Abstract

The concept of green tourism has been promoted in several countries to reduce carbon emissions resulting from tourism management and hotel operator practices. Thus, environmental development is very important to minimize the environmental impact of declining tourists due to attraction to nature-based destinations. Therefore, structured tourism activities are required, and attractiveness for tourism sustainability assessment of progress is a high priority. Our research model tends to examine and analyze aspects of tourist behavior towards green tourism sustainability and investigate the relevant linkages to see their tourism behavior that is environmentally responsible. The location of this study is in Batu City, with a total sample of 300 people who have visited Batu City. The variables in this study consist of the independent variable (X) there are 2 variables (Green Tourism Perception (GTP) and Environmental Concern (EC)) the variable between the Intention of Participation in Green Tourism (IPGT) (Z) and the dependent variable: Environmentally Responsible Tourism Behavior  (ERTB) (Y) with analysis technique using regression test of 2 models. The results show that: 1) the direct effect of Green Tourism Perception (GTP) on Environmentally Responsible Tourism Behavior (ERTB) was not significant, 2) the direct effect of GTP on ERTB was not significant, 3) the relationship between GTP and ERTB would be significant if mediated by Intention of Participation in Green Tourism (IPGT)

The method of collecting data and information is done by desk documents and interviews with local government officials, personal banks implementing KUR, the poor who still cannot access microfinance and micro and small businesses, along with micro and small business actors who have obtained KUR in 9 districts/cities in Indonesia. The data analysis method uses descriptive analysis and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Based on the results of the AHP, access to services and KUR performance can be improved by taking into account several factors including: prospective debtor prospects, technical service capacity, policies and resources of banking, and macro factors. For research related to the future distribution of Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR), it is necessary to conduct an in-depth study of the impact on the development of micro and small businesses that receive KUR and increase the economic capacity of business actors who receive KUR.

Abstract

MSMEs in Indonesia face fundamental problems in developing business strategies. This research explores the impact of strategic orientation (SO) on business performance. SO involves the integrated role of entrepreneurial orientation (EO), market orientation (MO), and collective orientation (CO) in improving performance. This research also examines the mediating role of CO, MO and the moderating role of EO. Demographic variables are used as control variables. Data obtained from 192 creative industries in Malang Raya with a response rate of 65 percent (124 MSMEs). This study utilizes PLS-SEM methodology to investigate target relationships. The results show that MSME performance is significantly influenced by SO, both EO and MO, but not CO. This confirms the direct influence of EO and MO on performance, as well as the indirect influence of MO on the EO-performance relationship. In addition, this research reveals that the performance of MSMEs managed by women tends to be lower than MSMEs managed by men. This is because the EO characteristics of men are greater than those of women. The implication of these findings is that MSMEs must improve EO and MO. Effective CO needs to be strengthened so that it can make a major contribution to sustainability of MSMEs.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate the role of environmental dynamism in relation to dynamic capabilities and competitive advantage. This study uses a quantitative approach and type of explanatory research. The survey was conducted at 130 MSMEs in Malang Raya. Hypothesis testing using SEM-PLS. The findings of the study prove that environmental dynamism is a driver for dynamic capability, while providing evidence that environmental dynamism acts as a negative moderator for achieving competitive advantage. Another finding is that dynamic capabilities have a major effect on competitive advantage while simultaneously acting as fully mediating environmental dynamism with competitive advantage. The implication is important for MSMEs to develop dynamic capabilities in order to deal with environmental dynamism so that MSMEs can increase competitive advantage because if they do not develop dynamic capabilities, environmental dynamism will reduce MSME's competitive advantage.

Abstract

Karang taruna Bhakti berdiri tahun 2013 memiliki anggota 40.
