Abstract

ABSTRAK Kurangnya sosialisasi tentang dampak negatif NAPZA menjadi salah satu penyebab minimnya pengetahuan remaja tentang bahaya zat terlarang. Studi yang dilakukan oleh Marlatt dan Witkiewitz (2002) menunjukkan bahwa edukasi yang tepat di tingkat komunitas dapat membantu mencegah peningkatan penggunaan zat berbahaya pada remaja. Di Desa Kademangan, pemahaman tentang bahaya NAPZA masih rendah, dan sebagian besar remaja tidak memiliki keterampilan hidup untuk menghadapi tekanan lingkungan yang berisiko. Desa Kademangan memiliki angka penggunaan zat berbahaya (NAPZA) yang cukup tinggi, terutama di kalangan remaja yang berada pada fase rentan. Meningkatkan pengetahuan serta kesadaran remaja tentang dampak dan bahaya penyalahgunaan Napza. Metode pelaksanaan yang di gunakan yaitu pendekatan partisipatif dan edukatif. Hasil dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dari 40 remaja menunjukan bahwa rata-rata  remaja memiliki pengetahuan dan pemahaman dampak tentang penyalahgunaan Napza sebagian besar memiliki pengetahuan kurang sebanyak 15% dan sebanyak 18% remaja memiliki pemahaman kurang tentang dampak penyalahgunaan Napza, namun setelah diberikan edukasi pengetahuan dan pemahaman remaja meningkat menjadi 85% pengetahuan dan 80% pemahaman responden. Edukasi Preventif Penyalahgunaan Napza pada Remaja yang dilaksanakan di Desa Kademangan menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman remaja terkait bahaya penyalahgunaan Napza. Kata Kunci: NAPZA, Remaja, Pengetahuan  ABSTRACT Lack of socialization about the negative impacts of drugs is one of the causes of the lack of knowledge among teenagers about the dangers of illegal substances. A study conducted by Marlatt and Witkiewitz (2002) shows that appropriate education at the community level can help prevent an increase in the use of dangerous substances in adolescents. In Kademangan Village, understanding of the dangers of drugs is still low, and most teenagers do not have the life skills to face the pressures of a risky environment. Kademangan Village has a fairly high rate of use of dangerous substances (NAPZA), especially among teenagers who are in the vulnerable phase. Increase youth knowledge and awareness about the impacts and dangers of drug abuse. The implementation method used is a participatory and educational approach. The results of this community service from 40 teenagers show that on average teenagers have knowledge and understanding of the impact of drug abuse, most of them have less knowledge as much as 15% and as many as 18% of teenagers have less understanding about the impact of drug abuse, but after being given education Teenagers' knowledge and understanding increased to 85% knowledge and 80% understanding of respondents. Preventive education on drug abuse among teenagers carried out in Kademangan Village showed significant results in increasing teenagers' knowledge and understanding regarding the dangers of drug abuse. Keywords: NAPZA, Teenager, Knowledge

Abstract

The advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) has fundamentally transformed the way humans communicate. This study aims to explore the role of AI in interpersonal communication through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. By analyzing 44 relevant scholarly articles, this study identifies eight key themes: AI-mediated interpersonal communication, emotional impact, communication effectiveness and efficiency, access gaps and digital ethics, information validity, social trust, social representation and algorithmic bias, and projections of future communication. The findings indicate that AI can enhance communication efficiency and accessibility, yet poses risks of fostering pseudo-intimacy, reinforcing social bias, and diminishing the quality of interpersonal relationships if not ethically governed. The study underscores the importance of ethical-by-design principles, digital literacy, and regulatory frameworks that protect users from the misuse of AI-based communication systems. It advocates for an interdisciplinary and human-centered approach in the development of communication technologies to ensure that AI serves as a meaningful, inclusive, and responsible partner in human interaction. Accordingly, this research contributes conceptually to a deeper understanding of the future of communication situated at the intersection of technological advancement and human values

Abstract

The rise of social media has transformed the production and distribution of news, giving birth to participatory models of journalism often referred to as netizen journalism. This study investigates the role of the Instagram account @abouttng as a platform for local information dissemination and civic engagement in Tangerang, Indonesia. Using a qualitative content analysis approach, the research examines @abouttng’s use of visual media, interaction patterns, and thematic content—focusing on topics such as infrastructure, transportation, environmental concerns, and public safety. The findings reveal that @abouttng functions not only as an alternative news outlet but also as a participatory space where netizens act as content producers, commentators, and civic advocates. Visual storytelling enhances content credibility and reach, while active user engagement facilitates real-time discourse and collective problem-solving. The study highlights both the democratic potential and ethical challenges of decentralized information environments, including issues of misinformation, content moderation, and the absence of traditional editorial oversight. By expanding on the theoretical framework of participatory journalism, this research provides insight into how hyperlocal social media accounts contribute to grassroots communication ecosystems, community awareness, and digital civic engagement in the Global South.

