Abstract

Banyak faktor penyebab kelongsoran, seperti tekstur tanah, kemiringan lereng, permeabilitas tanah, tingkat pelapukan batuan, kedalaman muka air tanah, curah hujan, beban gempa, dan kurangnya tumbuhan.

Abstract

West Padang sub-district is a sub-district that has tourism potential, because in this sub-district there is a tourist attraction Puruih beach or what is known as Padang beach. As a tourist area, this sub-district still has problems with the availability of toilets and inadequate sanitation, as well as the habits of the people who still use the coast as a place to defecate. This habit will certainly cause new health problems later if you continue to let it. In addition, there are also many people who do not have their own MCK at home, and are forced to use public MCK for bathing and defecating and urinating. However, currently there are very few public toilet facilities in this area and if they do exist they are in a dilapidated condition. Added to this is the behavior of the surrounding community who do not take care of the public MCK facilities that have previously been built. In this study, researchers wanted to see changes in people's behavior after sanitation facilities were built in their area. Are they going to maintain the facilities that have been provided or are they the same as before, let the facilities be abandoned as before.

Abstract

Land acquisition for the construction of toll roads is a key component of growth, however property acquisition has run into challenges. One of these challenges is that there hasn't been an adequate amount of community involvement and social and political studies of the impacted communities, which puts the community at risk while also impeding the efficient building of toll roads. With the use of the variables of community culture, political will, land governance, and community involvement in the decision-making process, this study tries to explain the elements that affect the decision-making process in land acquisition planning. The research strategy is a quantitative. 325 respondents completed questionnaires distributed to the impacted neighborhoods, which were used to gather research data. The data was then analyzed using structural equation models (Structural Equation Models) utilizing the AMOS application and the Sobel test. According to the study's findings, the decision-making process was significantly influenced by community culture, political will, and land governance. In light of community cultural characteristics such as political will, land governance, and community involvement, the study's conclusion shows that a model for land acquisition policy decision-making exists.

Abstract

Abstract

This research addresses the problem of public knowledge of uninhabitable houses and the difficulty in identifying houses that do not meet community housing standards, to provide criteria for uninhabitable houses as well as optimize the rehabilitation assistance budget carried out by the Government. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method by collecting data through questionnaires, field observations, and documentation on 69 sample houses. The results of the analysis categorize the level of damage to the house into three categories, namely heavy, moderate, and light damage. From the research results of 69 sample houses, it was found that only 59 houses met the requirements for the uninhabitable house rehabilitation assistance program. In optimizing the allocation of aid funds, the level of damage to the house must be taken into account. With a more objective approach, rehabilitation housing programs can be more effective and provide greater benefits to people in need.
