Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh pemediasian keseimbangan kehidupan-kerja di antara kelebihan beban kerja dan komitmen karir pada karyawan CV X. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada sampel 70 karyawan CV X melalui pengumpulan data berbasis kuesioner yang di distribusikan secara daring dan luring. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square- Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) yang diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 3.2.9. Hasil penelitian ini mendukung peran pemediasian keseimbangan kehidupan-kerja pada pengaruh beban kerja berlebihan terhadap komitmen karir yang merupakan mediasi penuh, yaitu beban kerja berlebihan tidak mampu mempengaruhi secara signifikan komitmen karir tanpa melalui variabel pemediasian keseimbangan kehidupan-kerja

Abstract

The goal of this study is to find both internal and external factors that affectcompetitiveness of Blue Bird Group, one of Indonesia's leading transportation companies, using SWOT analysis. Through a qualitative approach, this research collected data via interviews, observations, and documentary studies. The SWOT analysis results indicate that Blue Bird's main strengths are its strong brand image and extensive network, while its primary weakness is dependence on the domestic market. Opportunities that can be leveraged include expansion into online transportation services, and the threats faced are intense competition from ride-sharing companies. Based on these findings, this study recommends several strategies to enhance the competitiveness of Blue Bird Group, including service diversification and the development of digital innovations. This research provides strategic insights for Blue Bird in maintaining and enhancing its position in the dynamic transportation industry.

Abstract

Tingkat kemiskinan yang terus meningkat di Kabupaten Indramayu mencerminkan kompleksitas tantangan ekonomi dan sosial yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat lokal. Penurunan Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) di suatu daerah, seperti yang terjadi di Kabupaten Indramayu, bisa menjadi pemicu meningkatnya tingkat kemiskinan secara signifikan. Berbagai upaya telah dilakukan untuk mengatasi kemiskinan, salah satunya melalui pengembangan dan peningkatan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Strategi ini diyakini sebagai cara efektif untuk membantu masyarakat keluar dari kemiskinan. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling, yaitu pemilihan sampel berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Sampel penelitian mencakup data selama lima tahun, dari 2019 hingga 2023. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 3.2.9. Nilai t-statistics untuk hubungan antara perkembangan UMKM dan kemiskinan adalah 4,492, lebih besar dari 1,96, yang menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan UMKM secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemiskinan. Secara tidak langsung, nilai t-statistics sebesar 10,165, juga lebih besar dari 1,96, mengidentifikasi bahwa peran perkembangan UMKM memediasi pengaruh PDRB terhadap kemiskinan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun penurunan PDRB dapat memperparah kemiskinan, pertumbuhan UMKM memainkan peran penting dalam mengurangi dampaknya, memberikan kesempatan untuk pemberdayaan ekonomi dan peningkatan kesejahteraan dalam masyarakat.

Abstract

Kinerja perusahaan merupakan cerminan dari kemampuan perusahaan dalam memenuhi standar yang telah ditetapkan. Ketika standar tersebut tercapai, perusahaan dapat dianggap memiliki kinerja yang baik. Kinerja Karyawan pada Kantor Pusat Perumdam Tirta Darma Ayu Kabupaten Indramayu masih kurang optimal, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kemampuan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan asosiatif dengan menggunakan data kuantitatif. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 96 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu simple random sampling dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Berdasarkan hasil dari jumlah populasi sebanyak 96 karyawan, maka sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 49 responden. Selain itu, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi sederhana, analisis regresi berganda dan korelasi berganda melalui program SPSS versi 25. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, Kemampuan Kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Kantor Pusat Perumdam Tirta Darma Ayu Kabupaten Indramayu dengan nilai Sig sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai t hitung 10.383 > t tabel 1,679. Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Kantor Pusat Perumdam Tirta Darma Ayu Kabupaten Indramayu dengan nilai Sig. sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai t hitung 5.445 > t tabel 1,679. Kemampuan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan hasil nilai f hitung sebesar 74,119 > f tabel 3,20 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

Conventional and Islamic fintech lending in Indonesia has experienced relatively rapid development. However, the accumulation of financing distribution of Islamic fintech lending is still far below that of conventional fintech lending. Demographic factors, namely the majority of the Indonesian Muslim population, do not make Islamic fintech lending their primary choice for borrowing funds online. Based on the Technology Acceptance Model theory, this study analyses the factors influencing consumer intentions to borrow from Islamic fintech lending. The analysis of this study uses a variant-based Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS). The sampling technique uses purposive sampling and obtains 113 data points. The study's results indicate that subjective norms positively affect perceived usefulness and ease of use, and perceived ease of use positively impacts the perception of usefulness. The subjective norms and perceived usefulness have been proven to be significantly positive in encouraging the intention to borrow in Islamic FinTech lending. In contrast, the perceived ease of use has not been proven to influence the intention to borrow in Islamic Fintech lending. The moderating variable in this study, namely knowledge of usury, is proven unable to moderate the relationship between subjective norms, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use on the intention to borrow in Islamic fintech lending.

