Abstract

Lingkungan toko memaikan peran penting dalam mempengaruhi bagaimana pelanggan memilih produk yang akan dibeli. Kualitas pelayanan faktor penting yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Lingkungan toko serta kualitas pelayanan yakni faktor penting dalam menentukan keputusan pembelian. Perpaduan antara lingkungan toko serta kualitas pelayanan bersamaan memiliki kekuatan dalam memengaruhi keputusan pembelian pelanggan. Metode penelitian yakni Regresi Linier Berganda. Kuesioner yang memuat 11 pernyataan yang disebarkan kepada 100 responden untuk mengumpulkan informasi. Hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan variabel lingkungan toko serta kualitas pelayanan secara keseluruhan memengaruhi keputusan pembelian dimana F hitung 30,105 > F tabel 3,09. Hasilnya juga menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan toko mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian dimana t-hitung 5,109 > ttabel 1,984. Sementara itu, variabel kualitas pelayanan yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian t-hitung 2,948 lebih kecil dari t-tabel 1,984. Mengingat koefisien determinasi dari uji definisi (adjusted R2) menunjukkan bahwa 37% variasi dalam faktor keputusan pembelian bisa dipahami oleh lingkungan toko serta melihat faktor kualitas pelayanan. Sebagai perbandingan, kelebihan 63% dipahami berbagai element diluar penelitian ini.

Abstract

MSME problems lie in the strategy and limitations of marketing methods. This activity is a collaborative effort aimed at increasing product awareness and sales. UMKM Sekar Rinambat was founded in 2021 with traditional Bojonegoro batik products. Until now, we still face challenges in penetrating a more comprehensive market because we don't use the proper marketing methods. This service activity focuses on assistance in creating product catalogs; marketing strategies can be improved. Product catalogs act as a communication tool facilitating product exposure to potential consumers. This catalog is an effective medium for expanding market reach by presenting clear and exciting information. This assistance provides double benefits: first, introducing the product to a broader market, and second, providing MSMEs with a better understanding of effective marketing procedures. Through this approach, public awareness of MSME products can be increased significantly, which is expected to increase sales. Using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method allows the service team to understand and be able to provide mentoring on target. The results of this assistance help create product photos and provide a strong foundation for business development and growth at local and regional levels. Catalog creation can also be used as a tool for digital marketing through e-catalogs to increase product sales.

Abstract

The existence of (BUMDesa) "Sidorejo Makmur" belonging to the Sidorejo Village Government, Sukosewu District, Bojonegoro Regency, is expected to be able to strive for, strengthen, and improve the economy in the village. However, this institution still faces various problems, especially regarding management capacity. The management's managerial abilities are still far from the expectations of business entity management standards. Management still receives minimal training in planning business activities, administration of business entities and management and supervision of a business entity. The inability and fear of taking steps still occurs among all administrators, who are still new players, so innovative ideas are still dry and stuck on old businesses running in BUMDesa business units that have existed for a long time. This service and empowerment seek to strengthen administrators' capacity to increase their capacity in managing business management and finding various solutions for the progress and development of BUMDesa. So that the objectives of the activity are carried out and achieved well, mentoring also involves students starting from socialization of activities, and simple management training, strengthening management capacity, administrative management, and strengthening opportunities for developing business potential so that BUMDesa administrators can carry out their functions optimally, manage BUMDes, control and regulate activities a business that is managed and can be held accountable for activities to all stakeholders, the end of which will be the prosperity of the village community.

Abstract

UMKM Kerupuk Micin Bu Tutik di Desa Campurejo, Kabupaten Bojonegoro, menghadapi berbagai tantangan, termasuk belum optimalnya pencatatan laporan keuangan serta minimnya literasi keuangan sederhana. Pelaku UMKM masih mengalami kesulitan dalam memisahkan keuangan pribadi dan usaha, serta belum memahami pentingnya pencatatan keuangan untuk pengembangan bisnis secara berkelanjutan. Permasalahan ini penting untuk diatasi karena pencatatan keuangan yang baik merupakan dasar dalam pengambilan keputusan usaha dan akses terhadap pembiayaan. Metode pengabdian dilakukan secara langsung di lokasi UMKM Kerupuk Micin Bu Tutik melalui pendekatan edukatif berupa pelatihan, pendampingan, dan simulasi pencatatan keuangan sederhana. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman pelaku UMKM terhadap pentingnya pencatatan keuangan serta kemampuan dalam memisahkan antara keuangan pribadi dan usaha. Pelaku UMKM juga mulai menerapkan pencatatan harian yang lebih sistematis. Hasil ini penting sebagai langkah awal dalam memperkuat kapasitas manajerial UMKM menuju usaha yang lebih berkelanjutan dan profesional.

