Abstract

Wind energy is a renewable energy that has the potential to be developed as an electricity generator. Indonesia has the potential for wind energy throughout the year but the wind speed is still classified as low wind speed. Development of a small scale Darrieus wind turbine that can operate at low wind speeds. In this research, variations in the number of blades 2, 3 and 4 are the focus to improve the performance of the Darrieus wind turbine. Testing at a wind speed of 3.4 m/s, the turbine with 2 blades had the highest rotation value of 128 Rpm, 4 blades had a rotation value of 98.6 and the lowest rotation result was 3 blades with a rotation value of 76.5 Rpm.

Abstract

The main problem faced by Beringin Kencana Village is the waste of rice husk waste, which is often burned or disposed of without further utilization. The purpose of this study is to optimize the potential of rice husks as an environmentally friendly alternative energy source and to improve the quality of MSMEs in the village. The methods used in this study include surveys and interviews with farmers and MSME actors, SWOT analysis, case studies on the application of technology, and trials of converting rice husks into energy. The results of the study show that the application of rice husk conversion technology has succeeded in reducing waste, providing efficient energy alternatives, and increasing MSME income by 20%. The application of this technology also has a positive impact on the environment by reducing carbon emissions and the use of fossil fuels. With these results, Beringin Kencana Village can be an example for other villages in utilizing agricultural waste sustainably.

Abstract

Perkembangan Teknologi dalam era globalisasi saat ini berkembang dengan sangat pesat dan penyebaran informasi yang beredar semakin banyak dan kompleks sehingga dunia pendidikan harus dapat mengikuti perkembangan teknologi terutama dalam bidang teknologi komputer, Penggunaan Teknologi untuk penunjang Pendidikan seperti media pembelajaran secara online pada saat ini sangat melekat dan masih digunakan pasca wabah virus covid-19 yang dikarenakan pembelajaran online. Beberapa sekolah ada yang menggunakan aplikasi elearning yang sifatnya gratis akan tetapi fitur menunya belum lengkap, salah satunya MAS DARUL MUKARAAM masih menggunakan aplikasi tersebut untuk penunjang pembelajaran menggunakan elearning yang gratis. Berdasarkan survey dilapangan dewan guru MAS DARUL MUKARRAM memerlukan aplikasi dengan fitur lengkap ujian,absensi dan beberapa fitur secara online.berdasarkan permasalahan dilapangan diperlukan pembuatan dan pendamping aplikasi elearning yang membantu dewan guru dan siswa pada sekolah MAS DARUL MUKARRAM. Sehingga dengan adanya informasi seseorang akan dimudahkan untuk mengambil langkah-langkah apa saja dalam hal pengambilan keputusan, untuk proses pengolahan data yang terkomputerisasi dan terintegrasi sehingga lebih mudah untuk dikelola. Hal tersebut menjadi pendorong dalam menunjang proses belajar- mengajar

Abstract

As many as 44 students have carried out community service at MAS DaruL Mukarram with the title socialization on the use of natural dyes in solar cells. The aim of this service is to educate students to have knowledge, be creative, apply and teach in society about one of the alternative energies in the form of solar cells based on natural raw materials. As for the results of knowledge regarding this socialization, there was an increase in students' understanding, as seen by the students' average score of 92.5 during the post test

Abstract

Every company aims to achieve the greatest possible profit by considering the value of the benefits of its business activities. Profitability, which reflects the company's ability to generate revenue and profit, is one of the main aspects in evaluating the company's performance. Management, as the company's operational implementer, is responsible for the continuity of the operation. Management not only focuses on profit but also on how their business activities provide value to various stakeholders, as this can have a positive impact on the company's reputation and long-term sustainability. The results of the study show that the revenue aspect shows positive results. This revenue growth is influenced by successful market expansion, product diversification that attracts more consumers, and digital marketing strategies that increase brand visibility and customer engagement. The company's financial performance based on the cost aspect shows efficient management. Despite an increase in total operating costs, the cost-to-income ratio shows a stable trend, indicating that the company has succeeded in controlling costs without sacrificing efficiency and based on the profitability aspect shows a significant increase in gross profit and net profit. This increase in profitability reflects efficiency in managing operating costs and effective taxation strategies.

Abstract

In the digital era, technological transformation was very important to support the smoothness and efficiency of data and information management. At the level of educational and religious institutions such as Mas Darrul Mukarram Barito Kuala, the existence of archives and documentation was essential, both for internal administrative needs and for public services. However, conventional archive management was still mostly done manually, which was prone to damage and data loss. In addition, the unstructured data search process made archive management efficiency very low. Therefore, the implementation of a digital archiving system became the right solution. By using appropriate technology such as CodeIgniter, which was a lightweight and efficient PHP framework, archive management became easier, faster, and more secure.

