Abstract

This research aims to determine the factors that influence the implementation of Good Governance in the Bima City regional government. This research uses a quantitative approach method by distributing questionnaires. The population in this research is all 34 SKPDs in Bima City. The sampling technique used is Judgment Sampling (selection of samples based on considerations) in determining the sample, a non-random type of sample selection where the information obtained is generally adjusted to the research objectives or problems. In this research, the samples taken were all elements of the leadership of each Bima City SKPD, with considerations directly related to policy formulation and regional financial management. So, the sample in this study was 102 respondents. The data analysis tool uses Smart PLS. This research provides information that the Application of Information Technology, Quality of Human Resources, and Internal Control Systems influence the Implementation of Good Governance in the Bima City government. Likewise, implementing good governance affects the quality of financial reports in the Bima City government.

Abstract

Basically, there will definitely be pros and cons to the use of online transportation between Grab users. It is not surprising that currently the use of online transportation, commonly called grab, is in great demand by peoPle in Bima City, NTB, considering that currently Covid-19 is really troubling the psychology of the community. Covid-19 changes people's buying behavior because information is increasingly clear that the impact of Covid-19 shows a high mortality rate. So that people are limited by space and fear of interacting directly with sellers or consumers. The study population was users of online transportation with the use of sampling techniques, namely purposive sampling, quantitative approach, followed by in-depth interviews through interviews with 7 informants. The data analysis technique used the mix method, namely to measure the accuracy of the data statistically by using one sample test, while qualitatively by describing the results of the interview. The results of the study explain that the use of online transportation (GRAB) has a significant positive effect. Public perception is proven that it can influence people's views of online transportation. Because Grab provides services to the community, from performance to attributes it can affect public perceptions. The public perception of online transportation is good or bad, depending on the performance of the Grab drive it self.

Abstract

Competition between universities is getting tighter, both at national and international levels, covering academic aspects, reputation, innovation, and funding. To stay relevant in the digital era, universities must adapt and improve quality, utilizing social media as a means of communication and personal branding. In addition, through community service, institutions can apply science, technology, and art to provide real benefits. Community service uses a participatory method that involves the role of the STIE Bima academic community. in collaboration with the Bima City Hospital and the Bima Regency BNN with stages of preparation, implementation and evaluation. STIE Fest emphasizes the personal branding of universities in community service as an effort to build image and reputation through social contribution. This can be achieved by demonstrating academic expertise, creating useful innovations, and playing an active role in community empowerment. This approach increases public trust and attracts the interest of prospective students, industry partners, and government support, while reflecting a commitment to social development and sustainability.

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to explore the extent to which the role of digital technology can increase financial literacy among students. The problems in the study are the low financial literacy of students and not optimal use of smartphones and the internet, digital technology as an effective solution in applying financial principles interactively easily accessible, not all students have the same access to financial technology and the lack of specific research that discusses the effectiveness of digital technology in increasing financial understanding among students.Design/Methodology/Approach: The population in this study was all students in semesters IV (Four) and VI (Six) of the Financial Management concentration study program at the Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Bima, with a total sample of 161 students, and the sampling used was purposive.Findings: The research results show that the use of digital technology plays an important role in increasing financial literacy among students. Digital financial applications, social media, and online education platforms are proven to be able to help students manage personal finances, understand basic financial concepts, and make wiser financial decisions. Apart from that, financial literacy in the digital era needs to continue to be improved through the integration of technology-based financial education in the curriculum and the provision of digital platforms that are trusted and easy for students to access. It is believed that this approach can create a younger generation that is more financially intelligent and ready to face future economic challenges.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of consumer trust and lifestyle on purchasing decisions for Glady 2 Glow products. Using a quantitative approach with surveys and questionnaires, data were collected from 65 consumers and analyzed via multiple linear regression. The results show that both consumer trust and lifestyle significantly and positively influence purchasing decisions, highlighting their combined role in shaping consumer behavior. These findings provide practical insights for enhancing marketing strategies through improved product quality, service, and alignment with target consumers’ lifestyles, while also contributing to marketing theory and future research.

