Abstract

This research aims to discover and assess the halal tourism potential in Aceh Province. This research is qualitative and uses the literature review method. The findings of this study indicate that Aceh has excellent potential as a halal tourist destination, with natural wealth comparable to other well-known tourist destinations in Indonesia; however, Aceh Province, as the only province in Indonesia that follows Islamic Sharia law, must identify market segments in order to promote things that will appeal to foreign tourists. Aceh has met all of these criteria as a norm for halal tourism zones, according to the Global Travel Market Index (GMTI).

Abstract

The development of communication technology, media, and global infrastructure has an impact on various sectors such as the trade industry, government, social, and political issues. In the trade industry sector, the pattern of business activities has evolved from direct trade to indirect trade through various available marketplace platforms. However, technological developments also make payments easier by utilizing the PayLater feature. Even if you do not have enough money, you can use the paylater feature to purchase the items you want. Based on the convenience offered, another effect is increased consumer behavior, when a person has excessive, irrational need. The data used is primary data collected from questionnaires distributed to Medan LP3I Polytechnic students at the Medan Baru and Medan Marelan campuses. The results show that both partially and simultaneously, the marketplace and paylater variables have no effect on consumptive behavior.

Abstract

ABSTRACT A good financial services company can be reflected in the quality of its issuer's performance. In banking companies, there are several indicators for assessing bank health, one of which is the Risk Based Bank Rating. This assessment component is used to observe its effect on share prices. This research aims to observe the influence of the risk profile through Net Performing Loan, good corporate governance through institutional ownership, managerial ownership, the audit committee, the board of commissioners, earnings through ROA, capital through CAR, and efficiency using BOPO on share prices of state-owned banking companies in Indonesia from 2017–2021. The data used is secondary data from the financial reports of state-owned banking companies in Indonesia and was analyzed using multiple linear regressions. The results showed that simultaneously, the variables institutional ownership, managerial ownership, audit committee, board of commissioners, ROA, CAR, NPL, and BOPO have a significant effect on share prices. Meanwhile, only the institutional ownership, managerial ownership, and ROA variables have a positive and significant effect on share prices.

Abstract

Tujuan pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) memberdayakan kelompok usaha kue tradisional (bhoi) melalui manajemen bisnis di Kecamatan Manyak Payed-Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang yaitu menambah wawasan dan keterampilan usaha kelompok matang gelugur dalam berbisnis melalui sosialisasi dan pelatihan. Pelatihan yang diperioritaskan pada bidang pemasaran - tekhnik branding - saluran pemasaran - keuangan kelompok yang bernama “Bhoi Matang Gelugur”. Pelatihan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 26 – 27 Agustus 2024 di aula kantor kecamatan Manyak Payed. Metode pelaksanaan PKM diaplikasikan dengan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) kepada 10 (sepuluh) orang kelompok tersebut. Tim PKM Unsam mengimplementasikan  dua solusi yaitu melalui tekhnik branding termasuk pengenalan dan merancang merk usaha dan logo bisnis/ sign board. Solusi ke dua yaitu melatih pengelolaan keuangan usaha dengan memberikan pelatihan pembukuan dasar serta menghitung harga pokok penjualan bhoi tersebut.  Tim juga ikut melibatkan mahasiswa dari Prodi Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi-Universitas Samudra yang terkognisi ke dalam 3 sks pada mata kuliah UMKM/pemasaran dan Manajemen Pelatihan dan Pengembangan serta diharapkan hasil PKM ini dapat mencapai indikator IKU 1 mahasiswa mendapat pengalaman diluar kampus, dan IKU 2 di mana dosen berkegiatan di luar kampus serta IKU 5 yaitu hasil kinerja dosen digunakan oleh masyarakat. Luaran PKM ini berupa meningkatnya skil bisnis dan pengelolaan keuangan kelompok Matang Gelugur.