Abstract

This research discusses the utilization of new media in branding the Penarungan Tourism Village, located in Mengwi District, Badung Regency, Bali. The study was motivated by the increasing use of social media and websites as digital marketing communication tools, particularly in the tourism sector. The objective is to explore how village managers utilize new media to shape the image and attractiveness of the destination. This qualitative research collects data through field observations, social media documentation, and website analysis. The findings reveal that the use of Instagram, Twitter, and the official website has helped strengthen branding and increased the interest of both local and international tourists. New media significantly impacts audience interaction and promotional effectiveness. However, challenges such as content consistency, quality, and sustainable digital management remain.

Abstract

New media is common in the digital era. New media is media that is connected to the internet, allowing it to be accessed by the wider community anywhere and anytime. Some of the new media familiar to mass media are social media and websites. The use of new media can be utilized if people want to know about certain brands, products or services. Through new media, users can actively participate openly and interactively to convey, receive, and discuss new ideas as a basis for making better business decisions. The use of new media can be applied in forming a Tourism Village brand. This research focuses on how to use new media to establish the brand of Pinge Tourism Village, Tabanan Regency, Bali. Data were collected from interviews with the management of the Pinge Tourism Village, analysis of social media and the Pinge Tourism Village website, and direct observation at the research location. The method used is a qualitative research approach that explores how the Pinge Tourism Village brand was formed through new media. The results show that Pinge Tourism Village utilizes social media using the main features of Facebook and is in accordance with the branding concept. They also use websites for branding.

Abstract

This research is motivated by an interesting phenomenon about communication patterns in a Pasarame Beachwalk Foodcourt. Especially to find out internal communication to build organizational culture at the Pasarame Beachwalk food court. Aims to describe and know Internal Communication in building organizational culture (Case study at Pasarame Beachwalk Foodcourt). The approach used by the author is a qualitative research method. Qualitative research methods use in-depth interviews, observation and documentation to participate in collecting data. Internal communication is divided into 2, namely vertical communication, namely communication patterns between superiors and subordinates and horizontal communication, namely communication between fellow staff and divisions or sections. The importance of communication in helping to facilitate work and to align the goals of the members, so that an organized organizational culture is formed in accordance with the vision and mission of the company. Organizational culture has several dimensions, namely Innovation and Risk Taking, Paying Attention to Details, Result Orientation, People Orientation, Team Orientation, Aggressiveness, Stability. Background and technical differences are the main obstacles that often occur. The results of the study show that maintained communication will help members to work more quickly and efficiently. And by maintaining both horizontal and vertical communication can minimize obstacles. From the dimensions of the existing organizational culture, Pasarame Beachwalk tends to have a result-oriented culture and pays close attention to details.

Abstract

Media sosial memiliki fungsi memberi informasi kepada masyarakat ingin mengetahui berbagai hal tertentu. Melalui media sosial para pengguna dapat berpartisipasi aktif interaktif secara terbuka untuk menyampaikan, menerima dan mendiskusikan ide-ide baru sebagai dasar pembuatan keputusan bisnis. Untuk memberitahukan kepada halayak tentang kesenian khas kota Cirebon, Sanggar seni Sekar Pandan memerlukan konten-konten yang dapat menarik perhatian masyarakat luas. Konten-konten yang diperlukan oleh sanggar seni Sekar Pandan adalah konten yang mendidik, menghibur, dan bermanfaat bagi masyarakat luas. Fokus penelitian ini adalah bagaimana sanggar seni Sekar Pandan mengembangkan konten-konten media sosial instagram mereka guna memperkenalkan sanggar mereka dan juga kebudayaan Kota Cirebon. Data diambil dari wawancara dengan pengelola sanggar seni Sekar Pandan dan menganalisis media sosial Sekar Pandan. Temua penelitiannya adalah, sanggar seni Sekar Pandan melalui pesan-pesannya di intagram, berhasil mengenalkan berbagai kegiatan seni yang dilaksanakan dengan menerapkan pemasaran digital di media sosial.