Abstract

Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Bima is a private university in Bima City, West Nusa Tenggara which has a vision, namely to make the Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Bima (STIE) an educational institution that produces superior, professional and enthusiastic human resources.Entrepreneurship. This research is about higher education strategies for developing entrepreneurship, especially management study program students with a focus on the main problems discussed, namely (1) The concept of entrepreneurship, (2) Factors that cause entrepreneurial success and failure, (3)Digital Preneur of students and (4) Strategies to foster entrepreneurship among students. This research uses the methodliterature review.The research sample read various references quoted from various books, journals and other publications that were relevant to the research content. Data was collected using library research data collection techniquessearching keyword article to be inreview with secondary data sources from google scholar and various published journal links according to the research referred to. The strategy of the College of Economics in developing entrepreneurship among students is through a) entrepreneurship supporting courses in the curriculum such as Introduction to Business, Entrepreneurship I, Entrepreneurship II,Digital Marketing, Cooperative & MSME Management, Creative Business Planning, Business Ethics and Event Management, (b) Establishing cooperation with domestic and foreign universities, provincial governments, city/district governments, banking, BUMN, and MSMEs as well as KKNT-MBKM ( c) Establishment of a Business Incubator and (d) Implementation of Entrepreneurial Fair Entrepreneurship Bazaar activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor psikologis terhadap keputusan pembelian produk (Studi Kasus Toko Eiger Cabang Bima)Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. untuk menguji dan menjelaskan pengaruh variabel independen dengan variabel dependen. Hasil analisis diperoleh t hitung sebesar 1.044 lebih kecil dari t tabel yaitu 2.012 atau 1.044 2.012. Sedangkan untuk nilai signifikansinya sebesar 0,302 0,05 yang berarti variabel faktor psikologis berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian produk (studi kasus toko eiger cabang bima). Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis Ha tidak diterima dan H0 diterima. berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan pada penelitian ini, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulannya bahwa Faktor Psikologis Berpengaruh Secara Signifikan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk (Studi Kasus Toko Eiger).

Abstract

The agricultural potential in East Rasanae District is also supported by plantation potential, one of which is palm trees. Palm sap produced is still sold in logs, so the shelf life is very low, resulting in damage and the product is wasted, resulting in low economic value. Based on observation visits and interviews with the Chair of KWT Mekar Sari, it was found that problems included a lack of quantity of chemical fertilizer and a lack of knowledge and skills of women farmers in processing and utilizing palm sap natural resources. Beginner Community Empowerment Program (PMP) which involves farmers, especially women farmers who are members of KWT Mekar Sari with a total of 30 members with an organic plant cultivation business that uses the home yard as business land and agricultural extension officers with support academic community as the initiator of agricultural transformation in Bima City by utilizing the potential of sap processing so that it is not wasted. The main objective of implementing Beginner Community Service with KWT Mekar Sari Partners is to achieve one of the MBKM programs at IKU2, IKU3, IKU5 & as a vehicle for mentoring women farmers. Activities using cooperative methods targeting women-KWT Mekar Sari. The results of the activity provide the benefit of increasing the knowledge and skills of partner members in processing palm sap mole & carrying out simple bookkeeping records, increasing the ability and knowledge of partner members in managing MSME businesses so that they have a good management system, realizing organizational management functions that can carry out duties and responsibilities effectively. clearly focused on partner members and increasing partners' knowledge & abilities in packaging and digital marketing via FB, WA and IG so as to increase competitiveness and expand the market and increase partner turnover.

Abstract

Abstrak - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Citra perusahaan dan Kualitas pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan pelanggan Pengguna PT Jne Cabang Pane Kota Bima. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan bentuk pernyataan tertulis melalui kuesioner sebanyak 50 responden sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitias, uji multikolenearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas dan uji autokorelasi), analisis regresi berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis (uji t dan uji F) melalui aplikasi perangkat lunak Statistical Product and Service Solution Ver.25 (SPSS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Citra perusaan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan serta Citra Perusaaan  dan Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan.   Kata kunci: Citra Perusahaan, Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Pelanggan , JNE, Kota Bima   Abstract - This study aims to determine the effect of Corporate Image and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction of PT Jne Pane Branch Users, Bima City. The research method used in this study is a survey method in the form of written statements through a questionnaire of 50 respondents as a sample in this study. Data analysis using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests and autocorrelation tests), multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients and hypothesis tests (t-tests and F-tests) through the Statistical Product and Service Solution Ver.25 (SPSS) software application. The results showed that Corporate Image had a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Service Quality had a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction and Corporate Image and Service Quality had a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction.   Keywords : Corporate Image, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, JNE, Bima City

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of capital structure, proxied by the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), on profitability as measured by the Net Profit Margin (NPM) at PT Gudang Garam Tbk during the 2014–2023 period. Capital structure is one of the fundamental aspects of corporate financial management because it is directly related to funding sources, financial risk, and the cost burden borne by the company. The use of an unoptimal composition of debt and equity may lead to a decline in net profit. The data used in this study are secondary data in the form of annual financial statements obtained from the official websites of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and PT Gudang Garam Tbk. The analytical method applied is simple linear regression, using SPSS version 26, which aims to determine the partial effect of DER on NPM. The results indicate that capital structure has a positive and significant effect on Net Profit Margin. These findings suggest that appropriate management of capital structure, through a balance between debt and equity usage, can improve operational efficiency and enhance corporate profitability. Therefore, the management of PT Gudang Garam Tbk is advised to continuously evaluate its capital structure proportions to maintain financial stability and improve sustainable net profit performance.
