Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk bertujuan mengetahui faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal pemasaran kelapa dalam bentuk kopra putih di Desa Manggar Raya Kecamatan Tanjung Lago Kabupaten Banyuasin Sumatera Selatan dan untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan petani dalam memasarkan usaha kopra putih kelapa di Desa Manggar Raya Kecamatan Tanjung Lago. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Manggar Raya Kecamatan Tanjung Lago pada bulan Agustus-Oktober 2021. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey, sedangkan metode penarikan contoh digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Sensus. Metode pengolahan editing, coding, tabulating dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi pemasaran kopra putih yaitu Faktor Internal (Kekuatan): modal usaha, kualitas produk, limbah kopra masih memiliki nilai dan proses pengolahan sederhana. Faktor Internal (Kelemahan): tempat penyimpanan kopra kurang layak, tempat mencungkil kopra kurang layak dan Harga Yang Fluktuasi dengan total IFAS sebesar 3,26. Kemudian Faktor Eksternal (Peluang): minat pembeli tinggi, pemasaran kopra mudah dan Harga produk. Faktor Eksternal (Ancaman): pesaing usaha kelapa mentah, Harga bahan baku dan cuaca yang tidak stabil mempengaruhi produksi dengan total EFAS sebesar 2,99. Kata Kunci: Kelapa Putih, Kopra, EFAS

Abstract

Dry land is very potential to be developed into agricultural land, one of which is planting peanuts, although it has constraints such as low pH and low soil fertility. Efforts can be made to improve soil fertility by applying organic fertilizer. Organic fertilizers are expected to improve the soil's physical, chemical, and biological properties and provide nutrients that peanut plants need. This research aims to obtain the right organic fertilizer type and dosage to increase peanut production. This research was conducted in farmers' fields in Margo Bhakti Village, Block C unit II, Mesuji District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency (OKI) from March to June 2021. The layout in the field used a factorial RAK design with 9 treatment combinations repeated 3 x. Type of Organic Fertilizer: cow manure organic fertilizer, chicken manure organic fertilizer, biofertilizer. Dosage of organic fertilizer: 200 kg/ha, 400 kg/ha, 600 kg/ha. The heaviest pod weight was achieved in the combination of biofertilizer treatment at the dosage of 400 kg/ha at 89.67 g/plant or 6.97 kg/plot and increased production by 109.31% when compared to cow manure organic fertilizer at the rate of 200 kg/ha.

Abstract

Labels are an important factor in marketing a product, especially organic fertilizer products which have the provisions stipulated in the Minister of Agriculture No. 01 of 2019. This activity aims to provide knowledge about labels on organic fertilizer products and provide assistance in designing organic fertilizer labels. The method of implementing this service is in the form of socializing labels on organic fertilizers and assistance in designing organic fertilizer labels produced by Poktan Cemerlang as partners in this activity. The participants involved were 20 people who were members of the Cemerlang Poktan. The evaluation carried out in this activity was in the form of giving pre-test and post-test questionnaires related to understanding the labeling material on organic fertilizers. The results of this activity showed that there was an increase in participants' understanding of the labeling material for organic fertilizer products, from 24% (pre-test) to 77.5% (post-test). And Poktan Cemerlang has been able to design labels for liquid organic fertilizer products to be produced. However, for legality and distribution licenses that have not been completed on the label, it is hoped that there will be assistance for legality registration and distribution permits for organic fertilizer products so that they can be marketed.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the marketing strategy of Pak Udin's rattan crafts in Sungai Baung Village, Rawas Ulu District, North Musi Rawas Regency. The research method used by researchers is a survey method. The sampling method in this study used a saturated sampling method and in this case the determination of respondents was carried out deliberately, namely 1 person Pak Udin as the owner of the rattan handicraft business. This is done with the consideration that the rattan handicraft business owner understands the activities and can provide the information and data needed in connection with research activities. The results showed that  SWOT matrix analysis shows alternative strategies that can be implemented by Mr. Udin's rattan handicraft business, namely: 1) Guaranteeing the quality of product Mr. Udin's rattan handicraft business products and maintaining product sales price stability, 2) Expanding the marketing network, 3) Innovating rattan woven products more uniqly and displays products, 4) Providing training to employees, looking for special workers in the field of marketing.