Meanwhile, the micro concept of recreational land order is actualized in centered-circulation pattern getting the philosophy of JFC logo. The micro concept of adaptive shape occurs by adapting the shape of JFC symbol as the costume of building, whereas the micro concept of thematic space derives from the philosophy of JFC fashion products which have different themes for every event. The facilities provide show area, convention hall, organizer office, restaurant and inn, training and workshop, art gallery, and souvenir shop. Abstract

Jolotundo is a village in the Mojokerto Regency area that is located on the slopes of Mount Penanggungan, close to the forest and Majapahit kingdom relics. In Indonesia, public awareness of the importance of health is declining, causing bad behavior and unhealthy environmental conditions in the community. As technology advances, health technology such as orgonite becomes an effective method of treatment or restoration for both physical and psychological health. Unfortunately, no facilities provide a place to support this method. Therefore, it is necessary to have a facility that provides a place of recovery within the orgonite method based on healing and negative energy elimination for physical, mental, environmental, and spiritual well-being. This research employed field studies and literature studies as well as several methods such as observation, documentary, and interview to obtain data, both primary data as a direct data source and secondary data as other supporting data sources. The design applies the theme of therapeutic architecture, the macro concept of tropical architecture, and the micro concept of adaptive land use. The design environment involves green open spaces and maximizes landscape arrangements.

Abstract

The application of local values into a modern object is the general definition of Neo Vernacular Architecture. The relationship between building design and clothing has a style that is based on the times, which rotates to utilise the type of design into something new. The obstacle found in the community is the lack of knowledge of the value of so much locality, one of which is in traditional bridal clothing. On the island of Java itself, bridal clothing rental or sales services only provide certain clothing objects with cultural custom themes. Therefore, it is necessary to publish the locality value of traditional bridal fashion that is not yet known to the public as an effort to preserve local culture. The purpose of planning the Javanese Traditional Bridal Fashion Gallery Centre is to advance the fashion entrepreneurship sector of the local and surrounding communities, both on a small and large scale. With this idea, it can become part of the identity of Surabaya City which can attract out-of-town visitors.
