Abstract

Desa Kalongan Tengah Kabupaten Kepulauan Talaud saat ini tidak memiliki sistem informasi desa untuk mengelola serta mendokumentasikan berbagai kegiatan termasuk data kependudukan desa. Kehadiran Rancang Bangun Website Desa Kalongan Tengah diharapkan mampu menjadi Digitalisasi bagi Desa. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan website adalah metode Scrum. Tujuan kehadiran website ini untuk membantu perangkat desa dalam administrasi dan pengolahan data pendudukan. Sehingga kedepannya Desa Kalongan Tengah bisa menerapkan dan memanfaatkan teknologi digital menuju Desa Cerdas. Dampak positifnya diharapkan meningaktkan kinerja pemerintah desa dalam pelaksanaan APBDes, produktivitas data dan kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Abstract

UNIQHBA BAGU is currently designing a mobile-based UNIQHBA SIM application interface using the User-Centered Design (UCD) method. The User-Centered Design (UCD) method is an approach that focuses on the user as the center of attention in each design stage. The first step in UCD is an in-depth understanding of the context of use, which involves direct interaction with users to identify their needs. UNIQHBA BAGU utilizes this approach to ensure that every aspect and feature of the mobile-based UNIQHBA SIM application is in accordance with the wishes and needs of users, including the focus this time on academic information system services (SISKA) and communication services. By adopting the User-Centered Design method in designing mobile-based UNIQHBA SIM applications, UNIQHBA BAGU pays serious attention to user experience. This will not only increase the effectiveness of using the application, but can also strengthen the relationship between institutions and their users, as well as support the goal of improving information services desired by UNIQHBA BAGU

Abstract

SITIDES Bengkaung Village is a website-based integrated system owned by Bengkaung Village located in West Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Province under the management of village officials. All information related to Bengkaung Village is displayed on SITIDES Bengkaung Village. However, since the system was officially used, there has never been an evaluation and testing of the level of user satisfaction, in this case the manager of SITIDES Bengkaung Village, so a usability analysis is needed which in this case uses two methods, namely the PIECES Framework and the System Usability Scale. The purpose of this evaluation and testing is to measure the level of satisfaction of SITIDES users in Bengkaung Village, in this case the managers of which there are 9 people who have different access rights. Based on the research that has been done, the results of the analysis using the Pieces Framework method are a value of 4.36 obtained from the average value of 6 domains. This value is in the very satisfied category. While the results of the user satisfaction level of SITIDES Bengkaung Village using the System Usability Scale method are obtained a value of 77.78 where the value for the acceptability range version is Acceptable, while the grade scale results from the level of user acceptance are included in class B. Based on the measurement results using 2 The method obtained almost the same results, which showed that the users were very satisfied with the SITIDES system in Bengkaung Village so that the system was very feasible to use.

Abstract

A cashier is someone who, in carrying out his work, is responsible for processing payment transactions made by customers. In addition, cashiers can also serve cash and non-cash payments. The role of the cashier is needed in improving the quality of a company institution. In accepting the Cashier must meet several criteria such as Knowledge, Work Experience, Responsibility, Education, Loyalty, Status, and Age. So that in this problem requires a system that can provide the right solution such as Decision Support (SPK) to provide the solution found by using the Operational Competitiveness Rating Analysis or OCRA method in the process requiring data and cashier acceptance criteria. Abstract

Surat merupakan sumber informasi yang dapat dipercaya, yang bertujuan untuk menyampaian suatu maksud yang ditujukan kepada pihak lain. Informasi yang disampaikan tersebut dapat berupa pemberitahuan, pernyataan, dan sebagainya. Pengelolaan surat pada suatu organisasi di kantor kelurahan beo timur Kabupaten Kepulauan Talaud akan menghasilkan suatu komunikasi yang baik dalam setiap kegiatan operasional di instansi tersebut. Dalam kegiatan surat menyurat, surat dapat mendukung keberhasilan dalam kegiatan berorganisasi, maka dari itu penanganan dan pengelolaan surat yang baik, cepat dan tepat sehingga tujuan organisasi dapat dicapai secara efektif dan efisien. Pada pelatihan pengelolaan surat ini menrancang SOP pada kegiatan penerimaan, pencatatan, dan penyimpanan. Pengelolaan surat masuk seperti meliputi menerima surat, membuka surat, pemeriksaan surat, pencatatan surat, dan penyimpanan surat secara terintegrasi database online. Penanganan surat yang ada di Kantor Kelurahan Beo Timur dengan tahapan surat dimulai dari penerimaan surat, membaca surat, penyampaian surat dan penyimpanan surat. Rekomendasi dan usulan rancangan yang dilakukan adalah melakukan pengarsipan surat juga secara digital melalui media online misalnya google drive.