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aimed to determine the fluctuations in non-subsidized fertilizer prices from 2019 to 2023, identify the impact of these price increases on the availability of non-subsidized fertilizers for rice farmers, and understand the effect on the dosage of non-subsidized fertilizers used on rice crops. The research was conducted in Desa Saleh Makmur, Kecamatan Air Salek, Kabupaten Banyuasin, from January to May 2024. A descriptive qualitative research method with a survey approach was used. The sampling method employed was simple random sampling, with a total sample size of 25 farmers using non-subsidized fertilizers and 5 fertilizer traders. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data processing involved data condensation, presentation, description, and drawing conclusions, utilizing qualitative descriptive analysis. The study results showed that the prices of Urea and Phonska fertilizers experienced significant fluctuations during the 2019-2023 period, especially in 2020-2021, before stabilizing in 2023. Factors contributing to the price increases included rising transportation costs, high demand during planting seasons, government policies, and global market conditions. Further findings indicated that these price increases significantly impacted the availability of non-subsidized fertilizers by increasing production costs, reducing farmers' profit margins, and causing traders to reduce fertilizer stock and adopt more cautious inventory management to avoid losses. The study also found that the rise in non-subsidized fertilizer prices significantly affected fertilizer usage by rice farmers, with many reducing their usage from 1 sack of urea and 2 sacks of Phonska per hectare to 1 sack of urea and 1 sack of Phonska per hectare, though some farmers continued using the same dosage. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui fluktuasi harga pupuk non-subsidi pada tahun 2019-2023, dampak kenaikan harga pupuk non-subsidi terhadap ketersediaan pupuk non-subsidi bagi petani padi, serta dampak kenaikan harga terhadap dosis penggunaan pupuk pada tanaman padi di Desa Saleh Makmur, Kecamatan Air Salek, Kabupaten Banyuasin. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dari Januari hingga Mei 2024 dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan jenis penelitian survei. Metode penarikan contoh menggunakan simple random sampling dengan 25 petani dan 5 pedagang pupuk sebagai sampel. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data diolah melalui kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga pupuk jenis Urea dan Phonska mengalami fluktuasi signifikan pada periode 2019-2023, terutama pada tahun 2020-2021, sebelum akhirnya stabil pada 2023. Faktor yang menyebabkan kenaikan harga antara lain kenaikan biaya transportasi, permintaan tinggi selama musim tanam, kebijakan pemerintah, dan kondisi pasar global. Kenaikan harga ini berdampak pada ketersediaan pupuk non-subsidi, dengan meningkatkan biaya produksi, mengurangi margin keuntungan petani, dan membuat pedagang lebih berhati-hati dalam pengelolaan stok. Selain itu, kenaikan harga pupuk non-subsidi juga mempengaruhi dosis penggunaan pupuk oleh petani padi, yang sebelumnya menggunakan 1 karung urea dan 2 karung Phonska per hektar, menjadi 1 karung urea dan 1 karung Phonska per hektar, meskipun masih ada petani yang tetap menggunakan dosis yang sama.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to find out the digital marketing strategies implemented to increase sales of Promic products in the Society 5.0 era and the opportunities that arise from the implementation of digital marketing strategies at CV Kausa Lestari. The research was conducted at CV Kausa Lestari, Palembang, in the period January to April 2025 using phenomenological methods and qualitative approaches. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling and accidental sampling methods, involving one key informant and 27 supporting informants. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using data condensation, data presentation, and descriptive qualitative inference techniques. The results showed that CV Kausa Lestari's marketing strategy with the 7P marketing mix approach can increase the visibility and competitiveness of Promic products, especially through the utilization of Facebook and WhatsApp platforms that successfully reach the main target market, namely millennials and baby boomers. Digital-based marketing opportunities are seen through the role of educators and partnerships that are able to increase sales through webinars, testimonials, and personalized approaches. This strategy also opens up opportunities for people to participate in the business. This potential can be strengthened by the integration of technologies such as Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in future marketing strategies.