Abstract

Companies need to see how much employees are involved in working and preferred behavior that is not part of an employee's formal work obligations, but supports the effective functioning of the organization in order to achieve optimal employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Employee Engagement and Organizational Citizenship Behavior both partially and simultaneously on Employee Performance. The sample in this study were 47 respondents using saturated sampling as the sampling technique. Data processing in this study used SmartPLS 4.0. The results showed that Employee Engagement has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance because it has a p values (0,003) < 0,05. The results also show that Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance because it has p values (0,000) > 0.05. Finally, it is also known that Employee Engagement and Organizational Citizenship Behavior simultaneously on Employee Performance because it has a p values (0,000) > 0.05

Abstract

Kejahatan narkotika sebagai salah satu bentuk penyimpangan sosial yang semakin marak terjadi di masyarakat. Menghadapi situasi ini, aparat penegak hukum perlu memiliki strategi yang tepat, baik upaya preventif maupun represif, menanggulangi kejahatan narkotika. Salah satu aspek krusial penanganan kasus ini adalah pertimbangan hakim dalam menentukan apakah pelaku tindak pidana narkotika dijatuhi pidana atau rehabilitasi. Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis pengaturan hukum terkait pertimbangan hakim dalam menjatuhkan pidana terhadap pelaku tindak pidana narkotika di Indonesia dan memahami urgensi motif dalam dakwaan pelaku tindak pidana ini. Metode yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan pada perundang-undangan. Data penelitian terdiri dari data primer, yaitu Undang-Undang Narkotika Nomor 35 Tahun 2009, KUHP, KUHAP, dan putusan pengadilan serta data sekunder yang diperoleh dari bahan kepustakaan yang mendukung analisis penelitian ini. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pertimbangan hakim dalam menjatuhkan putusan pidana atau rehabilitasi didasarkan pada berbagai aspek, antara lain peran pelaku dalam jaringan peredaran narkotika, jumlah barang bukti, serta kondisi psikologis dan sosial terdakwa. Penelitian ini menekankan pengambilan keputusan hakim harus mempertimbangkan keseimbangan antara keadilan, perlindungan masyarakat, dan rehabilitasi bagi pengguna narkotika sebagai korban penyalahgunaan.

Abstract

The increasing need for integrated information systems in higher education requires a strategic and structured architectural plan. Universitas Kartamulia Purwakarta faces challenges from fragmented systems among departments and the absence of a long-term roadmap for information technology development. This study aims to design a strategic information system blueprint using the Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) method to support the university’s core processes. A descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method was applied. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The EAP stages include Planning Initiation, Business Modeling, Current System Analysis, Data Architecture, Applications Architecture, Technology Architecture, and Implementation Planning. The results produce an integrated architecture blueprint covering key domains such as student admissions, academic processes, research, and student services. This blueprint provides a strategic foundation for aligning information systems with institutional goals and improving operational effectiveness. The proposed design strengthens the university’s digital transformation and supports the realization of an integrated, efficient, and competitive smart campus.
