Abstract

Kemajuan suatu bangsa di masa depan sangat bergantung pada kualitas generasi muda yang saat ini berada dalam kelompok anak usia dini. Namun, prevalensi stunting yang tinggi di Indonesia, termasuk Kabupaten Bandung, mengancam potensi masa depan tersebut. Stunting, akibat kekurangan gizi kronis, berdampak pada pertumbuhan fisik, kognitif, dan sosial-emosional anak, serta menurunkan kualitas sumber daya manusia di masa depan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat peran kader PKK dan Posyandu dalam pencegahan stunting melalui pelatihan terintegrasi di Desa Margamukti, Kecamatan Pangalengan, Kabupaten Bandung. Menggunakan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR), penelitian ini melibatkan 50 kader PKK dan Posyandu. Data dikumpulkan melalui Focus Group Discussion (FGD), wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Pelatihan yang dilakukan mencakup materi tentang pengertian stunting, dampaknya, pola makan sehat, dan perawatan anak yang baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader PKK dan Posyandu dalam pencegahan stunting. Evaluasi dan refleksi menunjukkan kepuasan peserta terhadap materi dan metode pelatihan, serta pentingnya pendampingan dan monitoring berkala. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penguatan kapasitas kader PKK dan Posyandu melalui pelatihan terintegrasi merupakan langkah strategis untuk menurunkan prevalensi stunting di Kabupaten Bandung.

Abstract

One of the strategic steps in strengthening character is integrating local wisdom into the learning process. Local wisdom reflects noble values such as mutual cooperation, tolerance, and environmental love, which have become guiding principles for the community. This approach is expected to shape a generation that excels not only in knowledge but also in strong character rooted in the nation's culture. Thus, education based on local wisdom can serve as a bridge to harmonize tradition with modernization in the era of globalization. This study uses the literature review method as an initial step in designing the research. The literature review involves searching and analyzing various sources, such as books, journal articles, and other publications relevant to the research topic. The results of this study prove that strengthening character education based on local wisdom, such as mutual cooperation, honesty, courtesy, and tolerance, is the main strategy to preserve cultural identity amid the waves of globalization. The integration of these values is carried out through the curriculum, experiential learning methods, and extracurricular activities relevant to students' lives.

Abstract

The application of the Sociable Learning Model has strong relevance as a solution to the problem of early childhood social behavior these days. Meanwhile, the role of Early Childhood Education teachers who have crucial value for Early Childhood cannot be well maximized due to the various restrictions as an effort to handle COVID-19 cases in Indonesia. The implementation of training on the development of the Sociable Learning Model through Traditional Sundanese Games in West Java requires a mapping foundation of the teacher's experiences so that it can provide some meaningful and appropriate resources for further treatments. To accommodate the required data collections, the holding of the workshop is needed to accommodate the variety of teacher's perceptions on the Social Citizenship development efforts in the Early Childhood Education setting that can be a starting point to find out the teacher's basic understanding of the development of social civic behavior in PAUD. The exploration effort is has been carried out by spreading questionnaires to workshop participants to collect various teacher perceptions related to innovations in the development of Social Citizenship Behavioral Skills (PrSKn) based on traditional Sundanese games. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menggali nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam kearifan lokal Sabilulungan di kampung adat Cikodang. Gerakan pengembangan kearifan lokal mengutamakan karakter gotong royong, persatuan dan kebersamaan untuk menciptakan hubungan relasi sosial yang harmonis. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan mengungkap data secara mendalam yang ada di lokasi penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi lapangan, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Responden terdiri dari sesepuh atau tokoh adat, warga kampung adat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sabilulungan merupakan salah satu kearifan lokal yang ada di masyarakat Sunda yang menekankan pada prinsip kerukunan hidup. Selain itu, nilai kearifan lokal Sabilulungan yaitu gotong-royong, kesatuan, kebersamaan, keadilan dan kemanusiaan. Nilai kearifan lokal Sabilulungan di kampung adat Cikondang terbukti mampu menjaga harmonisasi dalam aktivitas gotong-royong dalam kesehariannya dan di setiap tradisi adat dilandasi spontanitas. Konsep Sabilulungan dalam dunia pendidikan dalam rangka membantu seseorang mencapai pembentukan karakter yang menghasilkan generasi yang memiliki watak, kepribadian, serta peradaban yang bermartabat.

