Abstract

The 2015 IRR data showed that hemodialysis service facilities in Indonesia were classified into two institutions, namely 92.1% hospital installations and 7.9% clinics. The cost burden incurred by BPJS for the treatment of kidney failure was the second largest sequence after heart disease. Costs incurred in 2014 amounted to 1.6 trillion rupiahs, increased to 2.7 trillion rupiahs in 2015 and decreased slightly in 2016 to 2.5 trillion rupiahs. Success in maintaining kidney health and restoring kidney function to CKD patients requires knowledge as a guide in implementing healthy living behavior for people who are still healthy kidney and undergoing dialysis therapy for CKD patients. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge of hemodialysis and treatment of carrying out hemodialysis at the Hospital Unit of Santa Elisabeth Medan in 2018. This type of survey research was explanatory. The research sample was 30 people, using a total sample with consecutive sampling technique. Methods of data analysis used univariate and bivariate with p value 0.001, meaning that there was a relationship between knowledge of hemodialysis and adherence to hemodialysis in the Hemodialysis Unit of the Hospital Elisabeth of Medan. Further analysis obtained OR value of 22,667 with 95% CI (3,140 -163,629), meaning that CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis who were obeyed 22,667 times were likely to have good knowledge about hemodialysis compared with CKD patients undergoing non-adherent hemodialysis. Students are expected to provide health education,

Abstract

Time management is a self-regulatory individual in using time as effectively and as possible which is influenced by several factors such as self regulation, motivation, and learning methods. The purpose of this research is to know the relationship of online learning methods with the management of duration of student study time during WFH due to pandemic Covid19 in North Sumatra province. This type of research is correlational design with Cross sectional research design. The population in the research of all students in North Sumatra province with a sample number of 96 people. Sampling techniques using accidental sampling. Data collection using a questionnaire sheet. Analyze data using Chi Square test. The results of the study gained an online learning method of both 82 people (85.4%), a time management study of both 70 people (72.9%). Chi Square test results obtained p-value = 0.006 (P< 0.05). This indicates there is an online learning method relationship with the management of duration of student study time during WFH due to pandemic Covid19 in North Sumatra province. It is hoped that students can perform better online learning in order to better improve their self-discipline in managing their time, especially in the duration of time management for good learning.

Abstract

Chronic renal failure (CKD) is a disorder of kidney function in regulating fluid and electrolyte balance and loss of power in metabolic processes. Hemodialysis is a medical procedure performed for chronic kidney failure. Hemodialysis can have an impact on the patient's psychology, one of which is anxiety which will affect physical, social and spiritual health. Several factors that cause anxiety in patients undergoing hemodialysis include age, gender, education level, patient experience undergoing treatment, length of therapy. The purpose of this study was to describe the level of anxiety based on the characteristics of patients with chronic kidney failure undergoing hemodialysis at H. Adam Malik Hospital Medan in 2021. This study was a descriptive study. consecutive sampling which amounted to 74 respondents according to the inclusion criteria. Data analysis used univariate analysis. The research instrument uses a questionnaireZung Self- Rating Anxiety Scale (ZSAS). The study showed that all chronic kidney failure patients undergoing hemodialysis were at a mild anxiety level of 75.7%, which was mostly experienced by the elderly group aged 46-65 years 69.6%, male 73.2%, secondary education 48,2%, undergoing hemodialysis >6 months 92.9%, private employee work 25.0%, and type of financing BPJS 100%. This study illustrates that the anxiety level of chronic kidney failure patients undergoing hemodialysis is influenced by characteristics such as age, gender, education, duration of hemodialysis, occupation and type of financing. It is recommended that hospitals provide services that can minimize the anxiety level of hemodialysis patients.

Abstract

Knowledge The right first treatment that mothers can do when their child has a febrile seizure is to stay calm and don't panic, try to lower the child's bodytemperature, position the child correctly, namely the child's head is tilted, placed in a flat place, away from objects or actions that can injure children.. Fever seizures are seizures that occur when the body temperature rises (rectal temperature above 38°C) caused by extracranial processes. Febrile seizures are seizures that occur when the body temperature rises (rectal temperature above 38°C) caused by extracranial processes. The prevalence of febrile seizures in children under 5 years of age occurs every year in America, nearly 1.5 million people. The incidence of febrile seizures varies in different countries. The annual incidence of febrile seizures is 2-4% in Western Europe and America, 5-10% in India and 8.8% in Japan. Simple febrile seizures are 80% of all febrile seizures. Emergency in toddlers with febrile seizures at the Rami Pematangsiantar Health Center in 2021. Descriptive research that results from the study obtained good knowledge of 10 people (22.2%) and at most 22 people (48.9%) and less than 13 people (28.9). %).
