract

This study aims to analyze the acceptance of iJambiKota application services by integrating the Task Technology Fit (TTF) model and the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). The main focus of this research is to identify the extent of user acceptance of the iJambiKota application and what factors influence user decisions in adopting these applications. The TTF-UTAUT model combines eight variables, namely task characteristics, technology characteristics, task-technology fit, performance expectations, effort expectations, social influence, facilitating conditions, and user acceptance. As part of the methodology, questionnaires were distributed to 341 respondents, and the collected data were analyzed using the PLS-SEM method with the help of the SmartPLS tool. The analysis results show that the TTF-UTAUT model can explain 81.2% of the acceptance of iJambiKota application services. Factors that have a significant effect on acceptance include task and technology compatibility, performance expectations, effort expectations, social influence, and facilitating conditions. To encourage increased use of the iJambiKota application, it is recommended that there be more intensive socialization activities, innovation, and simulation of application features.

Abstract

Faculty performance assessment is a crucial factor in maintaining and improving academic quality in higher education institutions, including Universitas Muhammadiyah Jambi. However, the current evaluation methods are still subjective and manual, making them susceptible to bias and inefficiency. Therefore, this study aims to design and implement a Decision Support System for faculty performance evaluation using the TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method. This method allows faculty ranking based on predefined criteria, such as teaching, research, community service, and other supporting elements. The system is designed to make the evaluation process more objective, transparent, and efficient. Implementation results indicate that the developed system can reduce subjectivity in assessments, enhance decision-making accuracy, and accelerate the faculty performance evaluation process. Thus, this system is expected to be an innovative solution for Universitas Muhammadiyah Jambi in improving academic quality and supporting faculty professional development. Abstract

Cyberattacks in the Internet of Vehicles (IoV) threaten road safety and data integrity, requiring intrusion detection systems (IDS) that capture temporal patterns in vehicular traffic. This study develops a Recurrent Neural Network (RNN)-based IDS and evaluates three feature-selection strategies—Information Gain (IG), Principal Component Analysis (PCA), and Random Forest (RF)—on the CICIoV2024 dataset. Features are normalized using Min–Max scaling before being fed into the RNN classifier. The models achieve perfect classification on held-out tests (accuracy/precision/recall/F1 = 1.00). However, probabilistic evaluation reveals low ROC–AUC scores (IG: 0.572, PCA: 0.429, RF: 0.415), indicating limited discriminative margins and potential overfitting or calibration issues despite flawless confusion matrices. PCA and RF further reduce computational overhead during inference compared to IG. These findings highlight that relying solely on accuracy can be misleading for IDS evaluation; temporal RNNs should be complemented with probability-aware training, calibration, or hybrid architectures. This work contributes a temporal-aware IDS framework for IoV and motivates future research on real-time deployment, hybrid RNN-CNN/LSTM models, and adversarial robustness to improve generalization and safety of connected vehicles

