Abstract

Dalam meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan Islam sangat di perlukan Perubahan dan usaha yang lebih baik lagi, di karenakan tantangangan zaman yang akan datang menuntut lembaga pendidikan islam untuk mengikuti perkembangan zamannya, untuk menumbuhkan kepercayaan dan minat masyarakat sangat perlu peningkatan Mutu pendidikan itu sendiri, agar anak anak yang mereka titipkan pada Lembaga pendidikan Islam mampu bersaing dan mampu mengahadapi era saat ini. Pendekatan sistem atau berpikir kesisteman adalah salah satu solusi mendasar yang harus dipahami dan diterapkan oleh setiap manajer lembaga pendidikan Islam agar Lembaga Pendidikan Islam menjadi Lembaga pendidikan yang bermutu. Artikel ini mereview Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Mutu Pendidikan Islam, yaitu: Jenis Kesisteman, Konstruksi Kesisteman dan Berfikir Kesisteman, suatu studi literatur Manajemen Sumberdaya Manusia. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini guna membangun hipotesis pengaruh antar variabel untuk digunakan pada riset selanjutnya. Hasil artikel literature review ini adalah: 1) Jenis Kesisteman berpengaruh terhadap Mutu Pendidikan Islam; 2) Konstruksi Kesisteman berpengaruh terhadap Mutu Pendidikan Islam; dan 3) Berfikir Kesisteman berpengaruh terhadap Mutu Pendidikan Islam.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is closely related to marketing, which is one of the keys to the success of a business or business that will be run by an entrepreneur, in this case of course, in this modern era, marketing is not only done conventionally (offline) but must also be supported by technology. or science and technology. The aim of this activity is to increase understanding regarding digital marketing-based entrepreneurship and improve skills related to digital marketing-based entrepreneurship. The results of this activity are a) The implementation of community service went smoothly in accordance with the expectations of the team implementing community service, because almost all workshop activities were carried out very well, b) The participants were aware of the importance of digital marketing-based entrepreneurship as a business opportunity, c) The participants' response to this activity was very interactive, where the participants asked many questions to the service team and d) broadened the participants' insight both in theory and practice regarding digital marketing-based entrepreneurship.

Abstract

The rapid development of manufacturing industry technology requires vocational education institutions to continuously adapt to industrial needs, particularly in the fields of Computer Aided Design (CAD), Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM), and Computer Numerical Control (CNC). However, vocational high school students still face limitations in understanding the integrated workflow of mechanical design and manufacturing based on digital technology. This community service activity aimed to socialize the D3 Mechanical Engineering Study Program of Politeknik Negeri Padang and to introduce ZW3D software and CNC technology along with their applications in mechanical design and manufacturing to students of SMK Negeri 1 Padang. The implementation method consisted of preparation, socialization and introduction sessions, interactive discussions, and evaluation through feedback from participants.The activities included presentations on vocational higher education opportunities,demonstrations of ZW3D as an integrated CAD/CAM tool, basic CNC concepts,and an overview ofhydraulic and pneumatic systems used in industrial machinery. The results showed a positive response from students and teachers, reflected in increased understanding of CAD/CAM-CNC concepts, awareness of modern manufacturing technology, and improved motivation to pursue vocational higher education in mechanical engineering. In conclusion, this activity effectively enhanced students'knowledge and readiness to face the demands of modern manufacturing industries and supported the strengthening of linkages between vocational schools and higher education institutions.
