Abstract

Pada era modern seperti sekarang ini, ummat Islam hidup di zaman yang penuh dengan tantangan sekaligus peluang. Mereka ditantang agar memiliki bekal pengetahuan, keterampilan dan pengalaman yang unggul sehingga mampu bersaing dan merebut berbagai peluang yang ada di hadapannya. Untuk mengetahui lebih jauh, penulis tertarik untuk menguraikan tentang hubungan Islam dengan masalah pendidikan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dengan menggunakan library research. Dalam penelitian ini sangat dimungkinkan bagi peneliti untuk mengumpulkan informasi yang detail dan kaya yang mencakup suatu kasus. Berdasarkan kajian ditemukan bahwa Islam sangat memperhatikan tentang masalah pendidikan karena ajaran Islam merupakan pendidikan yang paripurna bagi para pemeluknya, dari tingkat dasar sampai dengan tingkatan yang tak terbatas yang mana semangat menuntut ilmu dalam Islam tidak mengenal usia dan tempat.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Praktik Kerja Lapangan Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Peserta didk Kelas XII di SMKN se-kota Sukabumi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas XII di SMK Negeri se-kota Sukabumi yaitu sebanyak 1934 orang, dengan melibatkan sampel sebanyak 321 orang menggunakan teknik simpel random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi, dan kuesioner. Hasil penyebaran kuesioner dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif, regresi linear sederhana dan uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Praktik Kerja Lapangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja peserta didik di SMK Negeri se-kota Sukabumi dengan perolehan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,870, dan nilai thitung < ttabel (15,279 > 1,968) dengan nilai Sig. 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

Ketiga komponen dalam dunia pendidikan yang meliputi tenaga pendidik, peserta didik dan tujuan pendidikan menjadi hal yang sangat erat kaitannya antara satu dengan yang lainnya. Kualitas pendidikan akan semakin meningkat ketika tenaga pendidik sangat menjaga kode etik selama berada di ruang lingkup Lembaga Pendidikan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan peran kode etik pendidik dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan cara memberikan gambaran tentang bagaimana kualitas dari proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh seorang tenaga pendidik yang menjunjung tinggi kode etik. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa peran kode etik tenaga pendidik dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan yaitu menjadi pedoman prilaku profesional, membangun hubungan yang etis dan harmonis, mendorong profesionalisme dan tanggung jawab, perlindungan terhadap hak dan martabat siswa, menumbuhkan iklim sekolah yang positif dan meningkatkan citra dan kepercayaan publik. Berdasarkan penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kode etik guru sangat penting dilaksanakan untuk menjadi fondasi moral dan profesional yang memperkuat komitmen pendidik terhadap mutu pendidikan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the implementation of human resource development (HRD) and its impact on job satisfaction at MA Unggulan Syamsul Ulum, Sukabumi. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach, involving in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis. The research location was chosen at MA Unggulan Syamsul Ulum because of its relevance to HR development and job satisfaction that has the potential to improve the performance of teaching and education personnel. The results showed that HR development conducted through training, collaboration between senior educators and new educators, as well as competency improvement programmes, contributed significantly to employee job satisfaction. In addition, this study found that high job satisfaction has a positive effect on the motivation and performance of teaching staff. Thus, planned and sustainable HR development is essential to create a productive and satisfying work environment in educational institutions.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the knowledge and skills of Productive Teachers in Vocational High Schools in creating varied digital learning resources, especially interactive learning videos. Seminars, training, and mentoring activities were carried out on November 16-30, 2024 at Tunas Unggul School. Through a series of stages including planning, implementing seminars, workshops and mentoring and evaluation, the results showed a significant increase in teachers' understanding and skills regarding interactive learning videos. Teachers are able to integrate technology into learning effectively, in order to support the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. This is based on the results of the pre-test and post-test, namely the average score at the time of the pre-test was 70.40 and at the time of the post-test it increased by 89.60. This means that there has been a change and increase in participants' understanding of interactive learning videos. Furthermore, the N Gain Score of 0.67 is in the moderate category with a percentage of 66.67% which shows that community service activities in the form of seminars, training and mentoring have been quite effective. Furthermore, the results of the satisfaction questionnaire also showed that 92% of participants stated that the activities were carried out very well. Therefore, the sustainability of this program needs to be pursued through additional mentoring and training. This activity emphasizes the importance of a needs-based approach, ongoing support, and effective collaboration to help teachers improve the skills they need in the learning process that leads to improving the quality of education.Keywords: Capcut Application, Productive Teachers of Vocational Shools, Learning Media, Interactive Learning Videos