Abstract

Program pengembangan UMKM menjadi instrumen vital untuk memperkuat daya beli masyarakat dan berfungsi sebagai penyangga ekonomi saat terjadi krisis moneter. Di era digital saat ini, banyak UMKM yang belum sepenuhnya memanfaatkan teknologi digital, termasuk usaha Keripik Singkong Cap Alam 22 yang masih beroperasi secara offline dan mengandalkan jaringan pelanggan dari kalangan kenalan saja. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membantu usaha Keripik Singkong Cap Alam 22 dalam memasarkan produknya secara digital, yang kini menjadi kebutuhan utama bagi para pelaku usaha agar dapat berkembang lebih optimal. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini mencakup pengumpulan informasi, penetapan tujuan, pelatihan pemasaran digital, implementasi, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yaitu mempunyai identitas usahanya baik secara online (akun marketplace atau media sosial) maupun offline (Banner dan juga kemasan yang menarik). Pemilik usaha menyampaikan apresiasi dan merasa puas terhadap hasil kegiatan pendampingan yang telah dilakukan. Sehingga pendampingan rebranding dan digital marketing ini sangat penting untuk dikembangkan lagi kedepannya.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the factors that influence Generation Z’s shopping behavior in modern retail stores in Bojonegoro, Indonesia. As digital technology and social media increasingly shape consumer habits, understanding how Gen Z that characterized by digital nativeness and high connectivity makes purchasing decisions is crucial for retail development. A qualitative approach was employed using in-depth interviews with five purposively selected participants aged 18–25, complemented by field observations and documentation.Thematic analysis revealed four dominant factors influencing Gen Z's retail shopping behavior: technology adoption, social media engagement, influencer impact, and social environment. Respondents indicated that product discovery often starts through platforms like TikTok and Instagram but decisions are finalized after in-store visits, highlighting a hybrid shopping pattern. Influencers, particularly micro-influencers with relatable content, significantly affect trust and intent to buy. Peer opinions and group shopping activities also play a critical role in shaping preferences.These findings suggest that while Gen Z is highly influenced by digital ecosystems, physical retail experiences remain vital. The research contributes to the understanding of hybrid consumer behavior and offers strategic implications for modern retailers seeking to align their marketing and service strategies with Gen Z preferences. Retailers are advised to integrate online and offline experiences, collaborate with digital influencers, and create interactive in-store environments to attract and retain this consumer segment.

Abstract

Visual merchandising has long been considered an essential marketing tool in the retail world. In this study, the researcher wanted to find out how much influence visual structuring had on customers' impulse buying behavior. This study takes Najah Fashion as a case study and involves customers as a sample. The methods used are descriptive to help understand this concept more deeply, as well as to provide information that can help the company make decisions. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed to determine the effect of visual merchandising on impulse buying. The research sample consisted of 100 purposively selected respondents in Bojonegoro. The study found that impulse buying significantly contributed to sales across various product types, with 46% of respondents stating that they had made unplanned purchases after being exposed to certain visual elements. Among the four visual merchandising factors examined, promotional signage at the store entrance proved to have the greatest influence on impulse buying behavior, with a regression coefficient of β = 0.956 and a significance level of p < 0.05. This indicates that promotions strategically displayed at the entrance area have a strong appeal in encouraging consumers to make spontaneous purchases.

Abstract

The Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) of Pungpungan Village, Bojonegoro Regency, represents a form of village business entity that plays a crucial role in stimulating the local economy and enhancing community welfare. In its operational activities, BUMDes encounters various challenges in delivering high-quality services to optimally support the community empowerment process. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research to examine the extent to which BUMDes service quality influences the level of community empowerment. This study employed a quantitative method with a survey approach and multiple linear regression analysis technique. The findings indicate that the performance indicators of BUMDes service quality simultaneously have a significant effect on community empowerment. Service quality variables, including tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, collectively account for 54.4% of the variation in community empowerment, while the remaining 45.6% is attributed to other factors. It is imperative for BUMDes Pungpungan Village to enhance its service quality through capacity building, performance evaluations, and a more responsive approach to community needs.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of consumer behavior and consumer shopping convenience in determining shopping decisions at modern retail stores. This type of research uses data collection methods through observation, documentation and questionnaires. Using 100 respondents as a sample. The method for examining information in this research is direct examination with the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) 25 application software. The variables used are Consumer Behavior (X1), Consumer Convenience (X2) and Choice Decisions (Y). The findings of this research show that consumer behavior and consumer comfort have a significant influence on shopping decisions. The results show that consumer behavior influences voting decisions. Likewise, consumer comfort variables influence the decision to choose a modern retail store.