Abstract

This study aims to enhance production efficiency at Kerupuk Udang Kelapa Indramayu by implementing the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) method combined with the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) approach and forecasting techniques. The forecasting method employed is Least Squares to predict raw material needs. The findings reveal that the previous inventory management was suboptimal, with an efficiency level of 0.9710 in 2023. After implementing the MRP method, efficiency improved to 1.0, reflecting optimal production efficiency. This result demonstrates that integrating MRP, EOQ, and forecasting optimizes raw material inventory and enhances Kerupuk Udang Kelapa production efficiency.

Abstract

This research aims to examine how perceived usefulness contributes to the intention to reuse the LinkAja e-wallet, mediated by trust. This research employs a quantitative methodology, targeting members of the Telegram group LinkAja_e-money, and gathered data from 214 respondents through questionnaires. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to analyze both direct and indirect relationships between variables. Research: The study finds that perceived usefulness significantly impacts both trust and the intention to reuse the LinkAja e-wallet. Moreover, trust exerts a significant effect on intention to reuse and partially mediates the relationship between perceived usefulness and intention to reuse. This study confirms the integral relationships between perceived usefulness, trust, and intention to reuse within the context of LinkAja, offering valuable insights for improving user retention strategies on digital payment platforms.

Abstract

Currently, e-recruitment activities are human resource digitalization activities that not only change the perspective of job seekers about finding and applying for jobs but also change the way organizations attract new candidates to job positions. This study examines and analyzes the intention to use e-recruitment using the development of the theory of technology acceptance model 2. The quantitative method is the research method used in this study. The sample collection used purposive random sampling through an online questionnaire to obtain a sample of 177 respondents. The analysis in this study uses a variant-based structural equation model  with partial least squares. The analysis results indirectly show that someone with a subjective norm will have a higher perceived usefulness of e-recruitment, affecting the higher intention to use e-recruitment. This also happens to someone who has a perceived ease of use of e-recruitment, which will increase the perceived usefulness of e-recruitment, increasing the intention to use e-recruitment. Subjective norm will directly affect someone's intention to use and perceived usefulness of e-recruitment; perceived usefulness will affect intention to use e-recruitment; and perceived ease of use will influence perceived usefulness and intention to use e-recruitment.

Abstract

Purpose: This study explores the impact of Young Agricultural Entrepreneurs on poverty reduction through GRDP and proposes a digitalization strategy to enhance their role in promoting economic growth and alleviating poverty in Indramayu. Methodology/approach: Utilizing an explanatory sequential mixed methods design, this research combines secondary data (2020–2024) with quantitative regression analysis (including the Sobel Test for mediation) and qualitative in-depth interviews with 10 Young Agricultural Entrepreneurs in Indramayu Regency. Results/findings: The study finds that Young Agricultural Entrepreneurs significantly reduce poverty but have no significant effect on GRDP, indicating that poverty reduction occurs through direct household mechanisms rather than macroeconomic growth. It suggests that digitalization can enhance their contribution to GRDP by improving productivity, market access, and value-added activities, thereby supporting more sustainable poverty reduction.  Conclusion: This study shows that Young Agricultural Entrepreneurs reduce poverty in Indramayu through direct household and local economic impacts. While their activities influence GRDP, the effect is not significant. Digitalization plays a key role in enhancing productivity, market access, and value-added activities, strengthening their contribution to sustainable poverty reduction. Limitations: The study's limitations include its reliance on aggregate secondary data over a relatively short period and a small sample size for the qualitative phase, which may not capture the full diversity of Young Agricultural Entrepreneursexperiences. Contribution: This research offers policy recommendations for empowering Young Agricultural Entrepreneurs through a comprehensive digitalization strategy, thus fostering sustainable economic growth and long-term poverty reduction in rural areas.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh customer experience dan brand trust terhadap customer loyalty pada Naifah Skin Clinic Indramayu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 67 orang yang merupakan pelanggan Naifah Skin Clinic Indramayu. Analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda dengan dibantu perangkat lunak SPSS 2 dengan uji instrumen (uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas) dan uji asosiatif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan customer experience berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap customer loyalty dan brand trust berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap customer loyalty.
