Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang dilaksanakan oleh para dosen STIE Bina Karya Tebing Tinggi bersama dengan mahasiswa melalui kegiatan KKN (Kuliah Kerja Nyata) bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan ke para pelaku UMKM mengenai cara pemasaran produk berbasis digital, menyampaikan bagaimana membuat laporan keuangan agar segala transaksi usaha tercatat secara rapi dan efisien dan membantu melakukan pengemasan produk UMKM menjadi lebih menarik. Juga memberikan ide tentang pembuatan produk menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Kreativitas sangatlah diperlukan di era modern ini dimana berbagai bidang usaha berlomba-lomba untuk meraih keunggulan bersaing. Adanya kreativitas dapat menciptakan inovasi yang terkini yang sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyrakat ini dilaksanakan dengan melakukan pendampingan dan kegiatan sosialisasi pelatihan mengenai cara pengemasan produk serta membantu mengedukasi dalam memasarkan produk. Tindak lanjut dari kegiatan ini berupa pendampingan kepada pelaku UMKM agar dapat meningkatkan volume penjualannya.

Abstract

The target of the Real Working Group (KKN) activities entitled "Optimizing the Marketing Strategy for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) for Brown Sugar through Logo Creation and Promotion Based on Digital Marketing in Tambangan Subdistrict" is more targeted at the people of Tambangan Subdistrict, in order to increase MSMEs in the Subdistrict. Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Work Experience and Facilities on Employee Performance at the Dolok Merawan District Office with Work Motivation as an Intervening Variable. The analysis method used in this study is to use an instrument test, namely validity and reliability tests. Classic assumption tests, namely normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient analysis (R2), hypothesis tests, namely T tests and Path Analysis. The results of Smart PLS 3.0 in this study are that work experience affects work motivation, work facilities affect work motivation, work experience does not affect performance, work facilities affect performance, work motivation affects performance, Work Motivation can mediate the relationship between work experience does not affect employee performance, Work Motivation cannot mediate the relationship between work facilities and performance.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Pelanggiran Laut Tador Village, particularly brown sugar and chip producers, have great potential thanks to the availability of local raw materials. However, their competitiveness is hampered by classic problems: very simple product packaging and a marketing strategy limited to word-of-mouth. This community service activity, implemented through the Real Work Lecture (KKN) program, aims to increase the competitiveness of these MSMEs through two main interventions: packaging innovation (rebranding) and marketing digitalization. The implementation methods include socialization, training, and direct mentoring. The results of the activity show significant transformations in branding and marketing aspects. New, more modern, hygienic, and informative packaging has been successfully designed and produced, namely standing pouch packaging for "Keripik Bu Isam" and besek and jar packaging (liquid sugar) for the Brown Sugar MSME. In addition, digital marketing assets have been created in the form of location registration on Google Maps, social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram), WhatsApp Business, and an e-commerce store (Shopee). This program has successfully increased MSMEs' understanding of the importance of branding and opened broader market access through digital platforms.
