Abstract

Information systems can be said to be good, namely, the system can provide convenience in presenting information, must also be able to survive when experiencing disturbances, and be able to adapt. The ability to deal with disturbances and adapt is called resilience. One of the information system architectures that lack resilience capabilities is monolithic architecture, where the backend and frontend systems are combined in the same functions and services, besides that the monolithic architecture also runs all logic in one application server. The microservice architecture allows the development of functions in an application or information system to be broken down into several small service parts and makes the service have the ability to manage resources properly and become a small service that is interconnected into one. The design of this microservice-based Village Information System is the best solution to solve the problems that exist in monolithic architecture-based information systems, especially in village information systems. In this study, the case study focuses on problems in the Pengalangan Village Information System such as rapidly changing system requirements, system requirements that can be easily expanded, accessibility that only depends on one technology, administrative stacks, more files, report generation that requires time because the data collection process is still manual, system security problems for villages that already use information systems, and system development is not easy because they have to overhaul the existing system. By using a microservice architecture, the service performance of village apparatus will increase and become faster, it is easier to expand business processes on the system, and system security is maintained.

Abstract

Dental and oral disease is one of the diseases that has a serious impact on human health in general, because the teeth and mouth are the initial entry for germs and bacteria. Many people underestimate this disease so that treatment is carried out when the condition is severe. Dental and oral health also affects overall health. Therefore, it is important to check your teeth and mouth regularly. The Certainty Factor and Case Based Reasoning methods are used to diagnose website-based dental and oral diseases. This research will create a website-based dental and oral disease expert system that aims to make it easier for users to diagnose dental and oral diseases. The results of this study reveal that dental and oral diseases are classified into twenty types with ninety symptoms, and each of the two methods has a different level of speed and accuracy. However, each method also has its own advantages and disadvantages, the results of the diagnosis of the Certainty Factor method are 0.20 to 0.30 seconds faster in providing diagnostic results compared to the Case Based Reasoning method and the Certainty Factor method also has superior accuracy results of 84% while the Case Based Reasoning produces 51% accuracy

Abstract

Program Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dalam usulan ini bertujuan mengembangkan usaha kecil mandiri (UKM) produksi Kerupuk Renyah “Mbak Tifa” di Desa Kedanyang, Kecamatan Kebomas, Kabupaten Gresik. Permasalahan yang dihadapi Mitra UKM saat ini adalah hasil produksi yang belum ada peningkatan dan hanya mampu memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen pada segmen pasar terbatas. Hal ini disebabkan karena proses pengolahan produk Kerupuk Renyah masih menggunakan peralatan manual. Seiring dengan semakin banyaknya permintaan konsumen terhadap produk Kerupuk Renyah, tim pengusul menawarkan solusi kepada Mitra UKM agar hasil produk diolah dengan alat pengiris kerupuk, agar proses produksi bisa berjalan lebih cepat dan hasil produksi lebih banyak. Selain itu, dengan meningkatnya hasil produksi, maka target penjualan dapat menjangkau wilayah pemasaran yang lebih luas, tidak terbatas pada segmen tertentu seperti pada saat masih menggunakan peralatan manual, sehingga akan meningkatkan pendapatan usaha mitra UKM. Untuk mempertahankan kontinuitas operasional usaha dimasa yang akan datang, juga diperlukan adanya tata kelola manajemen usaha yang lebih baik dan dimungkinkan juga memperdayakan usaha kerjasama dengan mitra lain non wirausahawan. Implementasi program pengabdian ini antara lain meliputi : 1). Memberikan pelatihan produksi Kerupuk, 2). Memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan pengoperasian alat beserta perawatannya, 4). Meng-evaluasi pemakaian alat, 5). Melakukan pendampingan dalam memilih pasar potensial, promosi dan lokasi penjualan. 6). Memberikan pendampingan pembuatan merek/logo kemasan, 7). Memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam menentukan biaya produksi, 9). Memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan, 10). Memberikan Pelatihan dan Pendampingan manajemen Kewirausahaan (Inovasi)

Abstract

Kebun Binatang Surabaya (KBS) menghadapi tantangan dalam penyediaan informasi satwa, navigasi area yang luas, serta pemanfaatan umpan balik pengunjung untuk perbaikan layanan. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan mendukung penguatan layanan digital KBS melalui implementasi tiga inovasi berbasis hasil tugas akhir mahasiswa, yaitu aplikasi peta interaktif berbasis mobile, sistem informasi data satwa dan rekam medis, serta sistem analisis sentimen ulasan pengunjung di media sosial. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan partisipatif melalui tahapan studi pendahuluan, adaptasi dan implementasi sistem, pelatihan serta pendampingan staf, dan evaluasi. Uji penerimaan pengguna terhadap aplikasi peta melibatkan 20 pengunjung dengan tingkat penerimaan 94,5%. Sistem analisis sentimen mencapai akurasi 84% (Random Forest) dan 80% (Support Vector Machine) serta menonjolkan topik ulasan dominan terkait kebersihan, harga, dan kenyamanan. Secara keseluruhan, program ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi hasil penelitian mahasiswa dalam pengabdian dosen mampu memberikan kontribusi nyata bagi peningkatan kualitas layanan digital di KBS.
