Pengelolaan sampah yang efektif dan berkelanjutan menjadi perhatian utama dalam upaya menjaga kebersihan lingkungan dan kesehatan masyarakat. Artikel ini membahas pentingnya pendekatan berbasis masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah guna mencapai lingkungan yang bersih dan sehat. Fokus utama adalah pada peran serta masyarakat dalam mengelola sampah secara bertanggung jawab dan berkelanjutan. Artikel pengabdian ini menguraikan berbagai strategi pengelolaan sampah berbasis masyarakat yang meliputi kesadaran akan pentingnya pemilahan sampah, edukasi masyarakat tentang pengurangan sampah, pemanfaatan teknologi tepat guna dalam pengelolaan sampah, serta peran aktif pemerintah dan lembaga terkait dalam menciptakan kebijakan yang mendukung. Selain itu, penekanan diberikan pada upaya kemitraan antara pemerintah, lembaga swadaya masyarakat, sektor swasta, dan masyarakat umum dalam mengembangkan program-program pengelolaan sampah yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan. Implementasi praktik-praktik ramah lingkungan, seperti daur ulang dan pengurangan limbah plastik, juga menjadi bagian integral dari pendekatan ini. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan berbasis masyarakat, diharapkan bahwa kesadaran akan pentingnya pengelolaan sampah dapat meningkat secara signifikan di kalangan masyarakat. Hal ini diharapkan dapat mengubah pola pikir dan perilaku masyarakat dalam menghasilkan, memilah, dan mengelola sampah, sehingga menciptakan lingkungan yang bersih, sehat, dan berkelanjutan bagi generasi masa depan.

The joint business of coconut fiber broom made by Namira and Bina Taruna is a business that has been run by the partner in Telaga Waru Village, Pringgabaya District, East Lombok regency. The effort has been carried out for generations by local villagers. The focus of this activity is on how to oversee the whole business management process, and to administer, document the results of coconut fiber production through marketing media in order to output or the end result (such as increased production and wider market network) to be obtained more optimally and effectively. This Community Partnership Program activity aims to improve the quality of coconut fiber broom products located in Telaga Waru Village, Pringgabaya District, East Lombok regency. Methods of implementation of the PKM offered by the proposing team to the partners of Namira and Bina Taruna include coordination of partner group existence, preparation of schedule of activities, assistance of skill development of partner business group, marketing through assistance, organizing scheduled open house products and facilitating coverage in the print media. The results of this dedication have been felt by the whole community of Telaga Waru village and its surroundings after the participants follow the socialization process and the science is given through direct practice and interactive dialogue process so that from the training result, there will be improvement of understanding before and after training.

Pandemi covid-19 mengharuskan setiap pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran dilakukan secara online, sehingga setiap komponen pendidikan dituntut untuk memiliki litersi belajar online yang baik. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan tentang literasi pembelajaran online kepada masyarakat secara umum, serta mendampingi masyarakat dengan intensif dan berkelanjutan bagaimana menggunakan media belajar dengan bijak agar belajar lebih efektif dan bermanfaat. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah tahap observasi, tahap penyusunan program, tahap sosialisasi dan tahap evaluasi. Dalam kegiatan ini diperoleh output atau luaran yakni sebagian besar peserta yang mengikuti pelatihan ini sangat komunikatif serta memberikan gambaran kepada tim pengabdi bahwa semangat peserta dalam mengikuti pengabdian sangat tinggi. Hal ini terbukti dengan aktifnya mitra pengabdian (komunitas pemuda) dalam membantu tim pengabdi dalam membimbing masyarakat melakukan literasi pembelajaran dengan tatap muka dan membimbing langsung pembelajar tersbeut melalui media yang telah disediakan (LCD proyektor).

This study aimed at finding the values of local wisdom as well as strategies for transformation and internalization of these values in the curriculum for students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah. This was qualitative research, and the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out using in-depth interview techniques, documentation, and strengthened by focus group discussions (consisting of 5 experts). The validity of the data was confirmed by the triangulation technique. The data were analyzed using inductive techniques to reveal the implicit/explicit meaning of the information in the field. The results of the study indicated that the value of learning needed to be adjusted to the character of the community. Characteristics of the Acehnese people who have a strong, reactive, and exocentric character, are more effective in learning through the use of symbols of local values. One of these local values is peumalèe. Peumalèe can be explicitly implemented in the curriculum and implicitly embedded in the school curriculum. The value of peumalèe not only has a strong foundation in student learning because it is related to their daily beliefs and worship but also has social and religious sanctions for those who violate it.

The granting of regional autonomy to the broadest means the granting of authority and power (discretion) to the regions to manage and utilize regional resources optimally. In order to avoid irregularities and deviations, the granting of authority and broad powers must be followed by strong supervision. In this study, the authors used qualitative research methods. Qualitative research is research that is used to examine the condition of natural objects, as opposed to experiments, where the researcher is a key instrument, data collection techniques are carried out by triangulation (combined), descriptive data analysis and qualitative research results emphasize the meaning rather than generalization. In the research, researchers focus on the field of development in infrastructure development programs. Based on the results of research conducted by the author on the effectiveness of the use of village funds in the implementation of programs in the field of village development in Suralaga district, East Lombok regency in 2018, it can be measured using a target approach by looking at the outputs of activities, namely the realization of programs and the benefits of the programs classified as very effective.

Bureaucracy in Indonesia is currently a very important issue in the era of downsizing and implementing a sound bureaucratic reform system. The purpose of writing this article is to provide constructive ideas and suggestions and build objective thinking. The method used in this writing or research is through the SWOT analysis method. The findings that we get in writing this paper or article are an effort that has been made by the government in an effort to simplify and improve the bureaucratic system in Indonesia through an analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of public services, as well as turning these strengths and weaknesses into opportunities and minimizing threats. The value of this study shows that the recruitment of civil servants by the government has a significant impact on improving the quality of services that have been produced through a long-term process to produce future leaders who are accountable, transparent, and able to demonstrate the art of leading from an early age and become a communication bridge between the government and the community.

This study aims to analyze the influence of social media, endorsements, and discounts on the consumer behavior of Islamic boarding school students, as well as to examine the role of religious values and digital literacy as controlling factors in the context of digital consumption. This study uses a quantitative approach with the Partial Least Square–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method through the SmartPLS application. Data were obtained from 102 student respondents in several Islamic boarding schools selected by purposive sampling technique, using a five-point Likert scale questionnaire as the main instrument. The results show that social media has a significant effect on the effectiveness of endorsements and student consumer behavior, while endorsements and discounts are proven to have a positive effect on consumer behavior. In addition, consumer behavior has a moderate effect on interest in discounts, indicating that price promotions are the main drivers of impulsive purchasing decisions. Religious values and digital literacy were found to act as internal controlling factors that reduce the negative influence of social media on consumer behavior. The R² value of 0.487 indicates that this research model has a fairly good predictive ability in explaining student consumer behavior. The conclusion of this study confirms that the consumer behavior of Islamic boarding school students is formed through the interaction between exposure to social media, digital marketing strategies, and the level of internalization of religious values and digital literacy.
