Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of age, gender, and wages on employee productivity, with work experience as a moderating variable. The sample consisted of all production employees at PT Jaya Lestari Sejahtera, totaling 120 respondents. A census sampling method was used, and the data were obtained from secondary sources provided by the company. Hypothesis testing was conducted using descriptive statistics, multiple linear regression, and moderation regression analysis. The results indicate that age and wages have a partial effect on employee productivity. Furthermore, work experience significantly moderates the relationship between age and productivity, as well as between wages and productivity.

Abstract

Keuntungan atau laba merupakan hasil atas usaha yang dilakukan perusahaan pada periode tertentu. Laba yang diperoleh perusahaan dapat digunakan untuk tambahan pembiayaan dan aktivitas perusahaan dalam menjalankan usaha, dan juga sebagai alat untuk kelangsungan hidup perusahaan. Oleh karena itu perusahaan perlu menjaga pertumbuhan labanya. Faktor yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan laba diantaranya adalah rasio keuangan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Current Ratio (CR) dan Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) Terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Sub Sektor Food And Beverages yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2016-2020. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi dengan data panel (Regresi Data Panel). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Current Ratio (CR) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba, Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba, dan secara bersama-sama (simultan) Current Ratio (CR) dan Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) berpengaruh terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba. Kata Kunci : CR, DAR, Pertumbuhan Laba.

Abstract

Salah satu bagian dari Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi adalah melaksanakan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan menunjang kemajuan masyarakat. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah pengenalan investasi dan jenis instrument investasi di Indonesia. Sasaran dari kegiatan ini adalah para siswa dan siswi SMA Yayasan Al Kamilah. Program ini dilaksanakan selama 1 hari (04 April 2021). Metode yang dilakukan adalah memberikan penyuluhan materi mengenalkan tentang investasi , manfaat investasi, dan jenis instrument investasi yang ada di Indonesia. Hasil program ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta memperhatikan dengan seksama dan antusias dengan adanya penyuluhan materi tersebut. Untuk program selanjutnya diharapkan dapat memberikan pelatihan dan praktek secara langsung untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan mengenai investasi. Kata Kunci: pengabdian; investasi; Yayasan Al Kamilah

Abstract

Keuntungan usaha petani dari produksi ikan hias skala usaha kecil dan masih menggunakanteknologi yang sederhana menyebabkan produksinya relatif rendah sehingga memberi laba yangsedikit pada usahanya. Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis laba yang diperoleh pada usahabudidaya ikan hias skala kecil di Desa Ciseeng Kecamatan Parung Kabupaten Bogor. Metodepenelitian menggunakan metode survei dengan teknik purposive sampling berdasarkanpengambilan sample dengan menentukan atau memilih usaha petani budidaya ikan hias usahaskala kecil dengan lahan budidaya seluas 50-150 m2 dan usaha perorangan yang merupakanmilik sendiri. Analisis nilai keuntungan usaha petani tertinggi diperoleh pada ikan hias discussebesar 134,99%, ikan hias black ghost sebesar 77,22%, ikan hias koi sebesar 73,67% dankeuntungan usaha petani terendah pada ikan hias koki sebesar 69,88%. Hasil analisiskeuntungan usaha petani dari 4 macam ikan hias di Desa Ciseeng yang memperoleh keuntungantertinggi adalah ikan hias discus dan yang terendah ikan hias koki.Kata kunci: usaha skala kecil, jenis ikan hias, analisis usaha petani, ikan hias

Abstract

Women’s participation in mangrove forest management is vital for effective planning policies, increasing women's empowerment, and better forest governance. Despite their central role in coastal livelihoods, women’s involvement in mangrove management remains poorly understood and often marginalized. This study aims to assess the roles of women and men in mangrove forest management and analyze the extent of women’s participation in Pantai Bahagia, Bekasi, Indonesia. The research employed qualitative methods, including in-depth and structured interviews, participant observation, and analysis using Arnstein’s Ladder of Citizen Participation. Data were collected from 54 respondents, comprising women from the KEBAYA group and key stakeholders, and analyzed using NVivo 11 for thematic coding. The results indicate that while women play essential roles in nursery and maintenance activities, their participation in planning, decision-making, and information access remains limited. Gender norms and socio-economic constraints, such as limited confidence, restricted mobility, and lower education levels, contribute to this disparity. Men remain dominant in decision-making and physically demanding tasks like planting. The study underscores the need for targeted interventions, including capacity-building programs, transparent information dissemination, inclusive decision-making forums, and strong multi-stakeholder partnerships. Enhancing women's participation in mangrove conservation could improve forest governance and contribute to more inclusive and sustainable resource management.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, customer trust, and perceived price on customer loyalty of user Traveloka, with brand image serving as a moderating variable. The research adopts a quantitative approach through a survey method involving 119 respondents who are active users of the Traveloka application in the Jabodetabek area. Respondents were selected using convenience sampling, and data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and moderated regression analysis (MRA) with the help of SPSS software. The findings reveal that service quality, customer trust, and perceived price each have a positive and statistically significant effect on loyalty. Among these factors, perceived price demonstrates the strongest influence. Additionally, brand image significantly moderates the relationship between the independent variables and loyalty, indicating that a stronger brand image enhances the positive effects of service quality, trust, and perceived price on customer loyalty. These results highlight the strategic importance of brand image in the online travel industry and suggest that improving customer experience, building trust, and offering fair pricing are essential in retaining users. This study contributes to the existing literature on consumer behavior in digital services and offers practical insights for marketing managers, particularly in the context of digital travel platforms. Strengthening brand image can be a key competitive advantage in increasing customer retention and long-term engagement.

Abstract

The Community Service Program (PkM) was implemented at Al-Marjan Mulabaru Islamic Boarding School, Lebak, Banten, to strengthen students’ financial literacy. Key challenges identified include low baseline financial knowledge, limited access to financing for pesantren-based enterprises, and insufficient infrastructure and technology (notably internet access and fintech tools) to support financial information and services. The program involved needs assessment, material development, face-to-face training, discussion, and evaluation using pre- and post-tests. Results show an increase in understanding from 43% (pre-test) to 92% (post-test), a gain of 49 percentage points. These findings indicate that the training content and delivery were effective in improving basic skills in budgeting and money management. Participants were highly engaged during the sessions, reflected in active discussions and question-and-answer activities.