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran digital yang diterapkan untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk Promic di era Society 5.0 serta peluang yang muncul dari penerapan strategi pemasaran digital pada CV Kausa Lestari. Penelitian dilakukan di CV Kausa Lestari, Palembang, pada periode Januari hingga April 2025 dengan menggunakan metode fenomenologi dan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling dan accidental sampling, yang melibatkan satu informan kunci dan 27 informan pendukung. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran CV Kausa Lestari dengan pendekatan bauran pemasaran 7P dapat meningkatkan visibilitas dan daya saing produk Promic, terutama melalui pemanfaatan platform Facebook dan WhatsApp yang berhasil menjangkau target pasar utama, yaitu generasi milenial dan baby boomers. Peluang pemasaran berbasis digital terlihat melalui peran edukator dan kemitraan yang mampu meningkatkan penjualan melalui webinar, testimoni, dan pendekatan personal. Strategi ini juga membuka peluang bagi masyarakat untuk berpartisipasi dalam bisnis. Potensi ini dapat diperkuat melalui integrasi teknologi seperti Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), dan Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam strategi pemasaran di masa mendatang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the socioeconomic status of the Arabika coffee industry in Agung Lawangan district in Pagaralam city. This research is a study cualitative that uses purposive sampling. Data is gathered by observation. The results of the social and economic analysis of education indicate that the average of education for coffe farmer arabika education farmer has the ability to understand complex information such as the price of kopi arabika, government subsidy programs, technical assistance, and follow in the classroom to increase production, reduce risk, and minimize losses due to fluctuations in prices, bad weather, or other pest. Family Responsibillity coffe farmer arabika has five people, as well as the responsibillity in the largest category, can be used to reduce the dependence worker from the outside family activities. It is possible to reduce the cost of labor and maybe increase earnings. Arabica coffee farmer working hours varies since only two petani do not have sampingan usahatani, while five other respondents, in addition to focusing on arabica coffe, also devoted time to farming and the others. On the other hand, income In Kelurahan Agung Lawangan, in Pagaralam city arabica farmer is included in the category of mid. Income If the minimum wage regional (UMR) value in Pagaralam city is Rp 3.456.874, then the farmer coffe arabica pay is higher than that of Palembang minimum wage (UMP) Pagralam city, and it can be said that it has better access to public services like health and education

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe aim of this research is to analyze the impact of low rubber prices on family consumption patterns and to determine the contribution of other business income to rubber farmers' income in meeting family needs in Cengal Village, Cengal District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. The research method used in this research is the survey method. The sampling method in this research uses a simple random sampling method. The respondents in this study were 34 respondents. The data collection methods used are observation, interviews and documentation. The data processing methods used are editing, coding and tabulating. The data analysis method used is a descriptive method with mathematical formulas. The results of the research show that the low price of rubber in Cengal Village, Cengal District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency has an impact on reducing the income of rubber farmers, with the decrease in income of rubber farmers also having an impact on expenditure on food and non-food needs rubber farming family. For food needs such as beef, chicken, fish, sugar and cooking oil, there was a decrease in the number of purchases. However, there has been an increase in the number of eggs produced because this is to fulfill nutritional needs due to reduced meat purchases. Meanwhile, non-food needs also had an impact on decreasing the number of purchases, but in particular the number of purchases of cigarettes only experienced changes in cigarette brands with cheaper prices. The contribution of other business income to the income of rubber farmers in Cengal Village, Cengal District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency is 64.9%, meaning it has a high contribution. This income contribution is obtained from businesses such as fish farming, trading, looking for wood and doing labor work. ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dampak rendahnya harga karet terhadap pola konsumsi keluarga dan untuk mengetahui kontribusi pendapatan usaha lain terhadap pendapatan petani karet dalam memenuhi kebutuhan keluarga di Desa Cengal Kecamatan Cengal Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey. Metode penarikan contoh dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode simple rundom sampling. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 34 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang di gunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Metode pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah editing, coding dan tabulating. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan rumus matematik Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa rendahnya harga karet di Desa Cengal Kecamatan Cengal Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir berdampak pada menurunnya pendapatan petani karet, dengan menurunya pendapatan petani karet maka memberikan dampak juga terhadap pengeluaran kebutuhan pangan dan non pangan keluarga petani karet. Pada kebutuhan pangan seperti daging sapi, daging ayam, ikan, gula, dan minyak goreng terjadi penurunan jumlah pembelian. Namun terjadi peningkatan pada jumlah pengeluaran telur dikarnakan hal ini untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan nutrisi akibat pembelian daging berkurang. Sedangkan pada kebutuhan non pangan juga berdampak penurunan jumlah pembelian namun khususnya jumlah pembelian pada rokok tetap hanya mengalami perubahan merk rokok dengan harga yang lebih murah. Kontribusi pendapatan usaha lain terhadap pendapatan petani karet di Desa Cengal Kecamatan Cengal Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir adalah sebesar 64,9% artinya berkontribusi tinggi Dimana kontribusi pendapatan tersebut didapatkan dari usaha seperti ternak ikan, berdagang, mencari kayu serta melakukan pekerjaan buruh.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the amount of income between the two varieties, to determine the difference in income between oil palm farming of the dura variety and coconut farming of the tenera variety. location is done intentionally. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method, the sampling method used in this study is proportional random sampling, by taking a sample of 20 respondents from oil palm farmers of the Tenera variety and 15 people from oil palm farmers of the Dura variety. The data taken are primary data and secondary data. The data processing method used is a quantitative method. The results showed that the average income of oil palm farmers with the Dura variety was Rp. 2,825,870 (Rp/lg/month), while oil palm farming with the Tenera variety averaged Rp. 6,059,467 (Rp/lg/month). . This shows that oil palm farmers with the tenera variety get higher incomes than the oil palm farmers with the dura variety and based on the results of the Independent t-test test, the sig value. (2-tailed) 0.001 < 0.05 for oil palm farmers of the Dura variety and 0.000 < 0.05 for rubber farmers of the Tenera variety showed that there was a difference in income for growing oil palm varieties with the Tenera variety and farm income for growing oil palm varieties for the Dura variety. ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya pendapatan antara kedua varietas tersebut, untuk mengetahui perbedaan pendapatan antara usahatani kelapa sawit varietas dura dan usahatani kelapa sawit varietas tenera. Penentuan lokasi dilakukan dengan cara sengaja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, metode penarikan contoh yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah proporsional random sampling, dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 20 orang responden dari petani kelapa sawit varietas Tenera dan 15 orang dari petani kelapa sawit varietas Dura. Data yang diambil adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Besar pendapatan petani kelapa sawit varietas dura rata-rata sebesar sebesar Rp.2.825.870 (Rp/lg/bln), sedangkan usahatani kelapa sawit dengan varietas Tenera rata-rata sebesar Rp.6.059.467 (Rp/lg/bln). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa petani kelapa sawit dengan varietas tenera mempunyai pendapatan lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan petani kelapa sawit varietas dura dan berdasarkan hasil pengujian Independent t-tes nilai sig. (2- tailed) 0.001 < 0.05 untuk petani kelapa sawit varietas Dura dan 0,000 < 0,05 untuk petani karet varietas Tenera menunjukkan bawa terdapat perbedaan pendapatan usahatani yang menanam kelapa sawit varietas tenera dengan pendapatan usahatani yang menanam kelapa sawit varietas dura.