Abstract

Kelompok Perempuan Cendana merupakan kelompok masyarakat yang bergerak pada aspek pemberdayaan perempuan yang berada di sekitar area Kawasan Restorasi Hutan Tenggulun. Kelompok masyarakat ini bersama mitra terkait telah melakukan banyak kegiatan pemberdayaan termasuk telah mampu memproduksi produk tepung pisang yang bahan bakunya berasal dari perkebunan masyarakat di sekitar kawasan restorasi hutan. Namun, produk yang mereka hasilkan masih dikemas secara sederhana dan pemasaran produk juga tidak luas. Tampilan produk yang baik akan mampu meningkatkan nilai penjual suatu produk. Dengan pemasaran yang luas melalui pemsaran digital akan memperluas jangkauan pasar sehingga produk akan dikenal oleh banyak calon konsumen dan meningkatkan pendapatan kelompok. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan untuk memberikan pendampingan kepada kelompok usaha perempuan pada aspek peningkatan kemasan produk, pemasaran digital, dan memberikan penyadartahuan terkait pentingnya menjaga kawasan restorasi hutan. Sehingga diharapkan dengan kegiatan pengabdian ini, kelompok perempuan yang selama ini telah melakukan kegiatan produksi dapat meningkatkan kapasitas produk melalui kemasan yang menarik, penjualan secara luas melalui toko digital, serta semakin memiliki kesadaran untuk menjaga lingkungan sekitar Kawasan Restorasi Hutan Tenggulun.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Penerapan Ekonomi Digital, Ketersediaan Modal Kerja, Literasi Keuangan Terhadap Kinerja UMKM Di Kota Langsa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data yang didapat dari kuesioner dan diukur dengan menggunakan skala likert, populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh UMKM menengah di kota langsa yang berjumlah 8.831, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yaitu memilih sampel sesuai dengan kriteria tertentu yang menggunakan perhitungan dengan metode slovin sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu berjumlah 99 responden yang terdiri dari UMKM yang bergerak di bidang jasa, kuliner, serta barang penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda untuk analisis datanya dengan menggunakan bantuan dari aplikasi SPSS 23, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Penerapan Ekonomi Digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pencegahan kinerja UMKM, Ketersediaan Modal Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM, Literasi Keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM, dan yang terakhir yaitu secara simultan Penerapan Ekonomi Digital, Ktersediaan Modal Kerja, Literasi Keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM.

Abstract

WO Wiwik Pengantin merupakan usaha yang bergerak di bidang jasa perencanaan pernikahan yang menawarkan jasa tata rias, busana, aksesoris, dekorasi, catering, video dan foto pernikahan. Dalam menjalankan usahanya banyak kendala dan permasalahan yang mengikutinya diantaranya kurangnya kemampuan merias pengantin yang sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman, penggunaan bauran pemasaran yang masih menggunakan cara tradisional (word of mouth marketing), kurangnya variasi produk dan jasa yang ditawarkan, serta pengelolahan manajemen keuangan yang masih sederhana. Metode kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dalam beberapa tahap yakni ; (1) pelatihan kemampuan merias (2) pelatihan manajemen keuangan (3) pelatihan penggunaan website sebagai media promosi, (4) pemberian alat dan bahan sebagai stimulant, dan (5) pendampingan dalam setiap prosesnya. Pelatihan dan pendampingan memberikan dampak positif kepada usaha jasa rias pengantin mbak wiwik diantaranya meningkatnya kemampuan dan keterampilan merias, meningkatnya pemahaman dan pengetahuan penentuan harga jual yang tepat, dapat memperluas jaringan pemasaran dengan penggunaan website, meningkatnya kualitas dan kuantitas produk serta jasa

Abstract

Background: Guided imagery is a promising non-pharmacological intervention for anxiety reduction, yet its use in outpatient mental health care remains limited. This study aimed to evaluate its effectiveness in reducing anxiety among patients with mental disorders. Methods: A randomized controlled trial was conducted with 68 participants assigned to intervention or control groups. Anxiety levels were measured using the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS-A). Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test for within-group and the Mann-Whitney test for between-group comparisons. Results: The intervention group showed a significant reduction in anxiety levels compared to the control group (p = 0.003). After the guided imagery intervention, 76.5% (26 of 34) of the intervention group had reduced anxiety, while the control group showed minimal change (p = 0.129). Outpatients visit frequency also increased post-intervention in the intervention group. Conclusion: Guided imagery is an effective and feasible intervention for reducing anxiety in outpatient mental health settings and can be integrated into standard care.

Abstract

The telecommunications industry is a strategic sector in supporting information and communication infrastructure in the digital era, which faces challenges in the form of intense competition, large investment needs, and demands for continuous innovation. This study aims to analyze the effect of firm size and capital structure on firm value, as well as the role of the level of financial distress as a moderating variable in telecommunications companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2014-2023. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with secondary data analyzed through multiple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results showed that partially, company size has a positive and significant effect on firm value, while capital structure has no significant effect. Simultaneously, firm size and capital structure have a significant effect on firm value. However, the level of financial distress is not able to moderate the effect of firm size and capital structure on firm value

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Disclosure, Firm Size, and Profitability on Firm Value at PT. Antam Tbk. The type of data in this study uses quantitative data with the population in this study being PT Antam Tbk. The sampling technique uses the saturated sampling method. The data collection method comes from the company's historical data, namely financial data that has been audited by the company PT. Antam Tbk which is listed on the IDX in the period 2009-2023. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis by operating SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science) Software. The results of this study indicate that the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure variable has a positive and significant effect on firm value at PT. Antam Tbk, the firm size variable has a positive and significant effect on firm value at PT. Antam Tbk, the profitability variable has a positive and significant effect on rirm value at PT. Antam Tbk, simultaneously Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure, firm size, and profitability have a significant effect on firm value at PT. Antam Tbk.