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengklasifikasikan kelayakan penerima beasiswa di Kecamatan Tabir dengan menggunakan algoritma Naïve Bayes yang dioptimasi melalui K-Means Clustering. Dataset berjumlah 4.155 siswa diproses melalui tahap pra-pemrosesan, mencakup seleksi atribut relevan, pembersihan data, serta transformasi kategori ke bentuk numerik. Proses clustering dilakukan dengan K-Means pada K = 2, 3, dan 5, lalu dievaluasi menggunakan Davies-Bouldin Index (DBI). Hasil terbaik diperoleh pada K = 2 dengan nilai DBI = 0,909, yang selanjutnya digunakan untuk mengelompokkan data menjadi dua klaster, yaitu “Layak” dan “Tidak Layak”. Klaster yang dihasilkan kemudian digunakan untuk mengoptimasi atribut pada tahap klasifikasi menggunakan algoritma Naïve Bayes.. Evaluasi performa menggunakan confusion matrix dengan skema split data 70:30, 80:20, dan 10-fold cross validation. Hasil menunjukkan akurasi masing-masing 96,15%, 96,75%, dan 97,91%; precision 99,90%, 99,85%, dan 99,97%; recall 95,39%, 96,18%, dan 97,47%; serta F1-score 97,60%, 97,97%, dan 98,71%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, metode 10-fold cross validation memberikan performa terbaik karena mampu menjaga keseimbangan antara akurasi, precision, recall, dan F1-score. Dengan demikian, integrasi antara K-Means Clustering dan Naïve Bayes terbukti efektif dalam mengoptimasi atribut, serta menghasilkan sistem klasifikasi yang akurat, konsisten, dan andal untuk mendukung keputusan seleksi penerima beasiswa.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) merupakan teknologi yang dirancang untuk memungkinkan sistem komputer berpikir, belajar, dan bertindak layaknya manusia. Dalam konteks pendidikan tinggi, AI telah membawa perubahan yang signifikan, terutama dalam penyelesaian tugas akhir mahasiswa. Khususnya, chatbot AI yang banyak dimanfaatkan untuk menjawab pertanyaan terkait metodologi penelitian, analisis data, melakukan otomatisasi analisis statistik, visualisasi data, dan interpretasi hasil penelitian, sehingga membantu mempercepat penyusunan tugas akhir dengan tingkat akurasi lebih tinggi. Dengan demikian, chatbot AI tidak hanya meningkatkan produktivitas, tetapi juga memfasilitasi penelitian yang lebih terstruktur, memperkaya wawasan akademik, serta membantu mahasiswa menghasilkan karya ilmiah berkualitas dengan pendekatan sistematis berbasis data. Meskipun teknologi chatbot AI menawarkan berbagai kemudahan, namun tingkat adopsi teknologi ini di kalangan mahasiswa masih dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, seperti persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, manfaat yang dirasakan, serta faktor sosial dan pribadi lainnya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini berfokus untuk menganalisis dan membandingkan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi adopsi teknologi chatbot AI dengan menggunakan 2 model teoritis, yaitu model TAM dan UTAUT. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa UNAMA Jambi dan POLTEKKES KEMENKES Jambi yang sedang atau telah mengerjakan tugas akhir. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua model memiliki validitas dan reliabilitas yang baik dalam menjelaskan adopsi teknologi chatbot AI oleh mahasiswa untuk penyelesaian tugas akhir. Model UTAUT menunjukkan nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) yang lebih tinggi dalam menjelaskan niat penggunaan (Behavioral Intention to Use), sedangkan model TAM menunjukkan struktur hubungan antar variabel yang lebih stabil dan signifikan secara statistik. Seluruh jalur pada model TAM terbukti signifikan, sementara pada model UTAUT terdapat satu jalur yang tidak signifikan, yaitu pengaruh Social Influence terhadap Behavioral Intention to Use. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa keputusan mahasiswa untuk menggunakan chatbot AI lebih dipengaruhi oleh faktor persepsi pribadi daripada pengaruh sosial. Dengan demikian, meskipun model UTAUT secara teoritis lebih komprehensif, namun model TAM terbukti lebih stabil dan efektif dalam konteks penelitian ini.

Abstract

Decision Support System is part of an information system designed to assist the decision-making process in complex and unstructured conditions. DSS can be used in the process of selecting the best teachers, one of which is at SMP PGRI 4 Kota Jambi. The main problem is that the assessment process is still carried out manually, causing delays in processing scores and potentially leading to information leaks. To overcome this, a web-based DSS for selecting the best teachers was developed, implementing the TOPSIS and Weighted Product (WP) methods to determine the best teachers. Based on the calculation results, the TOPSIS method showed superior performance compared to WP in terms of sensitivity, which was 5.917% for TOPSIS and 5.085% for WP. However, in terms of ranking stability, the WP method is considered more consistent, where the test results show that Yuhelmi, S.Pd (A2) was predominantly selected as the best teacher at every stage of testing. Thus, the selection of the method can be adjusted to the reference used: TOPSIS excels in sensitivity of results, while WP is more stable in ranking. In addition, this system has been proven to accelerate the evaluation process and improve the efficiency of selecting the best teachers

