Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of educational tricenter institutions in efforts to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. This research is qualitative research. The research used is descriptive qualitative research. Descriptive qualitative research is in the form of research with a case study method or approach. This research focuses intensively on one object that studies it as a case. Triangulation in credibility testing is defined as checking data from various sources in various ways and at various times. Data collected with interview techniques in the morning when the source person is still fresh, not many problems will provide more valid data so that it is more credible. Testing the validity of data can be done by checking with interviews, observations, or other techniques in different times/situations. The results of interviews with several school principals with the discussion of the education tricenter that support once in the program, support the implementation of the independent curriculum as a concrete step whose implementation in elementary schools, it can be seen in improving the quality of education from year to year. The implementation of P5 can be seen from the support of parents. So that what we hope is achieved according to the mission of the school

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the process of creativity of school principals, obstacles faced by school principals and what solutions are taken by school principals to improve teacher effectiveness in learning at SD Negeri 1 Lamcot Aceh Besar Regency. This research is qualitative with a descriptive approach, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis process is carried out qualitatively with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the research show that the managerial creativity process of school principals improves the quality of learning by increasing teacher abilities through coaching in the learning process. The second step is to increase teacher discipline or enforce teacher discipline, increase teacher behavior standards, and implement all regulations. The third step, increasing teacher motivation, is to create a harmonious situation, fulfill all the necessary equipment and provide rewards and punishments. The fourth step, I hold training, bring tutors to schools, and provide opportunities to continue their education, assign teachers according to their fields, and hold meetings at the beginning of each semester

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of principal supervision in improving the performance of elementary school class teachers in cluster XXXVI Ateuk, Kuta Baro District, Aceh Besar Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data collection through in-depth interviews and observations. While data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and conclusion making. The results of the study show that the supervision of the principal plays a role in improving teacher performance, improving teacher performance, especially in the learning process. The role of the principal as a supervisor in improving teacher performance is to act as a coordinator, consultant, group leader and evaluator. Supervision activities of school principals in improving teacher performance are carried out through planning, implementation, and evaluation. The implementation of supervision is carried out to see the condition of learning activities carried out by teachers, namely, to check the suitability of learning tools with their application in class, if not this is what is evaluated, and guidance and coaching are carried out to be better.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the principal's leadership style and teacher motivation and student character in SD Negeri Cluster Lambada Klieng, Baitussalam District, Aceh Besar Regency. The type of research used is ex post facto with a quantitative approach. The study population was 117 teachers who taught at SD Cluster. The sampling technique uses random sampling, with a selected sample of 31 teachers from 9 elementary schools in the cluster. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, and the data is analyzed by simple regression calculations and multiple regression. The results showed that there was an influence of the principal's leadership style (X1) on the character of students (Y) in the Lambada Klieng Cluster, Baitussalam District, Aceh Besar Regency, with a percentage of 23%. There is an influence of teacher motivation (X2) on student character (Y) in SD Negeri Cluster Lambada Klieng, Baitussalam District, Aceh Besar Regency, with a percentage of 05.9%. There is an influence of the principal's leadership style (X1) and teacher motivation (X2) on the character of students (Y) in the Lambada Klieng Cluster, Baitussalam District, Aceh Besar Regency with a percentage of 23.4%.