Abstract

Artikel ini berangkat dari asumsi bahwa pendidikan yang mengikutsertakan muatan moral sosial kewarganegaraaan harus dimulai sejak dini. Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini sebagai institusi yang secara operasional memberikan pelayanan pendidikan untuk segmentasi ini, perlu merumuskan secara programatik untuk menanamkan serta memupuk nilai dan perilaku yang terkonseptualisasikan dalam Moral Sosial Kewarganegaraan. Dengan menganalisis RPH, Observasi dan Wawancara terhadap guru, penelitian ini menelisik kesiapan infrastruktur dan suprastruktur implementasi konsep Moral Sosial Kewarganegaraan. Hasil dari analisis tersebut menunjukkan bahwa secara infrastruktur dan suprastruktur di beberapa tempat penelitian sudah memenuhi syarat serta kualifikasi untuk pelaksanaan konsep ini. Dengan begitu, hasil penelitian pendahuluan ini berimplikasi pada perlu dilaksanakannya penelitian lanjutan berupa mendesain model serta melaksanakan eksperimentasi untuk melihat peningkatan pada hal-hal yang disasar.

Abstract

The Role of Parents in Improving the Social Emotional Development of Early Childhood: A Systematic Literature Review. The socio-emotional development of early childhood has a long-term impact on an individual's ability to interact socially and maintain emotional balance in later life. This research aims to examine the significance of parental roles in enhancing the socio-emotional development of young children. The study employs the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, collecting data through literature searches in various journals via databases like Google Scholar. Twenty five articles were analyzed. The research findings indicate several actions that parents should take to optimize the socio-emotional development of young children, including serving as primary educators, caregivers, and role models. Additionally, parents need to provide encouragement and create learning opportunities within their environment. Abstract

The Guru Penggerak Program aims to enhance the quality of education in Indonesia by developing the role of teachers as learning leaders. This article addresses the issue of the limited leadership role of teachers within educational communities, which hinders educational transformation at the local level. The study aims to analyze the opportunities, challenges, and developmental directions of the Guru Penggerak Program based on the author's experiences in various roles within the program, ranging from practice instructors to facilitators in intensive areas such as Papua. The methodology used is a reflective-descriptive approach based on empirical experiences. The analysis focuses on the dynamics of program implementation, encompassing aspects of training, field application, and the response of educational communities. The findings reveal that the program offers opportunities to enhance pedagogical competence, leadership skills, and school cultural transformation. However, the program faces challenges such as participants' capacity gaps, resistance to change, and geographical and infrastructural constraints, especially in remote areas. This article provides recommendations, including strengthening local support, increasing technological capacity, conducting continuous evaluations, and reinforcing alumni networks for program sustainability. It contributes to offering comprehensive insights to support the development of more effective educational policies and practices in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of Civic Education in fostering multicultural awareness among elementary school students. The background of this research is rooted in the urgency of strengthening tolerance, empathy, and respect for diversity from an early age, particularly within the context of Indonesia’s pluralistic society characterized by ethnic, religious, cultural, and social diversity. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach, using observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis as data collection techniques. The research was conducted in a multicultural elementary school. The participants consisted of three Civic Education teachers and fifteen students from grades IV to VI representing diverse ethnic and religious backgrounds. The findings indicate that participatory and contextual learning plays a significant role in developing students’ multicultural awareness. The integration of local values and diversity principles into lesson plans, along with learning activities that encourage intercultural dialogue, reflective discussions, and contextual experiences, effectively promotes attitudes of tolerance, empathy, and mutual respect among students. Teachers play a crucial role as facilitators in creating spaces for dialogue, guiding students’ personal reflection, and internalizing values of diversity in everyday school life. However, the effectiveness of multicultural education implementation through Civic Education is influenced by several supporting factors, including institutional support from schools, parental involvement, and the availability of continuous teacher training. This study contributes to the development of a locally based multicultural education model that can be replicated in other elementary school contexts in Indonesia. Overall, Civic Education is proven to have a tangible contribution to the formation of sustainable and collaborative multicultural awareness among elementary school students.
