Abstract

Research aim : Objective of this study is to assess and investigate the impact of digital analytics technology on strategic decision-making, its effect on the business performance of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and the experiences of female SME entrepreneurs in Bandung regarding the adoption of digital analytics technology through the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) framework. Design/Methode/Approach : A sequential explanatory mixed-method approach was used, engaging 60 female small and medium-sized enterprise owners in Bandung. Participants were selected via Stratified Random Sampling. Research Finding : This research revealed that, despite the promise of digital analytics technology to enhance strategic decision-making for female MSME owners in Bandung City, opinions of its utility and simplicity of use remain low. A considerable number of respondents perceived that technology did not provide substantial advantages in their company operations and encountered challenges in its use. Theoretical contribution/Originality : Focus of this study is the application of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to strategic decision-making among female small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) entrepreneurs. Practitioner/Policy implication : The study highlights the need for enhanced digital literacy through training programs for female SME entrepreneurs in Bandung and the development of supportive policies to facilitate access to and use of digital analytics technology. Research limitation : The study is limited to female SME entrepreneurs in Bandung.

Abstract

Perkembangan pariwisata berbasis pengalaman dan teknologi mendorong destinasi menghadirkan atraksi inovatif seperti wahana Virtual Reality (VR), namun efektivitasnya bergantung pada strategi pemasaran yang tepat. Penelitian ini berangkat dari penurunan jumlah pengunjung wahana VR di Nimo Highland Pangalengan pada 2024–2025, meskipun kunjungan destinasi secara keseluruhan relatif stabil, yang mengindikasikan persoalan pada faktor internal, terutama lokasi dan harga. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh lokasi dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian tiket wahana VR, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif-verifikatif, pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner kepada pengunjung, serta analisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lokasi dan harga masing-masing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, serta keduanya secara simultan memberikan pengaruh yang kuat. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya visibilitas lokasi dan kesesuaian harga dengan persepsi nilai pengalaman, sehingga optimalisasi penempatan wahana dan strategi harga menjadi implikasi utama bagi pengelola. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan menambahkan variabel pengalaman, promosi digital, dan kepuasan pengunjung. Kata kunci: lokasi, harga, keputusan pembelian, virtual reality, pariwisata teknologi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction for Daily Official Uniform Shirts (PDH) at PT Siso Extra Indonesia. The research employed a descriptive-verificative approach with a quantitative method. The population consisted of all customers of PT Siso Extra Indonesia during the period 2022–2024, totaling 383 customers, with a sample of 196 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with a significance value of 0.007 (< 0.05). Product quality does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, as indicated by a significance value of 0.131 (> 0.05). Simultaneously, service quality and product quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction with a significance value of 0.013 (< 0.05). The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.044 shows that 4.4% of customer satisfaction is explained by service quality and product quality, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors outside the research model. The findings highlight that service quality plays a dominant role in enhancing customer satisfaction in institution-based garment industries.

Abstract

Hospital digital transformation requires human resource readiness and the quality of the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) for effective administrative services. In practice, the effectiveness of administrative services is still influenced by variations in employee competency and the quality of the system used. This study aims to analyze the influence of HR competency and SIMRS quality on the effectiveness of administrative services at MM Indramayu Hospital. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The study population included all non-medical support staff who use SIMRS, totaling 84 respondents, so a saturated sampling technique was used. Data were collected through a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The analysis results show that HR competency has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of administrative services (t = 7.075; p < 0.05). SIMRS quality also has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of administrative services (t = 6.781; p < 0.05). Simultaneously, human resource competency and the quality of the Hospital Management Information System (MISRS) had a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of administrative services (F = 28.257; p < 0.05) with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.411. This study concludes that improving the effectiveness of hospital administrative services requires synergy between adequate human resource competency and good quality of the SIMRS. Future research is recommended to examine other factors beyond the research model to gain a more comprehensive understanding

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of influencer credibility and electronic word-of-mouth (E-WOM) on exaggerated claims made by consumers of Azarine skin care products, with a focus on followers of the TikTok account @DokterDetektif. The research method used is quantitative with a survey method. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents who are active TikTok users and have used Azarine products. The research results using SPSS Version 2.7 indicate that E-WOM has a positive and significant impact on Purchase Decisions, with a t-test value of approximately 3.886 (p < 0.001). Additionally, Influencer Credibility has a significant impact on Purchase Decisions with a t-test value of approximately 3.300 (p < 0.001). Furthermore, the F-test indicates that E-WOM and influencer credibility together have a significant impact on sales, with an F-test value of approximately 18.540 (p < 0.001). This study makes a significant contribution to understanding the digital landscape, particularly in the context of skin care products, and highlights the importance of transparency and credibility in influencing consumer behavior. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas transformasi digital yang dilakukan oleh PT TFA Manasek Internasional melalui implementasi situs web TFA Integrated System dalam pencatatan pesanan konsumen. Transformasi digital dianggap penting untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, mempercepat alur kerja, dan menjaga akurasi layanan di industri ziarah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak NVivo 12 untuk menemukan tema dan pola utama dari hasil penelitian. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem digital dapat mempercepat proses pendaftaran, meminimalkan kesalahan pencatatan, dan meningkatkan transparansi laporan. Namun, efektivitas implementasi belum sepenuhnya optimal akibat keterbatasan literasi digital dan kesiapan sumber daya manusia. Melalui teori manajemen perubahan Kurt Lewin, diketahui bahwa perusahaan masih berada pada tahap perubahan ke pembekuan ulang, yang menunjukkan bahwa proses adaptasi masih berlangsung. Selain itu, berdasarkan kerangka kerja Model Penerimaan Teknologi (TAM), faktor kemudahan penggunaan yang dirasakan dan kegunaan yang dirasakan mempengaruhi penerimaan sistem oleh pengguna internal. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa faktor teknologi dan kesiapan manusia memainkan peran penting dalam kesuksesan transformasi digital. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa implementasi TFA Integrated System cukup efektif serta berpotensi besar meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan efisiensi operasional. Untuk meraih efektivitas maksimal, perusahaan disarankan meningkatkan pelatihan, mengembangkan fitur sistem sesuai kebutuhan, serta memperkuat adaptasi karyawan terhadap budaya kerja digital.