Abstract

Dinamika Bangsa University E-payment website is an information system developed by UNAMA's IT Division in 2020 and is used to confirm online tuition payment transactions. the results of observations and interviews conducted with several students indicate that the Dinamika Bangsa University e-Payment website still has several problems in its use, namely the information on the web is incomplete, for example there is no information about the rules for writing NIMs andThe name on the payment receipt paid via ATM and e-banking.This study aims to determine the satisfaction level of the UNAMA E-payment website and to determine the effect of the relationship between research variables using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) web e-Payment methods at Dinamika Bangsa University. This study uses path analysis as a data analysis technique with the help of SPSS software version 26. based on the analysis of the data that has been described, it can be see that of the 7 research variables which contain 6 research hypotheses, the variables content, accuracy, ease of use, and timeliness are stated to have a positive and significant effect on the attitude toward using variable. Besides that, the attitude toward using variable also has a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction variable. The rejected hypothesis is the relationship between the format variable and the attitude toward using variable.

Abstract

Based on observation to total visitor of website SMKN 2 Kota Jambi from June – September 2022 obtained result that total visitor is decrease, which total visitor on September is 1.680 people. Therefore this research is needed to analyze and looking for magnitude influence website quality of SMKN 2 Kota Jambi to user satisfaction use Webqual 4.0 method and IBM SPSS Statistic 26 as application for analyze data statistic with total sample 345 respondents. Based on test that consists validity test, reliability test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and multiple linear regression analysis, that obtained research result is all indicator comply valid and reliable category and there is no multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. For multiple linear regression analysis through t-test and f-test that results is all independent variables (usability quality, information quality and interaction quality) positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously to dependent variable (user satisfaction) with interaction quality as variable that has highest influence to user satisfaction, then through determination coefficient analysis obtained the value of R Square is 59,3% that means independent variables influence to dependent variable is good.

Abstract

SMA Negeri 10 is a senior high school in Jambi City. The SMA Negeri 10 website is used as a means to provide information to students or the general public who want to find information about SMA Negeri 10 Jambi City. the purpose of this research is to determine the ratings of website users, to measure the quality level of the website and find out the variables that influence user satisfaction on the website of SMA Negeri 10. the research method used is webqual using 4 variables namely usability quality, information quality, interaction quality and user satisfaction. data was taken by distributing offline questionnaires to student respondents in class X and XI and distributing online questionnaires (google form) to alumni class of 2023 with a total of 270 respondents to users of the SMA Negeri 10 Website, Jambi City. Data processing in this study used IBM SPSS statistics ver 25.0 software.The results of this study indicate that there are 2 variables that have a significant effect on the user satisfaction variable, namely the usability quality variable which also has the greatest influential value and interaction quality, while the other variable, namely information quality, does notsignificant effect on user satisfaction.

Abstract

The problem with the Xaverius 1 City High School website in Jambi is that there are several shortcomings, namely information that is not updated, the web often experiences bugs or errors when accessing available features, loading takes too long, the web appearance is too old-fashioned and does not have clear instructions. The purpose of this study was to analyze the service quality of the Xaverius 1 High School website in Jambi City by applying the webqual 4.0 method and to determine the effect of research variables on website user satisfaction. research that has been carried out using the webqual 4.0 method where there are 3 independent variables (quality of use, quality of information, quality of interaction) and one dependent variable (user satisfaction) and in this study adopted one additional variable from the EUCS method, namely content. This study is a multiple linear regression which produces two hypotheses accepted while 3 hypotheses are rejected. The rejected hypotheses include H1 (quality of use), H2 (quality of information) and H3 (quality of interaction) on user satisfaction, while the accepted hypothesis is H4 (content) there is a relationship with user satisfaction, and H5 regarding all variables influencing user satisfaction. In this study, the researchers suggested to SMA Xaverius 1 Jambi City to improve the website in terms of usability quality, information quality and interaction quality on the website. Which can be seen in the research results of the three qualities have no effect on user satisfaction.