Abstract

The success of an entrepreneur, including millennial entrepreneurs, in carrying out their business activities is inseparable from their internal characteristics and the cultural values that surround them.The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the partial and simultaneous influence of individual characteristics of the millennial generation, millennial cultural values, and entrepreneurial characteristics on the entrepreneurial behavior of millennial-generation Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Banjarmasin City.The study location in Banjarmasin City has 36,781 MSMEs. Sampling was conducted using a purposive sampling technique with a sample of 150 MSMEs with the following conditions: MSMEs represent millennial-generation small and medium enterprises with business capital ranging from Rp 1,000,000 to Rp 300,000,000; Data analysis was performed using SPSS for Windows 21.The results of this study indicate a partial and simultaneous influence of individual characteristics of the millennial generation, millennial cultural values, and entrepreneurial characteristics on the entrepreneurial behavior of millennial-generation Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Banjarmasin

Abstract

The Industrial Revolution 5.0 marks a paradigm shift from full automation to symbiotic collaboration between humans and machines, emphasizing a human-centric approach, sustainability, and the integration of intelligent technologies. In this context, the role of mechanical engineering has undergone a significant transformation, from merely designing mechanical systems to becoming a multidisciplinary bridge between digital technology and human needs. This study aims to review the literature related to the contribution of mechanical engineering in supporting intelligent manufacturing systems, human-machine collaboration, and the application of sustainability principles such as circular economy and eco-design. Using a qualitative literature study method, data were obtained from indexed academic sources in the last decade and analyzed using a thematic approach. The results of the study indicate that mechanical engineering must integrate artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things (IoT), and cyber-physical systems to support adaptive and efficient production. In addition, the development of cobots requires expertise in safety-based and ergonomic design. In terms of the environment, mechanical engineers are required to apply the principles of product life cycle engineering and low-emission technologies. This transformation creates cross-field challenges that require new competencies and a systemic approach. Therefore, a comprehensive literature review is a strategic basis for formulating the direction of adaptive and sustainable mechanical engineering development in the Industry 5.0 era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and optimize the queuing system at Fuel Station 64.708.13 in Panyipatan District, Tanah Laut Regency, using a multi-channel single-phase (M/M/S) structure to improve overall service efficiency. The study uses the First Come, First Served (FCFS) system, where customers are served in the order of arrival. The data used in this study included customer arrival times and service times, which were collected over seven days from December 16 to December 22, 2024, between 08:00 and 10:00 WITA. This data was then processed through simulations using the POM-QM for Windows software to evaluate the impact of adding service facilities on efficiency levels. The analysis results indicated that implementing three fuel dispensing facilities could reduce the service time gap by 40 seconds from the standard time that had been determined. With this three-facility configuration, the average number of customers in the system (Ls) was 2–3 customers, the number of customers in the queue (Lq) was 1 customer, the customer waiting time in the system (Ws) ranged from 0.72 to 0.79 minutes, and the customer waiting time in the queue (Wq) was between 0.09 and 0.16 minutes. These numbers indicated an improvement in efficiency compared to the standard service waiting time (Wq) of 0.665 minutes.

Abstract

Industry 5.0 represents a paradigm shift from technology-driven automation to a human-centered approach, emphasizing the integration of advanced technologies with human creativity and well-being at its core. This article employs a qualitative literature review to explore the role of ergonomic design as a foundational pillar within Industry 5.0, focusing on its impact on productivity and worker well-being. The review synthesizes findings from recent studies and bibliometric analyses, highlighting how ergonomic interventions—spanning physical, cognitive, and social domains—optimize work environments by aligning them with human capabilities and limitations. Differentiating from existing literature, this research emphasizes the importance of a holistic ergonomic approach in designing work environments that not only enhance safety and comfort but also foster collaboration between humans and intelligent machines. In Industry 5.0, ergonomic design reduces physical strain and cognitive overload, while simultaneously promoting innovation and job satisfaction. The integration of real-time monitoring technologies and adaptive workstations allows for dynamic adjustments, ensuring sustained worker health and organizational efficiency. However, despite these advancements, challenges remain in the widespread adoption of ergonomic principles, particularly in harmonizing technological innovation with the holistic needs of workers. The findings underscore the necessity of a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach—bridging policy, technology, and human factors—to fully realize the potential of human-centered ergonomic design in Industry 5.0. This study offers actionable insights for researchers and practitioners aiming to create productive, sustainable, and worker-friendly industrial ecosystems, with an added focus on how ergonomic design in Industry 5.0 fosters more adaptive and dynamic human-technology interactions compared to previous approaches.