Abstract

The role of technology in electronic advertising is known as digital marketing, while creating a company's image is known as digital branding. Digital marketing is an evolution of product marketing that can be triggered by technology such as websites, cell phones, and even games. Social media can be understood as one of the online media where users can easily participate, such as sharing created content, sharing and creating stories, expanding networks, wiki channels, forums, and virtual worlds. In this way, digital marketing methods to promote a brand or product are more effective and spread quickly. At the same time, tactics and communication are also very necessary in marketing. Generation Z, the young generation of productive age, has a very important role in implementing product marketing. Abstract

Computer networks are a form of communication that allows computers to exchange data using computer network protocols. Teaching and learning activities require computer devices to anticipate developments in information technology. This can provide positive or even negative developments for students. Understanding this need requires maintaining the quality of the content and protection against negative things. Information technology development is needed to be implemented in the junior high school level environment, namely opening up the information era by providing a positive understanding of information technology. Computer network training for junior high school students in Mataram City reflects a response to increasingly rapid technological developments, which require the younger generation to have a good understanding of computer networks and information technology in general. This training will also raise awareness of the importance of digital literacy from an early age. By holding this training, it is hoped that students can gain basic skills that are important to face future challenges, as well as encourage their interest in the field of technology. The training activities that have been carried out run smoothly and the enthusiasm of the participants can be seen.

Abstract

The development and speed of information technology in the industrial revolution 4.0 requires companies or business people to switch to using systems that are able to work together and collaborate between technology and human resources. Current technological developments also have an impact on MSME business actors, especially culinary. For example, coffee shop, usually in the ordering process, coffee shops still use a manual ordering process. In this process, customers who come in must enter, order and immediately pay manually. This is of course risky for the company because the data could be lost or damaged. This problem occurs because there is no system that can support the ordering process, manage incoming data, market and introduce the product to reach the wider community. Customers sometimes find it difficult to get the latest updated information regarding available menus and the ordering and payment process. For this reason, an information system is needed so that problems can be resolved. With the Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach, the coffee shop information system can be developed relatively quickly and produce a system that suits your needs. This web-based coffee shop information system has the features that coffee shop entrepreneurs need to run their business effectively and efficiently and makes ordering and payment easier for customers. Apart from that, the test results using black-box testing produced a score of 100%, this means that the features contained in the system are in accordance with requirements.

Abstract

This research discusses the implementation of RESTful API in the Laravel web development framework, along with the utilization of the IoT Wokwi simulator for monitoring temperature and humidity. The application of the waterfall development method is employed as an approach to organize the development process with clear steps in creating the temperature and humidity measurement program. The aim of this research is to create an efficient and well-structured application program interface using Laravel, while simultaneously leveraging the IoT Wokwi simulator as a tool for testing and validating the functionality of temperature and humidity measurement. The research methodology involves the use of the software development life cycle (SDLC) model, specifically the waterfall model, as an approach to the software development life cycle. The anticipated outcome of this research is to provide practical guidance for developers in creating an effectively integrated temperature and humidity measurement system using web technology and IoT.

Abstract

The number of internet users in Indonesia has recently increased, currently reaching around 62.1% of the total population. The prevalence of social media use has provided benefits for many stakeholders to be involved in the socialization and promotion of their products and activities. Information regarding the latest government programs and activities is published through the official website of the West Nusa Tenggara Provincial Government and the official pages of each office within the West Nusa Tenggara Provincial Government. The potential of social media needs to be maximized in order to disseminate government programs and activities to the community. Social media offers governments the potential to increase democratic participation by encouraging the public to have a voice in policymaking, working with the public to improve services, gathering ideas, and increasing transparency. This research seeks to apply web scraping techniques to collect data with the aim of monitoring social media performance and identifying factors that are closely related to the level of response elicited by a social media post. The research results show that on average a post on the official page of the West Nusa Tenggara Provincial Government gets around 114.9 likes, 5.1 comments and 11.6 shares. Importantly, one of the important factors that influences the number of likes a post receives is the time it is published. Optimal publication times for the official pages of the West Nusa Tenggara Provincial Government are observed between 06.00-16.00 and 18.00-21.00. By looking closely at social media performance and identifying these influencing factors, social media managers are ready to gain invaluable insights to improve performance by precision and efficacy.
