Abstract

This study aims to examine the legal protection of creditors in fiduciary guarantee credit agreements. The method used is normative research. The results show that the provision of legal protection for creditors in the case of unregistered fiduciary credit guarantee agreements begins from the signing of the notarized fiduciary guarantee deed and is then confirmed through registration. Registration of fiduciary guarantees must uphold the principle of publicity and ensure legal certainty for creditors in recovering their debts. The details of the law on unregistered fiduciary guarantee deeds against the validity of the guarantee agreement are the invalidity of ownership of the promised goods. This is caused by notarial deeds that are not consistently documented at the fiduciary registration office or only rely on personal deeds, thus harming the executor of the deed and causing creditors to lose priority rights.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of management coaching applied by principals at SDN Simpang 1 in Sindangbarang District and SDN Bojongkoneng in Naringgul District, Cianjur Regency. A qualitative approach with a case study esign was used to gain an in-depth understanding of the implementation of principal management training and its impact on teacher performance. The results of the study showed a good increase in teacher competence, especially in pedagogical, social, professional, and personal aspects, after participating in the coaching program. Data from observations and interviews revealed an increase in self-confidence, communication skills, learning management, and better mastery of subject matter. This study shows that coaching applied with a systematic and structured approach is able to create a positive school climate, increase collaboration between teachers, and ultimately contribute to improving joint learning. The uniqueness of this study lies in the application of coaching based on managerial principles in addition to focusing on improving individual competence but also on changing the overall school climate. These findings provide recommendations for strengthening principal coaching skills, providing sufficient time and resources, and creating good school habits in the development ofsustainable teacher potential.

Abstract

Teachers’ ability to design engaging and interactive teaching materials is a critical factor in the success of early childhood education. However, many kindergarten teachers still face challenges in developing instructional resources that match children's developmental characteristics. This issue was also identified at TK Mandala, Sindangbarang District, Cianjur Regency, where most teachers lacked adequate skills in creating innovative and creative teaching materials. This community service program aimed to improve kindergarten teachers’ competence through intensive training and mentoring. The implementation involved administrative preparation, content planning, training sessions, hands-on practice, and evaluation. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation of teaching materials created by participants. The results demonstrated significant improvements in teachers’ knowledge, technical skills, and attitudes toward material development. Teachers successfully produced interactive media such as flashcards, thematic posters, flannel boards, and simple digital content. The program also enhanced teachers' motivation, peer collaboration, and willingness to innovate. In conclusion, this community service activity contributed to strengthening the quality of early childhood learning and provided a sustainable impact on teacher professionalism and classroom practice.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji secara kritis strategi eksklusi dan inklusi yang digunakan oleh media daring detikNews dalam representasi isu sosial pengusiran warga oleh massa. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis wacana kritis Theo van Leeuwen, penelitian ini membongkar bagaimana detikNews mengkonstruksi realitas sosial melalui pilihan linguistik dan representasi aktor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa detikNews menggunakan beragam strategi eksklusi, termasuk pasivasi dan nominalisasi, untuk membentuk narasi yang memperkuat kelompok tertentu. Di sisi lain, strategi inklusi seperti diferensiasi-indiferensiasi, objektivita-abstraksi, nominasi-kategorisasi, nominasi-identifikasi, determinasi-indeterminasi, asimilasi-individualisasi dan asosiasi-disosiasi digunakan untuk meminggirkan atau mendiskreditkan pihak lain. Temuan ini mengungkapkan bagaimana media massa, dalam hal ini detikNews, memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk opini publik dan memperkuat polarisasi sosial melalui praktik representasi mereka.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas media storytelling berbasis cerita rakyat "Situ Bagendit" dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara siswa kelas 2 Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Bl. Limbangan. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen, penelitian ini mengikuti model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) dalam pengembangan media. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan skor rata-rata kemampuan berbicara siswa dari 65 menjadi 82 setelah intervensi, dengan selisih 17 poin yang signifikan (p < 0.05). Observasi menunjukkan bahwa 90% siswa berpartisipasi aktif, dan kuesioner mengindikasikan bahwa 95% siswa menikmati pembelajaran, sementara 85% merasa lebih percaya diri dalam berbicara. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa penggunaan media storytelling efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara siswa dan memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pengembangan metode pembelajaran inovatif di pendidikan dasar.
